We arrived early for our reservation and were seated right away, very nice. We ordered right away. Over an hour later we still didn’t have any food. When it did finally arrive my medium steak was rare. I sent back to be cooked to medium. After another long wait (my husband is now more than half way through his meal) it was completely burned on the outside, well done on th inside, and not edible. I gave it back and told them to remove it from my bill. My entire dinner consisted of some broccoli. When we got back to our hotel I was so hungry I ordered a hamburger from their cafe. Not a good dining experience at all, especially for a quick overnight getaway with my husband. Won’t be going back.
Our server his name is Hank, he was amazing and very funny. He made my experience for me and my girlfriend worth of a memory to remember.
Great food, great service!
Food was delicious. This was my first time at Rosemont location and service wasn't the best. Our server only checked on is once and took awhile to get our check
Morton’s is always top quality. Great food and even better service.
The waiter was wonderful. My steak was cooked just like I asked, however, my husbands was not. Overall, the food was good but it is not a place we would go to consistently.
Amazing food great service what’s not to love
Excellent food and service
Good food and great service
Very nice anniversary dinner
We had a great experience at Morton’s for my Birthday. My filet mignon was delicious and I believe everyone else enjoyed their food as well. They took and gave us our group photo and gave me a special dessert. Expect to pay good money for your food and drinks. I will definitely be back for another filet.
From appetizers to dessert...everything was delicious.
Great prime steaks and sides. The grilled asparagus and the au gratin potatoes were off the charts good. Sommelier and wait staff were outstanding.
Food and service are good, ambience is not. Restaurant is in a dark, office building basement and outdated. If you need an elevator, you have to check in and then walk outside down the block, get someone to open the locked office building door, and walk thru dingy office hallways lined with random chairs. On the way out there are no directional exit signs and we ended up in two different banquet rooms trying to find our way out. Once we got mostly out, we hit another locked door and had to go back and find someone to let us out. There are also big TVs in the dining room. Not what I want during a nice dinner. This location just isn't premium.
Great food and a wonderful waiter, Hank. Enjoyable evening.
