I know that COVID has affected restaurants but I would think Morton’s would not want to destroy its high standards of service and reputation. I was shocked by the poor service. No one even asked if we would like coffee. The room was so dark we used flashlights to read menu. The food was very good but normally it’s excellent.
My husband and I made reservations to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was our first time at the restaurant and everything was amazing! Our menus were personalized with happy anniversary with our name printed on them. That was so sweet and a keepsake. They also took our picture and gave it to us. The food and drinks were delicious. The customer service and ambiance was great!! We were happy with entire experience!! We will definitely return for dinner again!!

My wife’s birthday is at end of month but wanted to start early. Morton’s was very nice and printed a special menu and everyone wished her a happy birthday.
The food was good. Everyone from the hostess to the waitress were AMAZING and the manager walked around to each table checking on everyone. I would definitely come back.

our meal was very disappointing. We ordered the prime burger and creamed spinach. It took 30 minutes to get the burger, which they clearly forgot about, and the spinach followed. The burger looked as if it was hastily thrown together and the spinach was beyond watery, like it was thrown into the microwave. Not good considering the prices and reputation.
The food was delicious as usual, cheesecake was fantastic and Darsha was a very good server, kind and attentive.
I liked everything. The lighting could have been a little brighter. Needed glasses to read the fine print.

We are old time Mortons lovers and we get that it has changed. We also get that the Covid-19 period has limited what Mortons can offer and their expense base. So we continue to patronize because the manager and the server (Hilda) in the main dining room are just exceptional and really care about the customers. I can't say as much about the bar area where the bartender and server ignored us for 15 minutes before we walked out and went into the main dining room. We will be back though and look forward to having soufflé's again!

Professional and friendly staff, Patrick does a great job. We love sitting inside especially with summers high temps but it was a nice evening so the patio was fine. We hope in time the bar bites menu comes back (chips & blue cheese dip) and the timed table seating is over but we'll be back in the next couple weeks. You can't beat Mortons!
Not what I expected of Morton's from previous visits. Seems like they're still trying to figure out how to do things. Felt like I was at a dive instead of a modern steakhouse. When food is listed at Market Price you expect the quality to be exceptional. The salads were not fresh and the steak was just okay. They should shut down until they get their things straightened out. The tables in the parking were an embarrassment. Might as well eat in an alley. Extremely disappointed from a Landry's member.

Although the menu has a tailored menu due to the state’s restrictions for restaurant openings, there are a lot of solid options. My family members opted for filet Mignon ( beautifully cooked) and prime ribeye 16 oz( extremely flavorful). I chose Ora King Salmon - amazing! The wine Pappilion red blend is outstanding! The manager even spent time with us explaining the proper glasses- talk about personal service! It was a beautiful time . Server was very attentive as well. It’s what you expect from Morton’s.. will always go back and support local restaurants during these difficult times because they provide that personal touch you come to love . Most importantly the food and service was above and beyond. - thank you for making our event celebration so memorable❤️
This was our first time to this Morton’s location. We came for The Rosemont restaurant week. Everyone had filets and we all agreed they were the most tender and delicious we have ever had. The enteral was fantastic!
Went for Restaurant week in Rosemont and my Birthday. Why do restaurants always sit us by the kitchen. It was so much fun watching wait staff go in and out....not! The waiter did not have time to talk to us and did not even put a candle on the dessert for my Birthday. Cold steaks...cold soup...hot dessert(Key Lime Pie) Told the General Manager as he had to help us up the elevator but all he did was give me his card and told me to come back. Never.....
Took about ten minutes to get my drink. Bread was brought out 25 min after sitting down. Steaks ordered medium rare came medium well and completely rare... price point does not match quality.

My steak was cooked to perfection, and the lava chocolate cake made my night! I liked the balance of the service staff: attentive, but non-intrusive.
