Waited 20 minutes with a reservation for a birthday that was never acknowledged. Short staffed resulting in longer than expected wait times for appetizers and main course. Food was acceptable but overpriced.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and I must say it was truly an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and attentive throughout the entire meal, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was equally fantastic. The ambience of the restaurant set a romantic tone. Overall, I had a phenomenal time and definitely plan on coming back. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our special night so memorable!

We've been visiting Morton's for more than 30 years and have celebrated many occasions there. Though I feel the food is quite pricey, we do try to get two meals out of it~as for the staff, they can't be beat. Friendly, attentive, and will customize things the way you like them. LOVE them in Rosemont

The steak knife was dull - had to cut steak like saw. Asked for a sharper one, but still dull. The aged New York strip had strong bloody taste. Nothing like juicy steak. Didn’t expect the steak of this poor quality. The receptionist at the door was rude. The three persons before us were treated the same. Bad experience for the Mother’s Day dinner. In another dinner several months ago, when I paid with gift cards purchased at the Landry website, the server asked how I got the gift cards. With his serious and suspecting look, it made me feel very uncomfortable. Never again. Hope it’s just temporary because of pandemic causing everything going downhill.

The fillet Oscar was very good, we also had the brussels sprouts, gave a 4 star on food. We asked for sprouts to be soft inside, that didn’t happen. Steak was cooked to perfection. Service was 5 star. Our server was personable and professional. Overall great experience.

We ate in the bar at a table later in the evening and the food was delicious! I had a caesar salad with grilled shrimp and the shrimp were as big as my hand. Service was very good and the wine list is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

For a restaurant in this price range, I don't expect to get nickel and dimed. Before I get to my gripe, let me say that the service in the restaurant was outstanding. And the food was very good. (I can't say much about menu options, since I almost always have the same salad and entree, but the sea bass is outstanding.) My gripe is with the bar. I splurged on a $50/glass red, and was stunned to see such a skimpy pour. I think they could have gotten 5 glasses out of the $200 bottle of vino they way they poured it. Also, I was asked if I was a member of their points program. I wasn't, and despite the fact I only frequent Mortons a couple of times a year, I agreed to the points program. Only AFTER I said yes, there was mention of a $25 fee to join. I was distracted and that little fact didn't sink in until I saw the charge on the bar tab. Evidently, I'll get that $25 back on my next visit to one of the club's restaurants, but in hindsight, I resent the somewhat less than direct approach that was used to sell me on the program.

This was our first visit in 3-4 years. We used to come regularly for special occasions. Unfortunately, the quality of everything at Morton's has gone way down. The ribeye we ordered was particularly awful, barely 1/2" thick cut, was overcooked (which is impossible not to do at that thickness). The menu has shrunk (miss the souflets, no porterhouse, no rock lobster, etc). The experience used to feel exceptional, now it feels tired and dated. The dining room feels like nothing has changed since the 90's. Sadly, I believe this will have been my last visit to Morton's as there are many other steakhouses to choose from.
