Excellent food as always - very consistent.
Star of this facility is the combo of an incredible (and fairly priced) wine list and the manager Patrick Hoyle's wonderful command of the list - with perfect suggestions to accompany the meal. He does a great job in stretching our wine experience; making every visit to this Morton's not only a great gastronomic experience, but an adventure in learning as well.
Amazing. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
Thanks nice meals
We’re family there and love all the precious help
We had a wonderful experience there. Everyone working there is so pleasant starting with the valet. Two managers came to check on our meal and as well as the captain. We decided to have the pork chop for a change and it did not disappoint. We started with a Caesar and a chopped salad. We had a Chimney Rick Cabernet. We finished with the fresh berries for dessert which was refreshing and lite.
We love this restaurant. Our experience, like all of our experiences here, was outstanding. Hank, our server, is a familiar face and an excellent guide to an incredible meal. He was welcoming and informative. Our table was perfectly maintained and every need anticipated. A level of service that very few restaurants can achieve. The food... Amazing. We had a New York strip steak and a filet mignon. Both steaks were cooked perfectly. My only complaint was that my wife ordered a smaller cut, limiting her ability to share more with me. What makes Morton’s in Rosemont so special is the way the restaurant is managed. Patrick floats throughout the dining room carefully inspecting each and every table, chatting with guests and sharing experiences. Although we don’t dine here as much as we would like to, Patrick always remembers who we are and make us feel like special guests. Thats the difference between great and excellent.
Food and service always excellent!!! The bars are great and fun to sit at and enjoy a libation before dinner!!!
Amazing food. Sat at the bar at Tom took great care of us. Fabulous drinks and even better service.
The staff at Morton's in Rosemont always provides outstanding service!
We love the food and staff at Morton’s! The ambiance at this location is perfect for a special night out for couples. We had the steak and lobster which was delicious. They have the best onion rings too.
Morton’s doesn’t disappoint
As any Morton's, great food and excellent service. Conveniently close to the airport, so if you have three hour layover...
Celebrating my husbands birthday everyone we encountered greeted him/wished happy birthday by his name. We proceeded to tell them it was also our anniversary and everyone was so kind
As we exchanged gifts they left us alone to enjoy
We were planning on ordering the chocolate soufflé for dessert and they comped it
Our favorite thing was our personalized menus!
Good food great service
I celebrated my 30th birthday last night and the staff was amazing. The food was to die for and the atmosphere was amazing. I ordered the ribeye Cajun steak and it was absolutely delicious you can cut the steak using a spoon that’s how soft and cooked it was. It was eight other guest everyone said the service was amazing and they cannot wait to go back. This was the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The menu also had my name along with my age and my celebration which was perfect
Excellent time with friends , our waiters were the best. Great atmosphere
The staff was outstanding. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and they made it a very special day for him.
Food was great! Service was excellent! Will be back for sure!
Awesome wait staff! I forget her name but she was an amazing person! Explained each dish and my glass was never empty
Our server Hank was terrific. We were not rushed at all and each course was delicious!
Excellent food and service
Always excellent. Great food and ambiance. I cannot wait to return.
It was a business/pleasure dinner. Food was great. Waiter was great. Cocktail great. Noise level was a bit loud for my taste. Wine selection was a bit limited. Overall great time.
Morton's Rosemont delivers outstanding service, food and atmosphere. You can never go wrong there.
Alex our waiter was fantastic!!!
We had a dinner reservation for a party of 2. The service was good, however, the quality of food wasn't the typical Morton's experience that I am traditionally used to. The parmesan truffle fries were somewhat soggy and didn't represent a crispy, nor were they flavorful. For $13, I was expecting something better. The chicken Christopher was good. Overall, we had a good experience.
The steak were ordered with medium and medium rare. It cam out medium well. The steak were that juicy anymore.
Went for our anniversary dinner. Service was exceptional and food was delicious!
Great food and service.
Overall good experience. Not great for the money. I ordered the large filet and they "ran out". How can a major steak house out of a filet mignon? Value wise the large steak was the best option. It wasn't there for me to order. If I wanted a filet there was NO option. I wasn't pleased about that. Food quality was good.
The food is great, but how good is great at $125 per person? We are used to expensive dining, but one person in our party did not have an an alcoholic drink and ate a salad. $25 for a martini makes LA prices seem low. We were put in the basement(without being asked where we might like to sit) when there were tables available on the first floor and the outdoor patio. There are better choices at this price.
Morton's really IS the place for steak.. Tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly, and cooked exactly right. And the "sharing" portions of chopped salad and of mashed potatoes were perfect. Easy parking. Good location. VERY friendly server. A great experience all around. The only thing missing was a shuttle to the Rosemont Theater. That would have been perfect.
This is a great location. Great food. Loved the patio.
Wonderful dinner for 3 birthdays
We were looking for a good place to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. We don't have kids so we spent a lot of money on fine dining. This experience was 'meh.' We were told upon arrival they are still seating the 7pm reservations (ours was 7:30pm) not the worst thing but still sort of rude and we we were told to sit at the bar, we spent over $30 on two cocktails. We were told to go downstairs and the staff downstairs was not ready to receive us, we would have stayed in the quiet bar to enjoy our drinks. They told us to wait at bar downstairs. We did and it was loud as there was obnoxious group for 40th bday party down there and we were sat next to them. Tried to not let this bother us. A lot of vulgar talk, swearing, etc. Without explanation we lost our main server. Mgr never came to check on us but another server did, which was nice of him but not an overall good experience, we felt we were a nuisance not a valued guest. Spoiled the experience as I wanted another glass of wine WITH my meal but I finished it before 2nd server showed face. Saw another table get their photo taken, we were never offered this, noticed on reviews they do it for special occasions, I had anniversary dinner in the notes for open table, the hostess wished us one after she told us we wouldn't be seated for a while. Our original server seemed to be stuck with the large party and separate bills. Someone should have helped him or it not be allowed. I noticed the long table which displays wine bottles and decorations were extremely dusty. I could write my name in it if I wished. Didn't feel good to have a view of that all night. I only noticed trying to find a server to help us. At one point my husband thought two men were going to throw punches. Not the classy, relaxing experience I envisioned. My husband said, "see, I told you we should have gone to Gibson's." I felt bad I pushed for Morton's, I am not sure we will be back. We will see if they offer anything to rectify this.
