Quality has declined over that past year at this location. There is no room between tables in the middle of the restaurant. This means people are constantly bumping into patrons if you cannot get a booth.

Steaks came out medium rare when I ordered them rare.... When packing up leftovers to take home, they were lost.... The waitress compensated us, which was kind of her. But it was just so packed that the service and experience suffered.

I used to like taking family out to this restaurant for special occasions—like their first steak after getting their wisdom teeth pulled or their braces removed. I’ll be looking for another location for celebrating these milestones.

We went for restaurant week and ordered fillet mignon and pork chop. I don’t know if its massive production or what, the pork chop was over cooked and steak was burnt outside (inside was still ok). The starters: onion soup and salad were just par, not bad, the legendary hot chocolate cake was pretty good. Overall, I don’t think the food quality is matching to the price and name.

My husbands lobster bisque had a bit too much sherry for my taste but my chopped salad was really good! Steaks cooked to perfection as you would expect! They have a great reputation for a reason- they’ve earned it! Lobster tails also cooked perfect and our server made us feel like we were the only ones in the (very crowded) dining room. A great dinner!

We took an advantage of restaurant week and bunch of us got together to try Morton.
It was OK but they did not impress me to go back again. Lobster bisque was kind of thick and heavy look like you are eating butter flavored lobster. 6 oz file was good and had a good taste to it although they over cooked my order. Dessert was absolutely disappointing. It was like you got something frozen from grocery store. As I said they did not impressed me with their food at all.

We went for NYE, cocktails came a 1/2 hour after ordering them and they were not correct. There were 4 of us, 2 received appetizers and 20 minutes later the other 2 appetizers showed up, all were cold so not really any good excuse. Our server did not offer us NYE party favors although all the other tables had them. This place used to be really great, it had definitely gone down hill. If it wasn’t so expensive we would not have been so picky but if you are charging Morton’s prices, you should receive impeccable service.

Your bartenders need the recipe for a REAL French 75! I’ll be happy to send my favorite.
The filet mignon and crab cakes were wonderful. The smoked Gouda potatoes were amazing, as was the sautéed spinach and mushrooms.

Wish there were a separate room to seat guests with babies and very young children. Sitting next to a table with a screaming child is not acceptable at an expensive and luxurious restaurant. Also, what about dress codes? Seeing the majority of guests dressed in jeans and tennis shoes and sloppy shirts and coats is ridiculous for a restaurant of this stature. Suggest a jacket and collared shirt be required for this restaurant. The standards of dress and decorum are certainly at an all time low here. We don't expect to dine at a high end restaurant with guests who dress for Applebees, McDonald's or Chuck-E-Cheese with crying/screaming kids in tow.

We specifically chose to sit at a hightop table in the bar for dinner.

Edwin was our server. He was excellent with suggestions and was incredibly attentive.

We were very excited that the special of the month was the Cote de Bouef. It was just great. . We had it previously and were sad to see that it is not a regular menu item.

General manager stopped out to see how we were doing which is always nice.

What can I say Morton’s is always the best. Teresa our server was excellent. She recommended a thick cut bacon hors d’oeuvres which was excellent. We had steaks lobsters and crabcakes all without exception excellent. Even though the place was very busy (Christmas eve) we felt the Teresa and the crew gave us personal attention.

I took a dear friend out for a holiday luncheon and everything from A-Z was fantastic. Rarely these days do I see the whole service team meet a large company’s vision of service. From my last minute reservation of 5-10 min earlier to the genuine greeting at the front desk, to the convenient valet service, the wait staff’s knowledge and attention to details, and the food (scallops and both our ribeyes) perfectly cooked as ordered. We had an amazing experience! As the host to this gathering, they made me look like a superstar. I will add Morton’s to my entertaining client list venue moving forward!

Exceptional service where all of the attentive staff make you feel special. Sitting in front of the kitchen allows you to marvel at their cooking. Steaks are quite delicious and the potatoes are incredibly decadent. The creme brulee was the best I've ever had - very light.

Food was good as always, service was definitely lacking. Our server walked by us several times and did not take our order. Our wait time to order or ask for anything was long which led to us skipping dessert. We normally get good service.

Hosted several for a business dinner and three out of four guests were significantly disappointed in the quality of food given the exorbitant prices and Morton's past reputation for fine quality steaks. For example, the wagyu one of the best cuts of meat was smothered in a pesto sauce. Why? The Alaskan king crabs did not taste fresh. While the service was outstanding, whoever has esigned your current needs a reality check. We won't be back!

The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. We had a problem with the steak that we ordered and the waitress Tiffany and the assistance manager Meron corrected it promptly. The ambience was comfortable and quiet, and we truly enjoyed the experience. Everyone was friendly and hospitable, and we felt very comfortable.

We made a reservation for noon on Thanksgiving. We arrived around 10 til noon. The restaurant was still closed and the doors were locked. There were a couple of people standing in the entryway, so we knocked on the window since there was a bone-chilling wind outside. The guests who were in the entryway told us that the Valet had let them in but told them not to let anyone else in. But, they let us inside anyway. As more people started to show up, they were forced to wait outside in the freezing cold wind. Morton's finally decided to start interacting with their customers shortly after noon. As the manager walked us to our table, I told him that I thought it was extremely inappropriate for the restaurant to leave its guests outside in the cold like that. He curtly replied that the restaurant does not open until noon. He obviously did not care how his guests were being treated. If I ever decide to return to this Morton's, I'll be sure to show up for my reservation 10-15 minutes late. I'm sure that they won't mind holding the table for me.

I had the surf and turf, which was good, but my wife had a s special, Shrimp Scampi, which arrived cold. We were also charged for two coffees that never arrived but we were running late for a show so we couldn't stay to resolve the issue.

Our waiter was excellent, but we were afraid to send my wife's dish back given our time constraints. Overall, a little disappointing considering the prices.

We haven't been to Morton's in a while, so we decided to go there. Service was excellent, every employee we had contact with was friendly, professional and courteous. Our top-quality steaks were cooked exactly to our request, and the sides and dessert were perfect. All in all, a great evening out for my wife & I!

My cowboy ribeye was ordered as medium and came well done, dined here many times and this was the first time I’ve encountered any food issues.
