My family went to Morton's for a birthday dinner. We love coming here because it is always a wonderful dining experience. The staff from start to finish were cordial and attentive without being smothering. The food is consistently and delicious. The ambience is great. The restaurant is clean and tasteful decorated. These are the reason why we go to Morton's for special occasions.

Morton's is always top notch and it always made for a perfect place to take clients.

I previously was at Morton's of Reston every week. But now that the town center has the stupid parking application requirement I only take a customer when I have to. If it weren't for the parking application, the castle if getting a code, and the annoyance of interrupting a business meeting to work 9ut getting the code for parking... I would gladly be at Morton's weekly.

The Reston town center is now the last place on my list to take customers.

We truly enjoyed our evening.
But, I do recommend that all waiters know the specials of the day.

- Bread brought out late and only upon reminder.
- Wrong drinks served, one reminded and other let go.
- Filet mignon medium well was well done to over cooked/charred.
- Manager offered one free dessert for over cooked filet when dessert was already free for wedding anniversary reservation--pointless fix.
- Waited a long time to get our credit card back.
- Restaurant wasn't that busy so service should have been way better.
- Been coming for 10 years for our wedding anniversary and this will be the last--very disappointed with the overall service when paying such high dollars for steaks.

Used to be a frequent patron of Morton's but haven't been back in a long time, for no particular reason. I was disappointed when I sat down to a paper menu vs the rolling menu cart from years past. Service was EXCELLENT!! It was our anniversary and the staff made a big deal about it and made us feel very special. That was so nice. Food was just as good as we remembered. We would highly recommend Morton's at Reston.

Very good. Cost is higher than most competitors but food is as good if not slightly better. Toss up between Ruth's in Arlington and Reston Mortons.

It was our 57th wedding anniversary. We knew the steaks were the best so Morton's was our choice. Very nice service, even took a picture and put it in a folder for us. We will go there again.

Mortons has lost a lot of appeal. Not keeping up with the times. Maybe they do more business
meeting meals during the week. Friday night it was empty and the food was so-so. Some of the food on my plate was cool and some as it should be. Not impressed especially for the price.

Pretty much a disaster from start to finish. My wife's steak arrived cold and way overcooked. It was sent back. Backed potato came after I was done eating. They remade my wife's steak but by the time we got it, the dinning experience was ruined. Coffee came after we were done with dessert. Service was inattentive. This place is hit or miss. This was a big miss.

We Were dining with a Landry Club discount so the waiter knew we would not be his high spending customers for the evening. However, you would never know it by the way we were treated. We had great service. The food of course was great, as it always is at Mortons. Mortons also has a number of very good wines. However, the mark up on their wines is much higher than many other high end restaurants.

Excellent cuisine as usual. Service was pathetic for a fine dining restaurant. Waiter was not attentive and made an inappropriate comment to my wife when she requested more iced tea. It took over 90 minutes before we were served our entrees.

Our waiter was not very attentive.
He took the order and then stopped back once as we were finishing. When he offered me a glass of wine it would have been nice to make mention that happy hour was over and so for the increased charge of $12 a glass I could have sampled something not on the limited happy hour menu. My guest commented that the waiter was nowhere to be seen. We flagged down another staff member when we were brought the wrong food.

We visited Mortons to partake in the bar bites Happy Hour which seemed to state 6:30-9:30 but we misread it and arrived at 6:40 and asked for the bar bites menu.
We ended up spending $65 for 4 apps.
The server should have explained that it was over.
We would have ordered entrees

We will not be returning to this restaurant. A steak restaurant, they could not
correctly cook my order for filet. We were told we would not be charged for my
meal but then were presented the bill with no deduction for that meal.

We spoke to them about this being a wedding anniversary and they did a fabulous job making the couple feel special. They also took a photo and made a lovely keepsake card of the evening! Thank you so much to the staff and management of Mortons!

The meal itself was excellent. Steak prepared perfectly. However, the service was terrible. We were dining because Morton's offered a special three course meal for a good value. It seemed obvious that as soon as our waiter knew we were there for the special he was no longer interested in serving us. Every course was served after only considerable delay. Even our drinks and wine seemed to be a who cares after thought with us. He spent the majority of his time schmoozing with two tables that were obviously past clients --- and worse those tables were directly across from us made it all the more irritating. If Morton's doesn't was want to serve the special, it should not offer it. The poor service ruined what should be a nice experience.

This was the first time I had a bad expierence at Mortons. Our server was less than attentive and our food was over cooked. We waited to send it back but our server was no where to be found so we managed to get through it. I will be back we are letting it go as an off night.

My husband and I ate there on Saturday night, we thought it was a little too dark in there, we had to turn our iPhone light on to see the menu. Our waiter did not tell us about specials until we overheard another waiter telling another table about them. I ordered filet, medium rare, it was dry and no taste. My husband ordered the ribeye, it was good and he enjoyed it. We also had the chopped salad which was good and the corn was very good, the mashed potatoes were nothing special. The soufflé was okay. I wouldn't order the filet there again.
