Outstanding Service! Delicious Food! The drinks were iced cold and the food was steaming HOT! Ribeye steak cooked to perfection with tasty sides of button mushrooms and loaded mashed potatoe! As good as the food was, the service was even better! Also had the hot chocolate cake sundae for dessert and it was AMAZING! Rolled out of there After feeling safe, spoiled and special. We will go back soon!
Not sure I totally agree with the hype of Morton's. I thought it was good, the server we had was very good. But it's a lot of money so I wanted it to be amazing.
Filet mignon was not at all up to par. And somehow they slipped in a sauce I didn’t really want and charged $6 each for it.
The food seemed sub-par, steak was bland, and our waiter seemed to be rushing us and the place was less than half full. This visit definitely made me realize why I like Ruth’s better.
Just busier than expected, everything else was amazing..
Excellent example of the Morton’s chain. We had some initial issues with our waitress not wanting to serve us because she was focused on other tables, but once we brought the matter to the attention of the manager, we received exceptional service from a different waiter. Excellent food, plus strong wine offerings.
The restaurant was very busy
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Morton’s - or better yet a Landry’s Brand restaurant. Everything from the staff to the food was completely horrible. I will not be back anytime soon.
New Year’s Eve very crowded not much distancing.
Service just ok nothing special , food unremarkable.
Andrew was our server tonight. He was great. Almost a throwback to the old way of service at Morton’s. Excellent energy.
This is by far my favorite restaurant and I will be coming back often as I can I loved every minute of the restaurant
The staff was really friendly and we loved all the food.
The ambience is very welcoming and seating is very comfortable. The service is exceptional. Their cuisines are all very good indeed. We had as a starter the Jumbo Shrimps (and they were jumbo), Mortons chopped salad which is the best I have ever had and it's due to how they chop everything from cucumbers, romaine, blue cheese, bacon, eggs, carrots, tomatoes, plus some others I have left out. Entrees we each had filet mignon with lobster and as a side their mac and cheese with lobster. All was exceptionally made and served. And their staff including Sam, Thank you!
Food and service is still at high level. Mixed drinks seamed weak.
Onion bread nice
Waiter nice but anxious to move fast
No COVID here I guess from closeness of tables
Lobster bisque soup watery
Onion soup was ok
Lobster Mac and cheese had an unnecessary kick to it but abundance of lobster which was nice
Filet Mignon delicious
Shoestring fries delicious
Cajun porterhouse would have been great if it wasn’t over the top spicy so much so couldn’t eat more than couple of bites
Paid my bill left 20%tip and was great full to have found a table on Christmas Day
You would not know that we were in the middle of a pandemic upon entering this restaurant. It was very crowded with little to almost no social distancing. Yes, some of the booths had plastic barriers between them, but any place this size should not be so crowded. After we were seated, we had to just sit there and wait. Until we complained to the manager, no one came by to either give us a menu or even offer us water. After we placed our order, one of the meals delivered was wrong, but the waiter didn't tell us that. He basically said it was what we ordered. Our bill was incorrect as well, they overcharged us for the meal they got incorrect. Honestly, I held Morton's in great esteem, but not anymore.
What a disaster- way overcrowded for covid, steaks overcooked or undercooked and a waitress who was clueless. Mortons do better!
Our waiter was very attentive and made sure our experience went great aside from busy Christmas dinner rush.
Favorite dish was the bacon wrapped scallops.
Love the food and service at Morton's. It is nice to go to an old-school steak house so you know what service and food you are getting. I enjoy getting what you pay for.
Simply awesome! Morton's is one of our favorite Restaurants in Reston Town Center!
An outstanding experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Cajun ribeye is incredible.
A fun evening with a great waiter.
The hostess was very unprofessional she was on her phone when we walked in had a terrible attitude I had a friend of mine who did not have a mask so I asked the hostess if she had a mask by chance to give him she couldn’t hear me because she kept talking over my voice by saying “he needs to leave the restaurant” by the way she was using a very loud voice and making a scene I’ve eat at several steakhouse and have never had such a terrible experience this will be my last time eating at Morton’s steakhouse
The customer service was absolutely amazing. James was very knowledgeable, friendly, and spot on. He made the experience wonderful. The food was amazing. For the price you get your money’s worth with portions and quality of food. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she had a blast. Will definitely be back.
Morton’s always always always gets it right! And the Cajun ribeye will literally knock your socks off. The ribeye is so tender that you can practically cut it with a spoon.
Awesome service and food
It was super special that our server remembered our names and that we were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday.
I have dined at Mortons twice recently. The first was at the level I expect, except my service persons accent was so thick it was difficult to understand(part "might" have been the mask, but everything went well. The last trip was good, but a pair of snafus didn't spoil the experience, only lessened it.
The first was difficult to comprehend. How does a steakhouse run out of baked potatoes at 7:00 on a Sunday? Even if they had a run, they certainly had time to prepare more.
Secondly, my service person THIS time forgot to complete the order, and I had to remind him AFTER my entre was presented.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Morton's made our anniversary so special. They printed us personalized menus, accommodated our seating request, and went above and beyond at every point. The food was outstanding. The service was flawless. We will definitely be back.
Great time and great food. They seemed to take cleanliness very seriously. They were only at about 50% at capacity and all staff was wearing a mask.
Thanksgivings
Service was outstanding! Food was timed perfectly and tasted great. Staff practiced all covid precautions.
Mortons in Reston was nice. Food was good, a little heavy on the salt, but good. I recommend it for nice evening in Reston.
Food very good, I would say the price was a little high compared to the portion size.
As always, excellent service, food, and attention to detail!
We were celebrating an anniversary. The food and ambiance were perfect. However, our waiter Eddie took everything to the next level. It couldn’t have been a nicer evening.
Steaks were ok, but not exceptional. Sides were delicious. Great service!
Have never had a bad comment about any Morton’s restaurants!!
We dined outside on Morton's side terrace underneath starry lights, sails and a comfortable gas heater. Cocktails, food and service were outstanding. Go while the weather lasts!
