Great time on thanksgiving! Great service and food!
We made a reservation for noon on Thanksgiving. We arrived around 10 til noon. The restaurant was still closed and the doors were locked. There were a couple of people standing in the entryway, so we knocked on the window since there was a bone-chilling wind outside. The guests who were in the entryway told us that the Valet had let them in but told them not to let anyone else in. But, they let us inside anyway. As more people started to show up, they were forced to wait outside in the freezing cold wind. Morton's finally decided to start interacting with their customers shortly after noon. As the manager walked us to our table, I told him that I thought it was extremely inappropriate for the restaurant to leave its guests outside in the cold like that. He curtly replied that the restaurant does not open until noon. He obviously did not care how his guests were being treated. If I ever decide to return to this Morton's, I'll be sure to show up for my reservation 10-15 minutes late. I'm sure that they won't mind holding the table for me.
Way too loud, too many drunk and loud people. Asked to move once and was still bad. Ruined my dinner.
Great service and food! always a nice evening out.
I had the surf and turf, which was good, but my wife had a s special, Shrimp Scampi, which arrived cold. We were also charged for two coffees that never arrived but we were running late for a show so we couldn't stay to resolve the issue.
Our waiter was excellent, but we were afraid to send my wife's dish back given our time constraints. Overall, a little disappointing considering the prices.
We haven't been to Morton's in a while, so we decided to go there. Service was excellent, every employee we had contact with was friendly, professional and courteous. Our top-quality steaks were cooked exactly to our request, and the sides and dessert were perfect. All in all, a great evening out for my wife & I!
Filet was not as good as usual. Took a long time.
My cowboy ribeye was ordered as medium and came well done, dined here many times and this was the first time I’ve encountered any food issues.
The restaurant was closed - google maps and opentable open hours is wrong.

We had some food issues that were corrected. Not our best overall experience at Morton's. We gave been going to this one for over 10 years. I think it need some professional training.
We had a bad evening. Usually our visits are great. My potatoes were cold. Ordered medium rare but came out raw. Bread was overdone, had to ask for the butter. Our server was nice but treated like we had never been to a Morton's before even after expressing we had been going for about 20 years. Even expressed all cities we visited Morton's over the years. Didn't dessert but kept pushing. We will avoid this server in the future. Side note....bring back the matchstick fries, the new one not that good.

Outstanding all around
Salad had way too much dressing, more dressing than lettuce, clumps of it. Steak was less than warm, the sauces were cold. Had some difficulty communicating with wait person. Explanations were too fast and fuzzy.
Professional service & wonderful lunch. Perfect setting for business lunch.
Drinks and meal were delicious except my steak was a little over done.
We go out of our way (even bypassing the Bethesda location) to celebrate our anniversary at Morton's Reston location. We always have a great dinner at Morton's in Reston VA.
Best Morton's we have been to. Steak is prepared to perfection. Sides are overpriced.
I love the food. The veal chop was awesome. Biggest disappointment, they stopped serving the shoestring fries. The new fries are not very good.

My husband and I enjoyed a special night out at Morton's steakhouse in Reston VA this past weekend. We arrived early to enjoy a cocktail or two at the bar area - and had prompt and friendly service from the bartenders. After a few drinks we were taken to our table and greeted right away by some friendly staff who provided water, bread and menus. Diego was our server and he was excellent. Knowledgeable on wines and the menu and offered some great suggestions. The meal was well spaced out, and he was never intrusive but always attentive. Overall excellent service and the food was well cooked and prepared. Thanks for a great evening and great service

My wife and I visited this location for our anniversary on Saturday, September 21, 2019. And it was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Everything from the valet parking ($6.00) to the desserts was excellent! Upon entering and giving our name under the reservation. We were immediately acknowledged that it was our anniversary! And then we were escorted to our table. Where it was NICELY decorated! With pink and white rose petals on the table. Even the menus had “Happy Anniversary” on them. The waitstaff even addressed us by name (very nice). And here’s where I was VERY impressed. They took a photo of us. And placed it in a nice little cardboard frame. With Happy Anniversary written on it. They even gave us a complimentary dessert! To ALL the team at Morton’s in Reston.......I just want to say THANK YOU! You helped make our anniversary VERY special!! Well done!!!
It was our anniversary and they treated us like royalty. Even petals on the table. They were so friendly and so attentive. Food was great. Will definitely come back again.
Food, service and ambience at Morton’s are always good. A great place for a quality meal.
I have hosted many large group business meetings and small business dinners at Morton's Reston over many years. It has been my go to place for these events in Northern VA. Tonight management let things get out of hand. My business associate and I were seated at what is normally a quiet table just off the main isle. However a large group arrived about 30 minutes later for an event in the large private room. During their cocktail service Morton's Management allowed that group to use the service isle instead of stay in the private room. They were literally standing over the back wall of our table. They were so loud that my business conversation was impossible. Management observed the situation and did nothing! We were so happy to leave Mortons that evening.
Great venue for dinner with my parents. Staff was impeccable from the moment we walked in the door to service at our table. Very impressive and highly recommend visiting and dining at this location. Food quality is superb and great value for the money. Cant wait to go back again.

Generally excellent all around as usual. Guests remarked that they thought the prices were unusually high compared to other local restaurants and the mixed grills were expensive ($60) for the amount of food in the serving. And the prices for cocktails were the highest they have paid in Reston. They are not likely to return.
Took my kids to Morton's to celebrate their 18th birthdays. The staff was outstanding and really made my kids feel extra special from the moment we walkes in when the matre'd greeted us. There were personalized menus waiting at our table and all of the wait staff assigned to our table wished my sons birthday greetings.
The food was outstanding and prepared perfectly! We left full and satisfied.

I originally made reservations for 4 people at Founding Farmer...but decided to go to Morton's in Reston instead because the wait and food at FF is always unpredictable. Glad I did! We were seated right away, we ordered a 3 course lunch for $31 (I couldn't believe it), and it all arrived quickly and at the same time. All of it was so good!!! Our server, Victoria was attentive and great. I have had her several times, and she is excellent. This is the place to go to!!! The hostess Meron was really nice and provided us with information on their Labor Day event. We will definitely be there!!
Very rushed service. Not what you would expect when paying top dollars
We had reservations and had to wait 15 minutes for our table to become ready. Once we were seated, we didn’t see our waiter for at least 25 minutes for our drink orders. We asked the manager on two separate occasions that our drink orders had yet to be taken. The steaks were either cold in the center or warm, if best. To top it off, no compensation was made for the delay in the service. We will never be returning to this Morton’s again.
Overall decent experience. Tried it since we had $100 gift certificate given to us by a friend. The $100 paid for our first drinks and appetizers. You know you will be spending a lot when you go to one of these chain steakhouses and you expect the food to be perfect. Little disappointed in our steaks as they were not as flavorful as we have come to expect at places like Flemings or Ruth Chris. Service was ok although felt rushed and waited 10 minutes before the waitress came back after taking our drink order. Place was busy (reservation was Saturday at 8:00PM), but again, when you are paying over $400 for dinner, you expect almost perfection. Will opt for Flemings next time as we have eaten there several times and it is always good.
