As a concert-goer, Morton's, Portland is in a great location, across the street from Keller Auditorium. The vibe was excited, and restaurant full, at 5:00 pm. The staff was very accommodating, but short at the bar. We had to ask for additional drinks and to order food. There are far too many bar chairs and we were all elbow to elbow. The food was amazing. The shrimp cocktail may be the best we've ever had. Four biters in a very zingy sauce. My husband had filet, brussels sprouts and corn casserole, all delicious. I had shrimp scampi, but was pleasantly surprised by pasta underneath with tomatoes and spinach. So good! Cut the bread in half as it was wasted by everyone who ordered it. I didn't love the everything seasoning. Go simpler. We'll definitely be back!

It's very nice inside. The food is good, but not amazing, especially when you look at the cost of everything. I wish they had round tables for larger parties because rectangles don't allow for everyone in a party to communicate. My filet was charred on the outside, but cooked nicely on the inside, except you couldn't really taste anything other than burnt beef. Definitely not the same quality as the Mortons in Chicago.

Birthday serration. At the beginning the staff were so attentive and made efforts to make the experience special. Once we ordered our food, the service was slow. The food was really good, but the price seemed high for the quality. Would try again.

Highly overrated for sure. Date night pre theatre was ruined…Location near Keller is certainly why Morton’s is busy. However food great & service was over busy but good…forgotten drink order, also quite disappointing. Broken glass for water glass which was discovered when I found a piece of small glass in my mouth had come right off the broken water glass with a crack at the rim..not much was done about it other than just an apology. Understand these things happen, but greater attention to detail would be expected at a Restaurant of this caliber. Additionally, customer service was not great in that I would’ve expected some kind of meal credit or something during the event. It’s very simple Morton’s please review your customer service procedures this could’ve gone very badly for the restaurant. Feel we were more than gracious & disappointing response,

We dine here often when we go to events at The Keller. Last night we took our daughter and son in law before going to the play and had the worst experience! It was extremely noisy. Service was not up to standard. We valeted our car and waited 50 minutes in the cold outside because they close at 10 pm so no service while we waited 50 minutes for our car! This was a terrible experience given our valentines dinner and gift to our kids. Previously put car has been parked curbside when we come out of the theater and sometimes we would have dessert after the performance and a drink. Closing and locking people out to wait for their cars in cold weather is really a huge disappointment. I did talk to to manager last night to express our dissatisfaction and concerns. He never even offered us to come in while we waited. We were told the valet is contracted. I told them the sign outside says Morton’s so it is their reputation and issue to resolve.

We realize place was packed due to play but we felt ignored. Took a long time for beverages. Then our appetizers took so long they came when our dinner arrived. Waiter said she was shocked that everything came at once. Evening was fine but could of been a lot nicer. Picture, menu, booth and birthday treat was great as always.

Bread was lovely and warm and the best thing. And the butter. We ended up getting a salad as we were concerned about getting to our seats at the Keller and it was not a very good Caesar salad. Nothing except lettuce and dressing. Too few croutons. No up to snuff with the price and other items.

Morton’s went out of the way to make the celebration of the engagement of two friends memorable. There was love decorations on the table, nice congratulations moment lol on the menu, and their choice of complementary desert. Classy all the way. The service was fantastic and the food was exceptional.

food was o.k., my lobster was on the edge of over cooked. but good enough. Nothing jumped out as spectacular and said "Wow, what a good value" they sat us at a table right in front of the entrance and every time the door open we were hit with a cold breeze from outside. I'm glad we checked it out, but probably won't bother to go back any time soon

This was my first visit to Morton's. I was so disappointed. Not in the cleanliness or service; classy restaurant with helpful staff. But the food was not up to my steak standards, and I love steak! I ordered the filet mignon with lobster tail. The lobster tail was surprisingly cold. My steak was too charred on the outside and was medium when I ordered medium rare. My 10-year-ols.oreseess the lobster macaroni & cheese, which was okay, but not as creamy as I expect from such an exclusive restaurant. I usually order filet mignon wherever I go and I've had better at Ruth Chris, Ringside, and the Outback.

Pricey, but worth it - especially if you're attending a performance at the Keller Auditorium across the street. My steak was excellent, my waiter attentive and helpful. They make a very good martini at the bar.
