When visiting Portland Oregon mastros has the best service and wine collection from local award winning wineries Pinot Noir’s are a must ! Jonah is very helpful with the selection of great wine and food pairings 5 star ⭐️

So sad to leave this review. It was overall just a bad experience. The staff was great but the service we received was not. It took over 30 minutes to refill drinks that we asked for no less than 3 times. The steak was not cooked correctly and was sent back and was still not cooked correctly. We were no longer hungry at that point as we had been there for almost 3 hours by then. There were other things that happened but these were the main things. Tables around us that came in after us had finished their meals and we hadn’t even gotten our appetizers. It was bizarre. It was sad as we went to celebrate our daughter’s 19th birthday and there were 7 of us there. We’ve eaten here before with no issues but this was an awful time. The staff was very apologetic and really nice but it was still no excuse for what all happened at the dinner. It was just a disappointment all around. But again, the staff, including the manager, were really nice. It was just hard to recover from what should have been a great dinner experience.

My wife's birthday and see picked Morton's. Loves their porkchop and Burata salad. I had an awesome Wedge salad and filet Oscar. Our waiter Mason was awesome also. We will be back.

My husband and I were at Mortons at exactly 6:00 this evening for our reservation. We told our waitress that we were attending the play across the street at 7:30. Our dinner arrived as we were leaving the table at 7:15. This was the second and last disappointing meal in a row we have had at Mortons. They used to be our go to place in Portland.

Lilly our server was amazing! She was very attentive to our needs and how we wanted the evening to go. She checked on us the proper amount of times and and made our overall evening better. We will be asking to sit in her section the next time we dine at Morton’s.

We love this restaurant. It is our "go to" for all our family's special occasions. The service is top notch every time. The food is always so yummy, no matter what we order. Make sure to save room for their desserts, even though that's difficult to do with such a tremendous menu.

What an amazing experience, my mother passed away last year and last night we celebrated what would have been her 80th birthday the staff went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed and provided a wonderful memory for me to remember my mom for everything good. Thank you for such wonderful care and support of my mother. We had a photo of her on the table with us they were amazing.

The marinated sea bass was way, way undercooked, and the bok choy that came with it was full of sandy dirt. They hadn’t bothered to wash the vegetable. We were extremely disappointed with the meal. We rarely write restaurant reviews, but this experience demanded a response.

Morton’s never disappoints. Amazing steaks and sides. All the servers are top notch and very attentive. It’s so convenient to dine there after Broadway Series Shows at the Keller Auditorium. Their Golden Pineapple cocktail is off the chain!

Meal, as always was awesome. Mason was excellent-well versed on the menu. However, he talks too fast and therefore nothing he said registered. There were 5 of us ranging from 18-74. We all just looked at each other after he left the table and wondered how could anyone talk that fast. I was still stuck on the first item on the top Rhs. Non of our brains could keep up with him. Kinda weird, we belong to the dining club. When he brought the bill, said he couldn’t adjust the bill and just added this credit for our next dining experience. We had much discussion about it and apparently the past points can’t be used once the bill is presented.

Exceptional customer service, I ordered a New York strip well done that came out medium, server noticed immediately after checking in on us and resolved the situation promptly. Lobster mac and cheese and truffle fries were excellent, as was baked potato, good size portions. Steak lacked flavor, nothing exceptional for the price, which was disappointing, was expecting Ruth Chris experience, which fell short.

The waiter was rude, condescending, talked fast, didn’t want to review specials. Told us what to order, the most expensive items. The waiter reviewed the menu so fast we couldn’t understand him and he wouldn’t go back. He especially didn’t want to dwell on the specials offers!!! The meal took so long people arriving after us received their food. One person came out to apologize but didn’t see her after that. The food presentation was minimal. The sea bass was inedible and was sent back. The steaks were very charred on the outside leaving a burned after taste. The vegetables were terrible. Non of the party ate them after tasting them! The birthday dessert never arrived and Molten lava cake were less than room temperature and dry! And it was as very expensive! We have been there many times. This time was not up to their standards in any way. Shape or form!!

There was no toilet paper in any of the stulls. A place of this level should be walked by the manager before it opens for business. Has a long time customer iwas very disappointed. As well as the way the manager responded to the problem.

We were seated at 5:30 and didn't receive our appetizers until 6:35. The restaurant was about 30% full so not sure what was happening. Food was really good. Server spilled martini on one of our guest and didn't even apologize also didn't apologize for the extreme delay in food. We were there almost 3 hours. I spoke to a manager and received no apology. When we got home and looked at our check we were also charged for two extra martinis. All in all not pleased.
