Cajun Ribeye Steak
Blue Cheese Steak Fries***
Excellent steaks, otherwise a bit pricey relative to the food.
Bone in Rib-eye not hot. Sever was insulting to female at table.
Birthday!! Joseph was exceptional!! He made our birthday experience absolutely Ah-Mazing!!
Outstanding service and dinner will be back for sure! Thanks
I had the Chicken Christopher, my date had the 16oz Porterhouse, we shared and thought both were delicious.
Another great dinner. Our waiter John was great!!
Will be back here before Ruth's Chris. Memorable cocktails.
Our first time to dine-in here at Morton’s and we were delighted with the service and the food was great . It’s a birthday celebration ! For sure , we’re gonna come back.
The only thing that was less than perfect was the quietness of the server and the noise in the restaurant. Hard to hear her clearly. Otherwise the visit was exceptional as always.
Jason and Justin were absolutely amazing. Great customer service and very friendly to my party. Grace was very welcoming when I arrived and greeted us with a nice smile.
Excellent all around . Food was great and we were very well taken care of!
Waiter very attentive to our needs and wants.
A good waiter never appears to be in a hurry, they move quietly as to not disturb patrons.
Pace of service just right.
Wine list markup is >3x retail.
Does not appear to have valet service, have to find my own parking.
And that is hard to do when there are riots nearly every night for the more than a year now.
We've been to Morton's before and were blown away by the amazing preparation of the steak, from the filets to the NY's....
So we planned ahead to make a return visit when our family visited from out of town. It was a long wait, but we were looking forward to a repeat experience of excellence.
Unfortunately, The steak preparation was disappointing. It did not rise above other venues like we remembered. I heard there was a recent change of chef which may be the reason this experience was not comparable to our first.
The server was friendly and gave us a discount on our ticket for the reorders of our steaks. The other menu items we ordered were good.
First time back to Morton's in over a year. Great service by our server, can't remember her name, but she was only a few weeks on the job and was already very knowledgeable about the dishes, and very professional and pleasant. Food was great as usual, and the wine/champagne selection was extensive. Highly recommended.
Steak was over done then under done, neither tries had a good crust. Not sure what’s going on, very unusual for a Morton’s.
Make sure you ask questions ie how long has the potato been in the warmer? Is the salad large enough to share. Two of three steaks were go. The bone in rib-eye was fairly lean and over cooked.
Morton's is always good. Server was very nice and attentive without being overbearing. Drinks were excellent.
However, this time the largest portion of my Cajun Ribeye was overcooked, which has never happened there before. I was torn about sending it back and chose not to, because I just couldn't bring myself to waste a $60 cut of beef. Unfortunately, the asparagus was chewy and not properly cut.
However, the portion of my steak that was properly medium rare was excellent as always and the mushrooms were perfect.
And, surprisingly, the gigantic sundae was far better than descrubed. It was amazingly good, but huge.
This is a special occasion for us, as our budget doesn't allow for this kind of meal often, so spending this amount on a sub-par meal was disappointing. But, again, I chose not to send the steak back, so I didnt actually give them a chance to fix it. It was just very surprising for Morton's.
Our server was terrific keeping our family of six supplied with everything we wished. The front desk accommodated our early arrival and made us feel at home even though we were not in our “Sunday best.” I sincerely appreciate this Morton’s staff making our dinner absolutely wonderful.
Wonderful evening with great food and lots of special attention due to a birthday!
Glad to see that Morton's is finally open and back to what they do best. Food was great and service was exceptional.
Great dinner out! Lobster was perfect, filet mignon almost perfect. Server was fantastic! will definitely be back.
Wonderful, old school ambiance, delicious food, and attentive staff. We felt very well cared for by everyone.
Good and service were delicious. Was extremely surprised at the number of customers in tank-tops and backwards hats. We felt like we were at a Cheesecske Factory. I understand things are opening up again, but I would hope Morton’s has the dignity to ask customers to at least wear shirts with sleeves.
Food and service was absolutely amazing. My Girlfriend and I came for our anniversary and they went over the top the make it special! Our waiter Joseph was one of the best waiters we've had in our life! He was extremely polite and if we needed anything, he went above and beyond to help us. Such as reorganizing out table to giving us warm water just to warm up.
I got the prime New York and it is DEFINITELY worth the price. The steak exploded with flavor and I didn't wanna stop eating after that.
The place was absolutely beautiful. We were instantly impressed the moment we walked in. The special anniversary table was super generous and we appreciate everyone putting so much thought and effort into our dinner.
Sadly something had came up and we had to leave early. We're definitely coming back again and we'll be excited to be able to stay for an entire dinner next time.
P.S. Part of this message might sound familiar because I also put a review on Google!
Morton’s was a very nice place to eat while traveling to Portland. The steak is excellent, I recommend the truffle butter to accompany anything though. The dessert sundae was also a must try. Great service, nice atmosphere and delicious meal.
Could not have been better
Belated Father’s Day great food and service
First time out for a "real" date with my wife since the pandemic started. Everything was terrific! Service, food, and ambiance.
This is well ran restaurant with all the benefits for a night out. Great management (Steve) get servers, and amazing chef's I wish I had here at home.
I managed a restaurant in Portland for 5 years and hands down this was the worst waiter I have ever had. When you are spending $500 to eat out you should never have to experience what we did. Our server admitted he was new, which is fine however it was obvious he had never been properly trained. His opening remark was an attempt to make a joke about my outfit because i wore a white blazer to a steak house. I am typically a laid back person but the way he remarked on my selection of clothes was disrespectful.
They sat us by the kitchen which was very loud, there was plenty of space to seat us in a better location.
He forgot to bring use food menus after we ordered drinks
He made a comment that we are ordering way to much food
He continued to visit our table at the wrong time interrupting our conversation when we didn’t need anything (wasn’t around when we needed it)
Joked that his service was horrible
Put our dinner order into the kitchen right before a large order which made us wait for our food longer
Dropped the check infront of my father in-law assuming he was paying when I was actually paying (look on his face when I reached over to grab the bill)
hosts and support staff was great

It was a lovely evening celebrating a 50th birthday! The service was amazing and the food incredible!! I highly recommend the 7 oz wagyu filet, it was so good and as always, the scallops incredible and please try the pork belly appetizer, yummmmm.
Each kid gets to pick where they have their birthday dinner, and my oldest daughter chose Morton’s. This is our second visit for the year. Our server was excellent and attentive. The chopped house salad was just ok as was my filet and lobster; but the filet sauce/ juice with lemon squeezed into it rather than on the lobster was excellent. It was necessary to slather on the liquid butter just for the lobster to be edible. Everyone else’s dinner was pretty good, but one daughter was disappointed because she wanted to get the shrimp scampi capellini, but due to her nut allergies could not because of the pesto in the sauce. She ended up getting the salmon which she thought was good. The three kids (18-23) enjoyed the dessert of key lime pie and the absolutely delicious chocolate lava cake that was comp’d due to my oldest daughter’s birthday. What a treat. Thank you for making her birthday special.
Wonderful deal for Father's Day, a great special occasion place.
nice darker inside, which I like - the crab cocktail was nice with chunks of crab and nice sauce on the side / fries an au gratain potatoes tasty Filet mignon -wayagu great and cajun ribeye too
Great menu, excellent food. Attentive service as we were celebrating the HS graduation of our son as well as our 20th wedding anniversary,
Both in terms of food and service quality, Morton’s can not be beat. The food is exceptional, and the staff are absolutely incredible. I can not recommend this establishment highly enough.
Very good service at this location. The bartending staff and wait team were very attentive. The food was well received by our guests.
Great experience and even greater food. The blue cheese butter is amazing.
Nice evening out celebrating our sons HS graduation. They made him feel special w/o any embarrassment. Well done we will be back. (Again)
