Romina our server was very professional and attentive. Other personnel in the restaurant recognized us as being a regular customer. Nice touch. Kudos to their management and to the staff.

Service and food quality is excellent as always and why we are Landry members. The staff is always so good about making it a wonderful dining experience, such as custom printed menus for special occasions. We appreciate the consistency and attention to the little details.

This is very nice restuarant for sure, and though we had a few hiccups, overall the meal was really nice. I made the mistake of selecting the cut recommended by our waiter... not his fault, but I should have gone with my original choice. A birthday soufflé dessert was included, but the rest of the guests missed out ordering their dessert in a timely fashion.

Morton’s atmosphere was wonderful and the waiter was the most attentive and informative waiter we have ever had. The menu was extensive and the items we ordered were exquisite and most enjoyable. The only issue we ran into was the price of the meal. Exorbitant but it was so good at the same time. A special occasion dining establishment and worth it.

We went to celebrate valentines, but we had an hour & a half to spend at the restaurant before heading out. We let our server know this in advance so we can get our food on time. We got our food like 10 mins before we were supposed to head out, and a couple things were not done right! What a waste of over 200$ worth of food that we had to gulp down in under 10 mins. Ruined the experience. Our server was very apologetic but we won’t be coming back.

We had been wanting to eat at Morton’s for quite awhile and it was most definitely worth the wait. From walking in the front door to leaving, the staff were very attentive, the food superb, and ambience was great. It’s our new favorite restaurant for sure!!!

I was very disappointed they took hash browns off the menu. Is it really too hard for them to grate and fry some potatoes?

Admittedly, Morton's is a little pricey, but it's hard to find a better place to go for a perfectly cooked, amazing piece of meat. All the food is delicious - from salads to sides and everything in between.

Our server, Chris, I believe, was absolutely EPIC! I have a severe nut allergy and he took care of me, when there was a misunderstanding over one of our side dishes (looking back I really think it was my fault) Chris didn't question he just made it right. Morton's is on a spendy side and not something the average person can do often. I am a Executive Chef and can cook steak at home perfectly fine.... But as a special time before seeing a show on a night out..... I will be back, ESPECIALLY if we could get Chris again.... Food was perfectly seasoned and cooked and again.... the service was top notch. Thank you.

The menu does not say your Brussels sprouts have bacon and my guest ordered them but due to his dietary restrictions couldn’t eat them. We pointed this out to our server who unapologetically shrugged and told us people like bacon. Then he tried to charge us for the dish and I had to ask for it to be removed. I expect significantly better service than this given the price point of your restaurant.

The restaurant is very attractive, the service is attentive. The lettuce in our Caesar Salad was limp and the baked potato wasn’t very good. Their printer wasn’t working and therefore there was no birthday dinner photograph or printed souvenir menu, small details I know, but part of what would make Morton’s special.

Fantastic service for a large group! Party of 14 with a tight timeframe for dining was a tough ask, but Morton's handled it like professionals! They sat us in a separate dining room and had two servers attending us - servers that were aware of our short timeframe and kept us on track to make a 7 PM showtime at the Keller. The food was spectacular, as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Always a real treat to go to one of Portland’s best steak restaurants! We love going there and of course the steaks are truly amazing! Make sure you order the special deserts- soufflé! Yummy

For the second trip in a row, we had a poor visit. This time, we were seated just inside the dinning room, I asked for a different table, but seater baulked and we took the table. Mistake, whenever a party arrived or departed, we were hit with a blast of COLD air and I got old fast. Not the best visit.

For a restaurant as pricey as this I expect the little things to be done very well. They were only OK. As an example my jumbo shrimp cocktail had shrimp that were overcooked and just plain hard. While the soufflé was tasty I found the table side splitting without asking if we wanted it split to be grossly done eliminating the nicety of enjoying one’s own soufflé. The steak knives were more like a woodshop tool in terms of their serrations than what should be used to slice a fine steak. $500 for four people with only two cocktails, one served in a cracked glass, is definitely pricey.

We had a wonderful waiter, Shane, and the service and the meal was outstanding.

We had a group of ten. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. 9 of the ten were first timers here and everyone had a great time. Fabulous Grey Goose dirty martini!!

Always a great place to dine. Both food and service were excellent.

We were headed to the theater as were many other patrons. We allowed an hour and a half for dinner which is usually just fine. For some reason the kitchen was over-whelmed and we were told our main course might not come out in time. We received our entree’s and how to eat fast in order to get out in time. My filet was not good.

Normally very good food. This night it was average at best. Asparagus was over cooked, onion rings had onions that were too chewy, rolls were average at best, steaks were good, and service was good. It was so noisy we could hardly talk. Big table of 6 and holiday night probably the culprits!

My salmon was beautiful but a bit overdone, not dried out, just cooked longer than I requested. Unfortunately it did not have any flavor. It came with garbanzo beans and there was no flavor there either. My husband's steak was overdone, so they quickly redid it. Then it was a bit under done, but he said it was fine. Service was wonderful.

Shane took great care of us as we celebrated two birthdays in our group.

Our Christmas Eve dinner was delicious. Morton’s was crowded so a bit noisy. The number of guests did not not have any effect in our service which was excellent. Pricey? Yes, but the quality is there in every way.

Great time. Our waiter John Did a wonderful job. Never been disappointed eating there and been a customer for many years.

Disappointed with handicap accessibility that evening. Despite being told we had a wheelchair, we were seated in a tight middle table and had to have an entire pathway of people and chairs cleared multiple times which was embarrassing for my father. Otherwise food and service was wonderful but these things should be obvious to a restaurant of this caliber especially when given notice.
