Outstanding! For $45, a promotional offer, my wife and I received a fantastic meal that included Morton's marvelous bread, wedge salad, entree (I had a large, deliciously seasoned pork chop, my wife enjoyed the six-ounce filet mignon, both done perfectly as we ordered them), side dish (we chose mashed potatoes and creamed spinach), and dessert (creme brulee and key lime pie). The service form Steve was attentive, warm, and gracious, and manager Lisa came to our table to check quality and to tell us how much she appreciated our visit. Beverages were refilled timely. One cautionary note: loud customers at the bar sometimes intrude on the experience in the dining room. Within this meal, we learned more than we wanted to know about one of the groups there, who appeared to have no idea how loudly they were speaking. I highly recommend Morton's, our favorite among many Downtown Pittsburgh steakhouses we have visited!

Our server, RJ or maybe JR was phenomenal. Very sweet, very attentive and gave us nice suggestions. We will definitely be back and will be requesting him!
My family and I dined at Mortons for my Son's Nineteenth Birthday and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The entire Staff from to finish made this a special occasion for all of us. We will certainly be back!
Even on a very busy Saturday night the wait time was minimal and the service was still wonderful. The mood was romantic yet fun and the server was very attentive.

Great experience for a birthday!! Menu had the birthday person’s name printed on it, a picture was taken and placed in a picture folder and dessert on the house! Put that together with a few perfect steak dinners and a great server and it doesn’t get any better!! Certainly low noice due to COVID seating.
Our waiter, Steve O made the experience! Truly made the night so fun and the overall feel of the restaurant was great!

This was our first time at a Morton's and I wouldn't go back. My filet tasted like it had onion soup mix on it and it wasn't very good. The service was excellent, but with the price of the food I just expected the overall taste to be much much better.
My husband and I were so excited to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. The reservation process was great and the hostess was also great but we were very disappointed in the server. I know everyone has a bad day but our sever’s bad mood definitely colored our experience. There were a couple of service faux pases like serving my husband first, clearing my bread and butter plate after our appetizer but leaving my husband’s plate and a few other very small service errors. We choose to frequent someplace like Morton’s because we expect them to offer impeccable service. The food did not disappoint and we enjoyed our meal but there was a bit of a black cloud over the evening’s experience because of our server.
It wasn’t delightful and the food was outstanding definitely will be back and highly recommended for fine dining

Waitress was awesome. We had trouble with our steaks. We requested well done and came out as medium rare. Was sent back twice to the kitchen. It would be nice to have options for desert for people that have egg allergy.
It was my birthday and I got engaged! Everyone know even our waitresses!!! The experience was amazing! From booking the event to the GM coming out to congratulate and thank us! Carrie and Becky were awesome! The private room was perfect for our larger party and gave privacy for the special moment!!! Superb service!

I thought social distancing was a priority until I used the ladies room at the end of my meal. The 2 ladies who worked there were not wearing masks in the ladies room and the younger one laughed when I told her to put a mask on!! Seriously?? No respect for others??!! I am appalled Morton’s would have anyone working there who won’t put a mask on.

Terribly overpriced, considering the service is just mediocre and the food is OK. My recommendation is that you not come here.
Everything was just different on this visit. the drinks were made in correctly and not as listed because they said they didn't have the all the ingredients, but we we still charged the full price for them. I had the steakstreet and it wasn't made with all the homemade ingredients. It did not taste nearly as good as it should.
The scallops tasted sour. And the Filets we ordered were cooked correctly but served with a giant puddle of grease on the plate to where it was splashing when trying to cut it. I'm not sure how a chef would let that leave the kitchen.
The only 2 things we were happy about was the Cesar salad and the mushroom and spinach sautee.
There were maybe 20 people total in the restaurant and it was only 8pm, so there really isnt an excuse of them rushing .

The food was horrible. We both ordered filets and they were cooked wrong and bloody from not resting before being served. The sides were flavorless and undercooked. Worst steak dinner ever.
