Lobster bisque had no lobster and was very watered down. Filet was good, but not great. Macaroni was terrible- very dry and lacked any sort of flavor. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box and stuck to the inside of your mouth like glue.
Morton’s is a “sure thing” that may always be counted on... even during the busiest times of their seasons.
This was an amazing experience. I will certainly be back!
The food was great! Our server was ok..... not very friendly tho....but I do like Morton’s overall.
my waitress was fantastic!! had a great experience there.
We went for food week and the special menu was a perfect taste of what I love best — French onion soup, filet mignon, and chocolate mousse (all executed flawlessly), with a couple glasses of cab. Morton’s never disappoints!
Great evening celebrating our 51st anniversary. Our server couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was great.
It was a great evening! Food was deli ious, service was good. Great job complying with Covid regulations. The only reason I gave. A 4 was that my steak was Luke warm- still tasted delicious!!
Service was very slow and not up to standards. Should have been much better. Had two dishes that had drawn butter and was not in a heated dish was very cold
Great food. Great service.
Awesome night. They had my name on the menu for my Birthday! They also took a
The Cajun steak ribeye
I have been there before and couldn't complain, well this time was it is all i can do. I had reserved a booth, and when we got seated we were given a table, after we mentioned we had reserved a booth we were rudely relocated. It was our anniversary and they asked how to spell our names and well my wife's name was spelled wrong. It isn't a hard name to spell just listen when someone talks. The steak were mediocre and I would never go back again I've had more tender flavor steaks from grocery stores. I'll never go back I'll never recommend them to anyone again. I was extremely disappointed. And why bother having a dream code when anyone can walk in off the street in t shirts and jeans!
Celebrating a milestone birthday. They had custom menus to mark to occasion - nice touch. Had a small hiccup with a server but asked for another and rest of experience was incredible. Great food.
Outstanding as usual and they continue to handle social distancing requirements admirably in an effort to remain safe and open.
The resturant was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. The staff made sure to make my best friend's 30th birthday a night to remember.
Our table was right in front of the restaurant by the service table and there was a lot of noise and disruptions throughout our meal.
Consistently perfect dining experience. The restaurant is still great, despite all the restrictions placed on it due to Covid 19. We were able to enjoy a wonderful Anniversary Dinner and server Becky was one of the fortunate professionals to be able to work. We felt lucky to have her take care of us on our special evening out. Missed the Valet parking for sure, but garage not too far from there, so we handled that part OK.
If you're looking for a quiet, elegant dining experience for and occasion Morton's is the place to go, especially if you like Steak!
All perfect, the place, the ubication, the service, the food
Although I am frequently coming and I had a reservation, the only place I got offered was at the entrance with everyone including staff serving passing by. Food was as always exceptionally good.
Tremendous service and great server. Fantastic meal, worth every penny.
I was utterly impressed with every aspect of my experience at Morton’s! That is saying a LOT from me too. I can usually find some area that needs improvement, but honestly I was blown away by our night there. Everything was great, the place is immaculately clean, not a single cobweb or spec of dust. The service was exactly how it should be, attentive and expedient but not overwhelming. Very comfortable atmosphere. The food was AMAZING!! Portion sizes were on the larger side also. I would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t been there to go and see for themselves how great it is! Get the Cajun ribeye!
My partner and I went to Morton’s at around 6. It was supposed to be a pre-concert dinner but given the times the concert was canceled. We were one of the only ones there until a bit after 7. Then a couple more tables came in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very stress free and relaxing evening.
How do I get credit for this. This is my third rewuest
The waiter was friendly. Portions were generous. A little too expensive
From the bread to the dessert, this meal and experience were perfect. The staff was safe. The atmosphere was awesome.
My new favorite Pittsburgh restaurant.
Great meal...did not receive our Open Table points
The whole experience was just “ok”.
15th wedding anniversary
As always, a perfect evening!
Outstanding! For $45, a promotional offer, my wife and I received a fantastic meal that included Morton's marvelous bread, wedge salad, entree (I had a large, deliciously seasoned pork chop, my wife enjoyed the six-ounce filet mignon, both done perfectly as we ordered them), side dish (we chose mashed potatoes and creamed spinach), and dessert (creme brulee and key lime pie). The service form Steve was attentive, warm, and gracious, and manager Lisa came to our table to check quality and to tell us how much she appreciated our visit. Beverages were refilled timely. One cautionary note: loud customers at the bar sometimes intrude on the experience in the dining room. Within this meal, we learned more than we wanted to know about one of the groups there, who appeared to have no idea how loudly they were speaking. I highly recommend Morton's, our favorite among many Downtown Pittsburgh steakhouses we have visited!
Dinner was delicious as always!
We had a spectacular rib eye for two - delicious!
Our server, RJ or maybe JR was phenomenal. Very sweet, very attentive and gave us nice suggestions. We will definitely be back and will be requesting him!
My family and I dined at Mortons for my Son's Nineteenth Birthday and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The entire Staff from to finish made this a special occasion for all of us. We will certainly be back!
Even on a very busy Saturday night the wait time was minimal and the service was still wonderful. The mood was romantic yet fun and the server was very attentive.
Just out with our wives. Service was great from Paul and Bridey. Always the best!!!
Great experience for a birthday!! Menu had the birthday person’s name printed on it, a picture was taken and placed in a picture folder and dessert on the house! Put that together with a few perfect steak dinners and a great server and it doesn’t get any better!! Certainly low noice due to COVID seating.
Our waiter, Steve O made the experience! Truly made the night so fun and the overall feel of the restaurant was great!
