Went for my daughters birthday and they made it very special for her!! They surprised her with a special menu, a photo and dessert. It was such a wonderful, memorable evening!

I ordered a $41 filet medium rare which came out medium. When I let my server know, he said we’ll take care of you next time. What does that mean?

This was our first time dining in at Morton's since the "lock down." We ordered "take out" during the lock down and that was really good. We prefer eating at the restaurant because it is so clean and comfortable - it's always a memorable experience. The reservation process was easy. Customers are spaced apart in the dining room. There were about 8 - 9 booths and tables occupied at a time. Everyone including customers and employees at Mortons were so happy! It was nice to see so many people enjoying the evening. As always the food is outstanding and the service is fantastic. We ordered the Cajun Rib Eye steak and the double thick Pork Chop. Our sides were the greyere cheesy au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach. I don't think you can get a better steak than this. The pork chop was tender and full of flavor. The sides are always delicious. For dessert we shared their house-made Key Lime pie - Wow! We are glad Morton's is back open for business - they deserve to do well because everything is great about this restaurant. We'll be back again soon. Note: For now you must wear a mask when entering and exiting the restaurant. All servers and cooks wear masks. While at your table you do not need to wear a mask unless you wish to. We were very comfortable and happy and felt very safe.

During these COVID times we were happy to be able to go out to celebrate our anniversary since restaurants started opening up. My only disappointment was that we had a reservation and were offered a table in the bar, or we needed to wait. We opted to wait as it was a special occasion and I wanted a more comfortable setting without a TV nearby. The food was excellent and the wait staff was top notch.

Overall - wow after three months it was great. The escargot , fillet, crab , thin French fries , and cheese cake with an Irish coffee yummm,! Looking forward to next time !
Morton’s is doing an amazing job during this new normal of reopening under the CDC guidelines. All the servers were in masks and gloves, (I felt bad for them) and only every other table was occupied to maintain social distancing. The menu is limited but I was sad that soufflé didn’t make the cut. All in all it was an amazing night and super fun to go out to dinner. The food was outstanding as usual and the service was great, especially the amazing Sommelier. He’s awesome!!

We are always welcome at Morton's in Palm Desert. With the frenzy of concern over what sounds like a mild virus we chose Morton's since the tables are a generous distance apart, the place is always very clean ... but most of all for the amazing food and service. They have a great promotion right now of 2 steak and lobster 3 course meals for 2 people for $99. That is a good dinner for the price of bar bites. Our steaks were very well prepared and properly cooked. The lobsters were very tasty and everything was done gluten free and dairy free. We will enjoy good meals here again with the promotion. Eating good food is good for your wellness I say.
It was my 88th birthday If still around I'll go back for my 89th Hope to make it back again before that.
Last year I went to L G's steak house My steak was good. My friends was not. We told the waiter the steak
was hard to cut. The waiter asked if he wanted a sharper knife. We paid the check and left. That's the reason we will go back to Morton's not L G's

One very noisy table of gentlemen was the only hiccup in an otherwise perfect dining experience. Extremely loud and disruptive. Not the restaurants fault.
We were looking forward to going out and splitting a steak dinner, and saw that Mortons was close to where were vacationing.
The room was very nice, but loud. The server forgot many things as he waited on us, and seemed absent minded. We felt the steak was low quality for the price, and will not be going back there for dinner.
Too high price. Loud room. Non attentive server.

Martin was our server. He was SPECTACULAR! He gave us time when we needed it and was quick to assist when we were ready. He was gracious and kind and made our evening feel extra special. The food and wine were amazing, as always.

Great steaks and vegetables. We dined on a Monday evening and the restaurant was packed with people and very noisy. Service was slow and we were ignored and had to wait forever for our check. Expensive. Other fabulous restaurants in area with excellent food and better service and less pricey.
Service is excellent. One of our group thought steak was too well, they immediately offered to replace, and gave us a complimentary dessert.
We love Mortens! Our Seattle Location closed so we always come to the one in Palm Springs when we visit!

Horrible service. If you love Morton’s don’t go to the Palm Desert location and choose another location. Just don’t do it, even if you have a free gift card.
We dine at Morton’s as a go to for business events. Unfortunately the usual level of service was not apparent this night. Our customers were not asked if they needed their beverages re-filled particularly during the hour long wait between ordering and when appetizers were served.
There was no follow up on why things were slow and we had to tackle another waiter just to get a bottle of wine. Couple this with a large group that was overly boisterous and it was not a good night.
Know this is not typical, but disappointed nonetheless.
This was about as good as it gets. We went for our anniversary and arrived a bit early and they accommodated us - very helpful, custom menu - nice touch, desert on the house to celebrate - fantastic!
We eat at all of the high-end steakhouses in La Quinta & beyond and this was a standout experience. The salad, steak, sides were EXCELLENT and the service was outstanding. We will be back soon!

Great service and super delicious food! Glad we dined here. I use to go to Morton’s in San Francisco and Tysons corner in VA. And it’s been consistently providing great dining experience for me.

Very disappointed in the overall experience for dinner... We were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time and then another 10 minute wait for service. The service staff was nice, however they were stretched thin and were not attentive to our table.
The entire meal was average at best... The flavors were off and the food was not prepared well. I had a wedge salad and it was far from what you would expect from Morton’s. We had filet mignon and the cuts were poor and lacked a good seasoning and tasted like that were very lean. The sides were average, the potatoes in the au’gratin potatoes the were under cooked and lacked flavor. In addition the brussel sprouts were overcooked (burnt) on one side and undercooked on the other.
Have had better meals at Outback... This was not the service, taste, and value that I have experienced at Morton’s in the past, I would look for other options if I were in the area again.
Had a 7pm reservation, wasn't seated until 735. Waiter seemed way more concerned about other customers, even left our table in the middle of us ordering to check on someone. Had steak and lobster and lobster was tough. Just not the Morton's quality that I have experienced in the past.
Had an outstanding Valentines Day experience at Morton’s. Food and service was outstanding. A bit crowded, but that is to be expected on such a busy night.
