Unfortunately we were disappointed with our dining experience at Morton’s. The restaurant was not very busy yet our service was extremely slow. It took over an hour to get our food - this after waiting

My boyfriend proposed to me last night! However our service was amazing, we had a late reservation at 11pm, it was quiet and we loved that. My fiancé ordered the Wagyu Royal Cut Steak which he say’s was amazing and surprisingly filled with flavor and truly delicious. I ordered the porter steak-I was little bummed I couldn’t enjoy it as a medium well like I usually do due to being pregnant but it was still very tasty with the slightest pink inside. The French onion soup was a very nice and warm touch. My fiancé enjoyed the lobster bisque-contained an ample amount of lobster chunks btw. Overall great experience as it being our first time there.

Our waiter, Danny, really couldn't get anything right. From bringing lemons on the side for "water with no lemon" and no limes for "Titos with extra lime." No ketchup after asked and then finally brought it when asked a 2nd time. Steak was overcooked but they made it right. Leftovers were missing the vegetable that was on the same plate as the meat. Waiter should have asked if we wanted the vegetable, or just assumed we wanted it. After leaving same review in response to an email from Morton's, I got a call from the manager, Chris. He was very nice and wanted me to know that they take feedback seriously. He defended the waiter when saying he thinks "Danny has what it takes but maybe had an off night." He also said he would speak with him and ensure any necessary training happens.

What Chris did not do (which I thought would have been much better customer service) was refund any part of the meal or offer to send a gift card or put points on my Landry Club card. Instead he implied something when he said next time I come in I should make sure to ask for him and he will make sure my experience is special. My problem with that is now I feel funny ever calling him and reminding him of the experience because I would feel like I'm asking for something. I shouldn't be put in that position. Its embarrassing. If he wants to be sure I return, he should send me a gift card or add enough points to my Landry club card that will ensure I come into the restaurant to redeem it, without me having to ask.

This was my first time going to Mortons in West Palm Beach. The ambience was on par with my dining experiences at other Mortons which was excellent. Our server was informative and professional. The manager stopped by to say hello which was great. The whole dining experience was fantastic. I definitely will visit again when I’m back in Palm Beach.

Everything was excellent. Our server, Jon, was outstanding. My only criticism would be that I saw staff hanging out in the corners on the dining area floor laughing and joking casually. At one point their banter grew a little loud that we were able to easily hear every word they said. One of them doubled over laughing with a great big gaffaw. Classy!! I would expect this behavior from Applebee's employees. I do not object to employees chit-chatting but do it in the back and keep it to a minimum while on the floor so as not to disturb diners. Anyway, our waiter was terrific. We will definately request him again.

We eat at Morton's often. This was not one of the most enjoyable visits. The food was not as good as usual. The steak was not done exactly to my liking as well as others at the table. It was still delicious but not the usual. Also, the service was not as good either. I am accustomed to being continuously waited on as if I was the priority, but it was not like that during this visit. Also, a staff member came to the table while 2 of our party were at the restroom to take our complimentary photo. She said she would come back but we never saw her again.

I have always been a fan of Morton’s but we made a reservation for 930 pm and were told we had to wait once we arrived. We were not seated for almost 45 minutes after our reservation time. It’s understandable there may be a small wait even with reservations but 45 min is absurd. Wasn’t happy on Valentines Day.

I had reservations at 8:15 we didn’t get seated until around 8:45 which was okay because it was Valentine’s Day so I understand they were busy. Our server never brought us menus never even greeted us so after 15 minutes of watching her attend other tables and not us I got the manager and asked for water because I was so thirsty (I’m 8 months pregnant) and menus. Server finally came over and never apologized. The food took forever to come out and I literally watched all the tables around us eat appetizers their main course and even dessert before we even got our food. The server was terrible I would never go back BUT the food was amazing. I wish we had better service and I would definitely come back but that wasn’t the case.

Rather-disappointing first visit to this Morton's location! Tables so close together you feel like you are dining with other patrons! Service terrible! Took 45 minutes for our appetizer course to arrive, then moments later, the entrees arrived! I can spend alot less for alot better food and alot better service at several other areas venues! Never again here...

Went to Morton’s to celebrate my birthday. Server was attentive making the dining experience very pleasant. I judge a restaurant on its ability to deliver my food piping hot and I was not disappointed! That being said, the drinks and food are overpriced. I can name several other steak houses that deliver the same quality and service more reasonably priced.

The food here was excellent. Our bone-in filets were cooked perfectly and our friend's veal chop was also superb. Our service was excellent. The only complaint was that in a half-empty restaurant, they put a couple in the booth next to us and the male was so loud that he really disturbed our dinner. While that may have been convenient for the server, or whatever, it really put a damper on what was otherwise an excellent experience.

We like high end dining and fine restaurants. This was a little out of the way for us but we had a gift card so decided to try it. The food was very bland, our waiter was awful. Took forever to get drinks and bread. The only good thing was the Ahi Tuna tower. Lobster bisque was watered down. Steak was over cooked and tasteless. So disappointed! We will not go back. I'll regift any future gift cards

I am a huge fan of steakhouses and know that they will usually be on the higher end of most dining establishments. Service, quality and price. I felt the service was mediocre. Spent quite a while waiting to order a drink at a bar that is not large and was not super busy with 3 bartenders there. They seemed a bit preoccupied with chit chatting with other customers and discussing what I assume is their membership club. Food was decent (nothing great). Price seemed a bit high even for a steak house, but I did not compare item by item to other places to make that statement with complete objectivity.

The 4 of us dined at Mortons because we had a $100 gift card to use. Although we all dine out often and live within a couple of miles, we don't dine at Mortons because it has never proven to be that great for the price. We thought we would give it a try because of the gift card. Our server Barbara was nice and had a great sense of humor. The atmosphere still lacks anything special. The food was all acceptable and just good. The steaks were ok but certainly not anything to write home about. We had one bottle of wine, a glass of wine and one cocktail. We each ordered a salad to start and a steak. We ordered 1 dessert to share. Nothing spectacular. I normally would not expect spectacular except that the bill totaled just over $450 before the tip (and gift card). $450 for 4 people for ok food in an ok atmosphere is a tad steep. It should be better. I am fine with $450 for 4 people when the food and atmosphere excels. The many empty tables the entire evening was for good reason. For the good, ok food we received and what we ordered, and the blah atmosphere, the bill should have been more like $350. I left an $88 tip because our server was good. There are much better options for less money in the area.

Service made us feel like we were buying a used car. Buy this and get that free. Cold seafood tower was dismally small. One oyster, one shrimp, small chopped pieces of lobster and one fishy crab leg. Too make it worse there was a half used hot sauce bottle in the ice. Escargot had RAW garlic. Filet was mediocre. Also, the restaurant was empty. Maybe it was good once but my advise is go to Ruth Chris

Extremely overpriced and our meals left us toilet bound for 24 hours. I'd consider my husband and I foodies and this certainly didn't fit the bill. For almost $400, we each ended up 5 lbs lighter when it was all said and done. The decor was extremely dated circa 1990, bathrooms were old. The service was wonderful and our server was very attentive and pleasant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. There are so many better steakhouses in Palm Beach.
