Cajun Ribeye Steak
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
I was very disappointed in the steak this time around. I ordered the Bone-In Prime Ribeye 22oz and my husband ordered the 16 oz cajun ribeye, His 16 oz steak was nice and thick and a big piece, My 22 oz (should be much bigger), was so much smaller it looked like a cutlet, that is how skinny it was. I told my waiter and he said, your husband just got lucky with a bigger piece, that was not the case we eat steak often and I know what a 22oz should look like.
Outstanding as always
Amazing food, service and cocktails. Loved the steak, lobster bisque and even the cheesecake.
Wrong wine served. Steak overcooked. I could have made a better one at home.
Worst Morton’s I’ve ever been to. Waiter was rushed in a vacant restaurant. We were there for Easter dinner with kids. No special or special menu. Everything was hurried. They sat an older family next to us who was so loud, inappropriate (sex, drugs and murder talk at the table!) and dropping f-Bombs left and right my husband had to intervene. When I ordered wine, they poured the whole glass. When I ordered a chocolate milk, they said they didn’t have until I asked about white milk and adding chocolate. When I asked about a kid’s menu, they also didn’t have until I figured out they can serve plain chicken and buttered pasta. No soap in the bathroom. Restaurant so dark you can barely see food at 5:30pm. Morton’s you can do better! Won’t visit this location again.
Two of the party had requested prime rib. When the food arrived, they received steak not prime rib. The steak was sent back. When the prime rib arrived, the quality of the meat was horrible - fatty, chewy, etc. - not the quality one would expect from Morton’s. Those was also sent back with a request for steak instead. When the steak came, they were also subpar; one person sent it back and basically had no Easter Dinner and the other person took it home for her dog. The four of us have never celebrated Easter at Morton’s; nor have we ever been to that Morton’s before. The staff and service was excellent; we ate outside - very enjoyable.
Great. Towards the end the service was a little slow
The ambiance is reminiscent of a 40's style upscale restaurant with lovely amber lighting and lively jazzy background music. Our waiter "Danny" was personable and professional. Of course the steaks were outstanding! Homemade chocolate molten cake- not too sweet, rich with cocoa.
I've been a Morton's fan since 2001 and always make it a point to find one when I'm out of town. This location did not disappoint! Will be back when I'm in Florida again.
I went with my 5 friends and we had the best experience! Amazing service and food! Will go back for sure!
Drinks for the price were not good, waiters were great but service was very slow. 15 minutes to get a drink once we were seated. $330 for two people with a nice tip way to expensive short pour on rock drinks two steaks and we split an appetizer and two sides.
Terrible service for the money. Food not prepared properly.
No dress code. People in tank tops and sweat suits.
Great food as always. The crab appetizer wasn’t large enough really to share but other than that all was good.
Our waitress brought the wrong beer at the start and tried to play it off as what we asked for. Then we ask for bread after our appetizer and the waitress never brings the bread to the table. I had a the prime ribeye, and it was the least flavorful most tough steak I have ever had at any steakhouse including low end chain restaurants. Incredibly disappointed with my experience there.
The most wonderful shrimp cocktail I have had in a long time. Huge shrimp. And the steak was totally delicious. The service was the best and overall we had a great time. They should really put a few more tall plants though to block the cars. That would be totally wonderful if they did that.
Excellent food, awesome wine collection, friendly and great service. Steak was perfect temperature. Always a favorite.
Kitchen and bartender were excellent. Steaks and fish came out perfectly, drinks were good.
Sat outside on a perfect night but street traffic occasionally annoying (but worth bearing with it).
Only disappointment was the waiter, who seemed inexperienced. Brought salads, but walked away before we could ask for pepper, which we should not have to had asked. Water glasses were fairly empty and while he came to the table to bring other items, he never came back with water until we asked. He left a side dish off the order and had to be reminded when we caught him a few minutes later.
The service is usually great, so i am making an assumption he just did not yet have the experience and his training needed to be reviewed.
No question we would return; have been doing so for years and will continue doing so.
We had the lobster tail special and my wife’s tails were mush$
Excellent dinner and great service
Barney was absolutely amazing. Such a perfect night out.
Good (not great) steaks. I’ve eaten at many Morton’s but this one was one of the most average steaks I’ve had. Sorry, but for a $450 dinner for 3 ppl, you need to do better!
The service was excellent and the ambience was good. Price was in line with surrounding restaurants.
Celebrated our Anniversary here, as always the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Barbara, our server was attentive and made sure our experience was memorable. We will definitely be coming back and requesting Barbara.
The service was good. Little slower that normal because they were busier than we have seen them in prior visits. The filets werent as good as the ones we had in the Detroit Morton’s. Overall was moderate.
Vacationing In Palm Beach and love Morton’s! Had a fabulous steak dinner with social distancing ~
One of my favorite places, took my girlfriend for a late Valentine's celebration for her first time there. Never disappoints! Service was great and the food was spectacular. Can't wait to make it back!
Always great! We never have any complaints. Thank you
All was great.
Awesome food. Service is fantastic. I don’t love that you have To park in the garage and not have a valet due to Covid.
The best Valentine’s dinner date ❤️
Barney as usual gave outstanding service, the only good news of the night, our food order took a hour and 30 minutes to be served and then it was taken back because it was raw then had to wait another 45 minutes, I could not believe what was going on me and wife regulars for any special occasion I’m very disappointment
Great service and meal.
Very professional and well done
I had the filet and Lobster combo. Though quite good I thought the lobster was a bit over cooked. Seemed a little tough. Everything else was delicious. They sat us at a little table with a booth seat on one side. I didn’t want to complain so I didn’t. For the cost I probably should have. I requested a secluded booth when I made the reservations, and didn’t feel it was that.
The only reason this place doesn't get a perfect, at least on this visit, is because a second serving of bread was offered but never delivered, and because, different from other occasions when we've visited for4 a birthday, they didn't offer to take a picture and give it to us (we saw other tables be offered so and getting it as well).
The food, as usual, is impeccable, the menu is predictable and excellent. We were seated on time, attended well otherwise. A nice time was had.
Very nice. Will visit again.
Our waiter, Mike, was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
The surf and turf special was delicious.
Overall mediocre food the steaks were tough and pricy very disappointing
Food was fair, my wife's filet was overcooked ordered medium, the bisque was tasteless, and the spinach was over salted. Wouldn't recommend the West Palm Beach location and probably will NOT return to Morton's in the future. Much prefer Connor's Steakhouse in Knoxville, Tennessee and definitely the Fort Myers location in Florida.
