Excellent food and fantastic service!
Wonderful experience. The food was excellent as usual. Service was terrific. Alway a great spot for celebrating a birthday.
Kevin was a wonderful waiter who took the time to explain the menu and offer his suggestions. It was a perfect meal. Our party of four felt that we were well taken care of by all of the staff.
Classic Morton's. From Toronto to Florida expect excellent food and wine.
Amazing steak! Love the spinach salad too.
Terrible service food was under cooked drinks were sloppy deff not worth the money
Wagyu Steaks are to die for, wonderful side dishes and desserts.
This is a great restaurant with a huge selection of wines , good atmosphere and the most delicious ribeye Steak.
The temperature in the restaurant was too cold and after a while it became uncomfortable.
We have never had a bad experience dining at Morton’s WPB. We love to go when we want a really special dining experience.
Staff are extremely attentive. Food is great. Steaks superb. Wide range of wine, and friendly faces everywhere.
Went for our anniversary, we had a nice time the place was dead only 4 tables from 645-830. Staff was great, waiter superb, Hostess very friendly, but the food is just over priced. $285 for dinner with one cocktail and 2 glasses of wine is a bit much. If the steaks were to die for, they are not, I could maybe say ok. I go to mortons once every 2-3 years and always Hmmmmmmm yeah not going back. For me the quality of the food at Captital Grille is light years better than Mortons.
We had a delightful dinner
The waiter was very quick with us & he seemed liked he had an attitude. No intentions of coming back anytime soon.
Monica and her well trained staff provided excellent service. Great location in West Palm Beach with a solid steakhouse menu.
Everything was great
My wife and I had a lovely dining experience at Mortons on Saturday night. We ordered the prefix meal off of the summer menu. So, we got a choice of salad, 6 oz filet, choice of scallops or crab cakes, a side and dessert. Quite a bargain for $63. All of the food was delicious. The only hiccup was that our server also had a table of 20 celebrating mother's day next to us. So, when our dessert (chocolate soufflé-yummy) was a little delayed, the wine sommelier came over to offer us an after dinner port for the inconvenience. I took the opportunity to chat with her on the various wines on the menu. She was well educated on the wines and also, she was very gracious with her time to answer all of our questions. We will definitely ask her to select the wine on our next visit. Highly recommended!
They did a wonderful job in helping us celebrate my mother’s Bday. From personalized menus a group photo and an amazing meal with great service. Thank you
This was my second encounter at Morton's and as usual the food and service was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Two thumbs up!
We've always thought Morton's has the best steak in the Palm Beach area but doesn't get "the crowd".........and we've never understood it. We go all the time.
great menu beyond the steak. Lot's of food variety & choices. Great service. Great wine list.
separation of bar area and restaurant a plus.
Better than I remembered - Food was excellent - Waiter was right there
Made for a Great Birthday including personalized menus
Unfortunately we were disappointed with our dining experience at Morton’s. The restaurant was not very busy yet our service was extremely slow. It took over an hour to get our food - this after waiting
Food is always great. This upscale setting makes for a nice dinner.
My boyfriend proposed to me last night! However our service was amazing, we had a late reservation at 11pm, it was quiet and we loved that. My fiancé ordered the Wagyu Royal Cut Steak which he say’s was amazing and surprisingly filled with flavor and truly delicious. I ordered the porter steak-I was little bummed I couldn’t enjoy it as a medium well like I usually do due to being pregnant but it was still very tasty with the slightest pink inside. The French onion soup was a very nice and warm touch. My fiancé enjoyed the lobster bisque-contained an ample amount of lobster chunks btw. Overall great experience as it being our first time there.
Our waiter, Danny, really couldn't get anything right. From bringing lemons on the side for "water with no lemon" and no limes for "Titos with extra lime." No ketchup after asked and then finally brought it when asked a 2nd time. Steak was overcooked but they made it right. Leftovers were missing the vegetable that was on the same plate as the meat. Waiter should have asked if we wanted the vegetable, or just assumed we wanted it. After leaving same review in response to an email from Morton's, I got a call from the manager, Chris. He was very nice and wanted me to know that they take feedback seriously. He defended the waiter when saying he thinks "Danny has what it takes but maybe had an off night." He also said he would speak with him and ensure any necessary training happens.
What Chris did not do (which I thought would have been much better customer service) was refund any part of the meal or offer to send a gift card or put points on my Landry Club card. Instead he implied something when he said next time I come in I should make sure to ask for him and he will make sure my experience is special. My problem with that is now I feel funny ever calling him and reminding him of the experience because I would feel like I'm asking for something. I shouldn't be put in that position. Its embarrassing. If he wants to be sure I return, he should send me a gift card or add enough points to my Landry club card that will ensure I come into the restaurant to redeem it, without me having to ask.
This was my first time going to Mortons in West Palm Beach. The ambience was on par with my dining experiences at other Mortons which was excellent. Our server was informative and professional. The manager stopped by to say hello which was great. The whole dining experience was fantastic. I definitely will visit again when I’m back in Palm Beach.
They did a great job for anniversary!!
3 Generations headed to Palm Beach for the night to catch a couple of Nats Spring Training games. Great food and great service as always. Will absolutely be back
13 year anniversary. They included a special message on the menu and a dessert! Wonderful!
Waste of a dinner...chopped salad looked like it was chopped in a blender, no recognizable ingredients. Truffle fries were oil soaked an were missing the truffles, scallops with bacon were tasteless. NEVER going back even though there consistent....consistently bad.
We were celebrating and the service was impeccable. The food was fantastic. They really made it feel like a special evening. We can’t wait to go back!
Everything was excellent. Our server, Jon, was outstanding. My only criticism would be that I saw staff hanging out in the corners on the dining area floor laughing and joking casually. At one point their banter grew a little loud that we were able to easily hear every word they said. One of them doubled over laughing with a great big gaffaw. Classy!! I would expect this behavior from Applebee's employees. I do not object to employees chit-chatting but do it in the back and keep it to a minimum while on the floor so as not to disturb diners. Anyway, our waiter was terrific. We will definately request him again.
We eat at Morton's often. This was not one of the most enjoyable visits. The food was not as good as usual. The steak was not done exactly to my liking as well as others at the table. It was still delicious but not the usual. Also, the service was not as good either. I am accustomed to being continuously waited on as if I was the priority, but it was not like that during this visit. Also, a staff member came to the table while 2 of our party were at the restroom to take our complimentary photo. She said she would come back but we never saw her again.
Food (steak) excellent. Service (Lureen) beyond outstanding. Typical steak house cost (order the specials and it's $500 for 4 people). Definitely worth it.
Waitress & staff professional & friendly, food was excellent.
Been to Mortons Palm Beach many times but i think the food standards are slipping A recent visit lobster bisque farfar to spicy for a soup a baked potatoe grey in clour so old and worst a very average ribeye steak flavourless and quiet dry Certainly not past morton standards A good shrimp alexander and very good waiter service not sufficient at these pices
