It was an overall good experience. The ambience was very nice and the food was very good! Service wise, it was good as well. Would definitely come back because it is a great place for a date!
Our table was immed avail at our reservation time, we were seated immediately and service began promptly. The waiter was very personable and more than willing to assist in selections. The steaks were cooked to order and the sides were outstanding. Couldn't ask for more!
Great meal but the server was very inexperienced and defiantly could have used more training before working on his own but seemed like a nice guy.
Service was great and the food was delicious.
Had a lovely time. Josh was a terrific waiter!
We had dinner for my moms 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Her name was printed onto the menu, they even printed a picture of our group and put it into a card for her. The food was as good as it always is but the service was outstanding for our special occasion. If you’re celebrating,I recommend Morton’s for any special occasion!
Over the top in excellence. Service - Excellent. Food - Excellent. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful especially when you compare it with other steak houses in the area. This is my kind of place and will definitely return. I would like to say something negative but what ? There was nothing negative. The prices are in line with other really good steakhouses so to me, expensive but in line with anything else that is really, really good. The filet was exceptional tender and good. The wagyu was done to perfection and a huge steak. Took half home for lunch. Also in line with other wagyu that I have had. Can't wait to return.
Always wonderful
Food & drinks was excellent
Always a great experience, service, food, decor all perfect.
Fantastic staff and management.
service started out as outstanding. great waitress, very nice. once we had to send steaks back to be cooked to order (ours arrived medium rare instead of medium), our server didn't return to check for more drinks, which we would have ordered, or to see how everything was. Once we said no to desserts, because we were filled from the awesome food, she basically threw the check on the table and became nonexistent
Positives: Both of our steaks were very well prepared. Our cocktails were oustanding.
Neutral: I liked the beet and goat cheese salad very much; my wife thought that the beets were not adequately cooked.
Negative: The key lime pie disappoints, especially for a high-level dining location.
Service & Wait staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. Great restaurant...we have never been disappointed here!
The service received was exceptional, our server was pleasant and attentive. The meal was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Morton's for making our evening special!
I would love to leave a good review but this last experience was so bad. I arrived for a 7pm reservation for 12 people, I arrived first and was seated and rest of the guests arrived at 7:10. The server came out introduced himself and his partner when I got there and filled the water glasses, they ran out of the water for the last three glasses but no big deal they will fill them right? Nope we asked four time and waited 45 minutes to get waters filled. We waited almost 30 minutes to just get a drink order in and they wanted to then take food orders and we hadn't even been given a drink option that is odd. During this time I asked for bread three times and it came after the four request and I promise there was a large enough gap between requests for them to be filled 10 minutes at least between each request. When the salad came out mine was just forgotten, not sure why but it was. When we ordered entrees we understood having dined here before that the sides were for sharing so the three people on my end order for ourselves to share; specifically the creamed spinach and horseradish mashed potatoes. When the entrees were coming out the runner was dropping off the sides where ever he wanted so I had to stop him from putting the creamed spinach at the other end of the table but the potatoes were mixed about. When our server came I let him know about the potatoes and he walked around to the three dishes and brought us one and assured us they were the horseradish specifically indicated something that showed him that, ok I didn't taste it but maybe its mild. The person next to me ordered med filet is was VERY (dry) well done and had a lot of fiber, not good at all. Manager came over and they remade his steak it was perfect the second time which is great, the manager also brought out more of the horseradish potatoes so our guest with the new steak could have warm food. That showed us the potatoes the server promised were horseradish were not. So off that night
I had made a mistake when I made my reservation but the hostess was very helpful. The food was great as was the service. Very nice wine selection.
We use Landry points and we always have an issue in redeeming them otherwise the food and service is excellent
Really overpriced. Can get the same meal for cheaper elsewhere
Was a great evening just feel Morton’s is now more of a chain trying to keep up with a unique steakhouse. To float the height of cost is tough when I can go to other boutique restaurants that source their produce and meat locally at a similar price point.
Absolutely terrific food. Tables a little too close forcing loud neighbors to infringe on the experience. Great Service.
Understaffed and over priced. They opened every room for valentines day and were way over packed. The kitchen could not keep up and neither could the waiter. Took 25 minutes to have our food order taken and over an hour for entrees. Ive had much better food and service at less well known places.
The tables were extremely small and the service was not what you would expect from a high end restaurant but something like a Chili's. I would not recommend this restaurant
Overall 4 out of 5, took my wife there for Valentines Day arrived a little early and we were seated before our reservation time (awesome).. Asked us if we wanted bread to begin with and said yes, unfortunately the bread was coated with onions to bad my wife is allergic to onions and we asked if they had any other type of bread and they said no. Maybe for a restaurant of that caliber they should offer another type of bread especially on Valentines Day nobody wants to make out with anybody with onion breathe, just saying....
Only dissatisfaction was the Wagyu steak. For the $, it was grisly and didn’t enjoy the flavor. My wife’s filet was much better. I have had this steak at other steak houses and thoroughly enjoyed it.
This was not our first time to Morton’s . It had been a few years so we were disappointed to find the interior redone and very dark. The service was excellent and food was very good. Plan on spending a good amount of $$. We each had a drink , split an appetizer and each had a Salmon, grilled shrimp, crabmeat dish and total bill without tip was 200.00.
Consistently great experience. Our server Robert was great.
We had a delicious meal and excellent service. Despite long pants, long sleeved shirts, and a sweater we were so cold we ate our main course and left as soon as possible. I would not return without a warm jacket.
We had a really great time at Morton's. We went there for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our night special. Everything was delicious. Everything. It is pricey but it was definitely worth every penny for us. I would recommend this restaurant and will be coming back for the next special celebration!
Excellent steaks and great service
Great food, excellent service, fantastic restaurant and wonderful overall experience
Upon arrival Tiffany was pleasant showing positive energy. The servers Zak and Josh were professional, polite, and accommodating. Our date night was enjoyable. This evening leading up to my birthday certainly meant my choice of desserts to be special . Our families in MA, NY, and FL always dine at these locations to celebrate EVERYTHING!
Birthday celebration.
Would hav like to see more people for a weekend night
In Amy city always a go to choice. Finest meats. Great service. No words needed for the chocolate lava cake. Great dinner!
Brian was an awesome waiter, very attentive and good guy.
very loud more so than usual in a restaurant. Food quality excellent, however took longer than usual to deliver main course.
My wife and I each had the filets prepared medium, with horseradish whipped potatoes and broccoli with. We also had the onion soup that was unique in its flavor. For dessert we enjoyed the chocolate mousse which was rich and creamy. The only thing lacking was attentive service.
I am certain this is not typical for a Mortons but our experience was lousy. We made a 7:30 reservation online for 1/9, which was moved to 8pm. We were not seated until 9pm, where we were deposited and left unattended for 20 minutes. We had to ask for menus, waiter, drinks, etc. The meal took an hour for preparation and delivery. We did not finish our meal until 11:30. Very unfortunate how overwhelmed their staff clearly was that evening.
There was a trade show going on and all restaurants were very busy. The service was slow and you could hardly hear anyone speaking due to the amount of noise. I'm sure it is better when there isn't a trade show going on.
