We have eaten at Morton's many times in the past. We were very disappointed on our last visit. We shared a Caesar salad to start and it was the highlight of out dinner. They have one of the best Caesar salads we've ever tasted. We ordered the 12 ounce filet to share and a side of spinach and mushrooms. The filet was cooked correctly but it was too charred. It was very difficult to eat because of that. The spinach and mushrooms were good. We ordered the Hazelnut chocolate mousse for dessert. In the past we always ordered their dark chocolate mousse which was always excellent. The Hazelnut mousse was not very good. We sent it back and ordered their bread pudding. It was better but way too sweet. I ordered coffee with the dessert but never received it. The meats are expensive at Morton's. We expected better from the restaurant. It will be a long time before we go back to Morton's.

Unknowledgeable server for this level of restaurant. Didn't know they had wine flights offered, even though 2 flights listed on the wine page listing wines by the glass. Morton's not what it used to be. No offer for sparkling vs tap water when you're seated. Needed to ask twice for olive oil with the bread. No posterhouse or t bone steaks on menu. No longer show you the steaks on a platter and explain the cuts of meat. No longer have souffles on desert menu. Almost $300 meal for two, but very average

What I enjoyed most about the experience was the service from our waiter, Aaron. He was funny, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We really appreciate him taking care and his jokes was amazing as the food. Thank you

Ordered a Waygu filet, and it wasn’t as buttery as a normal Waygu cut. The price was lower, so I guess you get what you pay for. Service was nice, but also slow(and it wasn’t busy at all)….Service just was It as precise as I’ve experienced at other locations. Think I’d go back to Ruth’s or Mastros in the Chicago area.

For the very first time I was extremely disappointed in the food but our server was lovely My salad was overdosed with dressing and the rib eye steak was tasteless and the au gratin potatoes were not good

El sabor de la carne no era malo pero esperaba mucho mejor. No me lo hicieron con la cocción qué yo pedí. Aun q sí se ofrecieron a cambiarme el platillo decidí quedarmelo para no desperdiciar.

I can't begin to thank the Morton's team, enough for hosting my father's 80th birthday celebration. From the time I first started communicating with them, until the moment we left the restaurant Friday night- EVERYTHING was perfect. Aaron took extremely great care of all aspects of our dinner, and was very personable to our group and made it fun. The food and drinks were top notch, as always, and the flowers selected by the team for the table were a crowd favorite. On top of all of this, the private room was absolutely the perfect size and very comfortable for all. Coming in from Charlotte, NC, I was hoping and trusting all was as expected and discussed- and you beyond and delivered. My father could not have felt more special after our time at the restaurant (but a little lobster and steak makes anyone feel that way) haha. Thank you again for your coordination, right down to this follow up- your customer service is truly appreciated. I will be telling anyone that will listen about our experience at Morton's.

This location has outstanding customer service. The Manager called ahead to get the correct spelling for my mom for her birthday and even printed her name on the menu. That special touch was impressive. Ashley provided terrific and extremely attentive service and made the entire experience just amazing. Thank you!! Highly recommend this location.

Go for a special occasion or if your company does not mind paying those prices. Food was good , I had the 8 oz filet and cooked to correct temp. But very disappointed in their "Signature Side" LYONNAISE POTATOES. Just Google Lyonnaise Potatoes. These were NOT them. Just cubed potatoes and some onions. No seasoning and some were pretty burnt. I took signature to mean their specialty. I have had better potatoes at The Waffle House. What was yummy were their onion rings. Next time I will just order those and sit at the bar!

It was our anniversary, we were greeted at the door with a Happy Anniversary. They also printed out a special menu highlighting our Anniversary on the top page. Everyone was fantastic and the food was delicious.

The service and ambiance is wonderful. The food was outstanding. We were the last party in the restaurant on a Saturday night and never felt rushed. I'll always choose Morton's over other steakhouses.

We had an amazing meal again at Morton’s. Our server Janet was amazing again! That said, the cuts of steak this time were not as good as last time. I had the strip steak and there wasn't as much flavor as last time. Overall though the rest of the food was amazing.

Service was horrible. The table was never cleaned up from the appetizers that we ordered. The wait staff didn’t refill the water glasses and never asked to refill the drinks. 2 steaks that were ordered came out the wrong temperature. They took them back to put them on the grill, only to bring them back wrong again. The manager then wanted to make me a new one but my family already was 1/2 way through dinner so I declined. The server never wrote down anything and essentially was the problem. The service was horrible and the meal was just as bad. We have eaten here numerous times, yet this was a wasted meal and ruined our family’s Mother’s Day.

The service was fantastic and attentive. Any visit to Morton's makes you feel like you are being pampered. The wine list is pricey, but robust. The meal was good, the steaks were not. The NY Strip (mine) was decent, but not $72 decent. My wife ordered the ribeye and it looked steamed, no char on it at all. I guess I wouldn't have cared if they were at least tasty, but they tasted about how they looked. No, we didn't complain, or send them back. It was mother's day and we didn't want to ruin the day. Our fault. It was a pleasant experience for half-a-mortgage-payment price. Plenty of other options at this price range.

One of the $60 steaks was so tough it couldn’t be cut. They brought our hot steaks out when we were still having appetizers. I felt rushed or like this was a diner. When I wanted something, the hostess and another worker were so engaged in chatting that they never even looked at the room or customers. Manager amy came to the rescue. But a really poor experience for a lot of money and a formerly special place.

I’ve always loved Morton’s but the value for the quality of food has significantly diminished. We specifically mentioned it was our 29 year anniversary and didn’t expect much, but we’re disappointed nothing was done. Also, the augratin potatoes were basically just chunks of potatoes with cheese. The filet was under-seasoned and over-priced.
