   It was good. We noticed the host was wearing gym shoes. Gym shoes are not allowed in the restaurant.

   The standout was our waiter Zach. A really nice fellow who was knowledgeable about the food and drink. My cousin had several drinks. All of which were measured and balanced. We enjoyed many dishes on their happy hour. The standouts were the braised rib tacos, filet mignon sliders and Shrimp over salad with thousand island. The crab cakes were nice, yet tiny. The Brussel sprout dish was tasty, although for us…. A little too much bacon. It over powered it. However, some may like this! The manager was wonderful as well and served some of our appetizers. A nice touch and speaks to the level of service at Morton’s! Join Landry’s club as we saw the benefit for visits to come! We all know their steaks are top notch. The happy hour is as well!    The onion rings were good. The service was excellent. We appreciate when a Maitre d visits by the table - that’s classy. I don’t think my “Sea Bass” was the Chilean Sea Bass that I specifically questioned. If it was, then it was a poor cut from the fish. I had a few fish bones, and it was a thin cut.

   Tom our server was polite and professional. Our 12 oz. Filet Mignon with peppercorns and Au Poivre sauce was excellent. We also like the onion rings and crab meat cocktail appetizer. Take a booth in the back of the dining room to have a nice view of the entire restaurant.

   Every member of the staff from the valet to the hosts to the wait staff was so kind!! The food was delicious. The drinks were delicious and strong! Wouldn’t change a thing! The mood and atmosphere was perfect for a good night out.

    Just when one thought improvement could not be found...Dynamite Oysters?! Who thinks of delicious lump crabmeat, with fresh oysters, in light panko bread crumbs. Great way to accompany fresh shrimp and cesaer salad to commence a wonderful dining experience. We ordered three steaks, a new york, rib-eye and filet with superb sides as the main event. All incredible and grilled to perfection. I would like to admit that after all that we declined dessert. But one just has to indulge in hot chocalate cake and key lime pie. Delighted the calories were removed for the latter. A terrific job by Janet and of course, Patrick.
