Excellent meat. Service needs improvement with adequate training to servers. Prices are excessive given the overall experience.
Everything was just ok nothing special.
Morton’s is my go to place for business or another Landry location. I use points to take my wife to dinner, always at Morton’s. It’s our go to place. Food is excellent. Service top notch.
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday on the actual day. From the picture they took and throughout the meal, we felt pampered and well taken care of. The dessert was my absolute favorite part! Thanks for a wonderful evening.
Delightful birthday experience. Food was great and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive.

Food was good such as pork chop and filet. However, mashed potatoes came cold. Service was very slow. Had to wait for server a lot cause he was busy with other tables. No one else was available till I asked someone for coffee. I think for a 5 star restaurant a server should be available more often.
From the moment we entered, our waiter, Zach was attentive to our every need. We were with our grandchildren and their friend. He was as helpful to them as to my wife and I.
The food was plentiful and delicious.
Our favorite appetizer was the Ahi Tuna tower. Incredibly good.
The steaks are wonderful as well.
Our favorite side dish is the spinach and mushroom. Flavorful and great.
The kids had the Chocolate lava cake for dessert. I never got to taste it. They devoured it.

My family loves to frequent this restaurant because in addition to great food it has staff that has become like family. The warm welcome can not be matched elsewhere!
The staff made us feel welcome for our anniversary. The service was very nice but somewhat slow. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. We had to ask twice for steak sauce. The food was good, but it seemed like it sat under lights for some time. Not sure if we are going back.

Used to go to Mortons, this visit reminded me why I stopped going regularly. I still thought of Mortons as special, and set a Valentines reservation. Restaurant started slow, but, then almost every table was seated, IMHO they took too many reservations for the staff. The thing my wife an I look most forward to is a cold seafood tower/platter wherever we go for a special occasion. Waitress was too busy telling us about a hoagie place she loves, to hear us ask for a seafood platter for two. When it came out it had 1 oyster, 1/4 of 1/2 of a crab leg, less than an oz of lobster, 1 shrimp and maybe an oz of lump crab. I Asked her "this is for two?" she said, I thought you ordered for 1. I was shocked they considered this was for 1. Anyhow double everything and it's still pathetic for $80. Perhaps Mortons has lost their roots as "indulgence" and now counting calories, but, NOT what you expect from a steakhouse. Regardless, I'd be surprised if the steak I ordered was 6oz and the lobster was 4oz before cooking, but, not the Mortons I remember. Worst yet, having to waive to the waitress to get a drink refill, lemon for my wife is not upscale, it felt like expensive fast food. Waitress dropped the check at the same time as our desert had to wait for a coffee refill till I signed the CC. Not likely to be back any time soon.
Absolutely wonderful personal service and very high quality
We've been going to Morton's for over 30 years & have always been thrilled with our food, service etc. We usually substitute items for the steak & seafood special. Now we are told no substitutions whatsoever!! What a disapointment!! Food & service were still delicious. It was our friend's birthday & we had to ask for our annual picture about 4 times!! Finally got it!
Steak was not cooked well and was very mediocre for the price point. Appetizers, sides and dessert were outstanding. Overall disappointing relative to other steakhouses.

Excellent meals and exceptional service - especially from your fantastic maî·tre d, Ivan Selember. He is always friendly, accommodating and hard working. The restaurant was quite busy last Saturday night, and we could see Ivan going above and beyond to help.

We've been coming here for years to celebrate special occasions which they allow you to really enjoy at your own pace . Plus they offer a free framed photo that we love to collect and enjoy as it captures the special memory each year. food was excellent as was the service. Waiter was very helpful and offered excellent suggestions and recommendations. Also our waiter was happy to accommodate all of our special food requests with ease. A consistent favorite . Also enjoy receiving their emails with monthly specials

Very disappointing. We decided to go to Morton’s as part of Chicago Restaurant week. We had to ask for the restaurant week menu! It was read to us! There were upcharges on the bill that we were not told about. Even though the steak was excellent we left with a bad taste on our mouth.
It was a cold and snowy night. Yet the food and service were wonderful inside as always. This is a very well run location for Morton's. The teamwork excels here, the managers are visible and walking around and the food is excellent. Steaks cooked to perfection with excellent flavors. Wonderful salads, soups and sides that are tasty and come out perfect every time. We like one server very much, Lucia, and she war wonderful as always. She is a great server and it comes naturally, and through years of experience I am sure. Valet or free parking. Easy access to main streets and highway. This location knows how to run a great steak house.
Steaks were so tender. Best mousse I've ever had! Service was outstanding! Will definitely be back.

A hidden gem on the Northshore of Chicago in Northbrook, IL. Our server, and I didn't get his name, was attentive and polite. He didn't rush our food and was always respectful of our conversation. We sat in the bar, at my dates request, and ended up having to move to a larger table after realizing how much food we ordered! Our server was gracious and didn't bat an eye. Kudos to you, young man, thank you.
Access to this restaurant is easy with I94 less than half a mile away. Ample free parking as well as free valet parking. Coat check at the door during winter. Convenient to Ravinia and Chicago Botanic Garden as well. Obviously, they take reservations, and I would suggest it pre/post Ravinia.
The menu has premium cuts of beef as well as other land animals. They offer an excellent shrimp cocktail (request fresh ground horseradish if you prefer a kick) and the crab cakes are large and not made of breadcrumbs or other fillers. Keto and Paleo followers would have an easy time here. There is an entire potato offering for those not so inclined to remain carb free.
The souffle and hot chocolate cake are musts! If you are dining with others and wish to share a dessert, go with the souffle it is more than ample enough to share four ways. The hot chocolate cake is wonderfully neither too sweet, not bitter. Excellent ways to end an exceptional meal.

Can we begin with noting how the bartender knows all of his customers. I see why there are regulars here.
The high bar service threshold continued to the dining area. Our waiter was amazing and attentive.

We had a nice round table for 8 adults and the reservations were very easy. The evening started with a drink order which was fine and timely but the rest of the evening went downhill. The waiter took everyone’s order and did not come back to the table for 20 minutes. Way too long. It was also very noisy in the restaurant so it was hard to hear everyone at our table. We finally received our second drink and first appetizer after a 20 minute wait ! When our main entree was served several of the orders were wrong and 4 out 8 steaks were over cooked. We did not say anything to our waiter because it seemed the restaurant/ waiter were overwhelmed. Disappointed.
Never disappoints!!!! We love it there and Josh is a great guy and very knowledgeable about wine!
So over rated and over priced! My husband and I go to nice places to eat all the time. The only reason we tried this place a second time was because we received a gift card for Christmas. Are waitress was very nice and so was the rest of the staff. Our kids and our steaks were so dry. We all ordered medium rare, it was more like burnt and dry. Ruth Chris is so much better and not far from this place.
First off was a nice valet. Then greeted by sophisticated and knowledgeable Morton’s folks and as good as the good
old days. Then Janet our waitress. Perfect. Kind funny. No rush. Took her time and pace for two seafood appies and caesar for two before coming out to apologize that that our filet and pork chop were behind. That the chef “lost”
The order... but then it showed up and we didn’t even know there was a problem. She offered us a free cocktail after THAT which was not even an issue and they discounted the dinner and no need because it was perfect. Cooked to perfection ( I had 8 Oz filet) and creamed spinach. We had creme brulet and key lime for dessert. Yum. All amazing. Been going forever and will keep going because there is nothing like the food and service. Handed out hats and blowers at midnight. Happy experience.
