Morton's The Steakhouse - North Miami Beach Ratings and Reviews
From the time we walked in until getting in our vehicle to leave, the complete experience was outstanding.
We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant staff made a point to wish that person a happy birthday every time they passed by the table. The food was very good but the waiter and the other staff made the birthday person feel special during our meal. We were not rushed and were able to take our time.
Will make a point to return for another meal in the very near future.
ONCE AGAIN WHAT CAN I SAY IT’S MORTONS.
MY WIFE AND I WENT TO MIAMI AND ONCE AGAIN FOUND OURSELVES AT MORTONS STEAK HOUSE . AFTER THE LAST LESSONS LEARNED IN THE MORTONS STEAK HOUSE IN LOUISIANA WE ONLY ORDERED A SIDE OF ONOIN RINGS AND DELICIOUS THEY WERE .
FOR OUR MAIN COURSE MY WIFE ONCE AGAIN ORDERED A 1LB OF KING CRAB LEGS WHICH WERE SO SUCCULENT AND SWEET THEIR IS NOTHING MORE TO SAY FOR MYSELF A 12 OUNCE RIBEYE COOKED MEDIUM RARE WAS MAKING MY TASTE BUDS SALIVATE THE RIB EYE WAS PERFECT . FOR A DESSERT WE ORDERED AND SPLIT ONCE AGAIN A BREAD PUDDING AS WE HAD HAD IN LOUISIANA IT WAS NOT THE SAME IT LACKED THE WHITE CHOCALATE SHAVINGS AND THE BURBON DRIZZLE IT WAS DISAPPOINTING.
FOR MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE WAITRESS ONCE AGAIN I DO NOT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT WHEN WE SPOKE TO HER SHE SPOKE OVER USE AND CONTINUOUSLY TRIED TO ASSUME WHAT WE WERE GOING TO SAY BEFORE WE FINISHED SPEAKING AND SPOKE OVER US VERY SAD .
My waiter told me a medium steak was pink in the middle and that is exactly what I ordered. What was served was a RAW steak. I had cut into the steak and saw it was rare. The steak was returned to the kitchen and recooked and came back to me without any juice when I cut into it. A new steak was not cooked for me. This is the third time this has happened to me at this Mortons. Also, the sides I had on my plated were returned to me COLD.
Arrived a bit early for our reservation and had a drink in the bar -- where are the service was excellent. At first the music was blaring so loudly that we could not hear each other, but our request for it to be turned down was probably acted on by the bartender. After that, everything was great -- in fact, we ended up eating in the bar area and never did make it to a table in the dining room.
Stuffy and overpriced.. Food was good but not great. I got a filet med..no flavor and dry..wasn't expecting that from a 5 star steak house..onion soup was good..not great. Dessert was the best item We ordered, Creme Brulee. Pork chop was pretty good, ordered it med but came out rare. Had to send to recook. I ordered a glass of wine which was never ordered by the server. It was just ok for 300 check. Not worth it..
Wonderful experience. Although very disappointing when we received the check as the waitress told us the dessert was a gift from Mortons then proceeded to charge us 20.00 on our bill and told us it was not on the bill however it was and paid . Seemed deceiptful?
