We reserved at Morton’s to have dinner after a piano concert. Our server, fluent in several languages, was great! There were 8 of us and none of us got the wrong order and food was hot and perfectly done! All of us had such a great time thanks to Morton’s!
We sat at bar. Service was above par. Food not so much. Ordered the filet mignon sliders as appetizers and the homemade potato chips. Chips yummy as expected. Filet mignon chewy and rubbery and bland. Friend ordered the bone in ribeye. 80% was all fat. The cajun ribeye was tough. Have had better steak for much less at non chain local steakhouses.
I like Mortons very much. I dine there often. But this time they did not perform as well. One of the stakes was undercooked. And at the end we ordered a machiato and got a small capuchino instead.
The worst service to date.
Great staff and management make it all work exceptionally well.

Foods continues to be excellnet, but noise level comming from the kitchen is way too hard, seating is very umcomfortable since they packe dthe dinneng room and there is no space betwen tables, nor for the waiters nor for customers. You hvae no privacy

We had stopped coming for past few years after repeated disappointments but I had a gift card & decided to use it. The service was 1st rate - what a difference from years back! Drinks were perfect - the bar is always packed - we shared a wedge & I had the 16 oz Prime NY Strip which was the best I'd had in a local steakhouse in years. Wife had the 6 oz filet, which wasn't tasty at all - the manager returned it and brought her a special cut NY Strip they have (8 oz?) and it was wonderful- nice to see a thick cut petite NY Strip instead of cutting it lengthwise - it stays juicy. We skipped dessert but went home happy & will repeat!

Leider ein sehr schlechter Service, angefangen vom Office Manger (ständig am Smartphone) über das Servicepersonal, die sich mehr untereinander unterhalten haben als sich mit ihren Gästen zu beschäftigen.
Die Qualität war wie immer hervorragende.
Ich kenne 6 Morton‘s und war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden.
Service , waiter was great.. Neb I believe his name was ... steak was cooked perfectly but little flavor - the sides were warm at most ( au gratin potatoes & lyonnaise) got the mixed grill- bacon wrapped scallops with raw bacon .. disappointed for my bday meal and and my fiancé’ celebrating his Veterans Day... others were offers pictures but we were not asked if we were celebrating anything
I dine there several times a year - always with the same Cousin. Always enjoy the food, ambience, and excellent service. Very low key restaurant - perfect for being able to converse with your Dining Companion.
I went with my family and we are not coming back!!...they changed their FRENCH fries with truffle and the new ones are awful...everything was not good

I love a great steak and had high expectations of Morton's however, I was a little disappointed. I had the Filet Mignon which was cooked just as I requested, medium well, but was greatly underseasoned. For sides, I had the Jumbo Asparagus and the "Twice Baked" Au Gratin Potatoes, which were both good but nothing amazing. For dessert, my fiance and I shared the Creme Brulee and Key Lime Pie, both were good. But the BEST item I ordered was the appetizer, the Ahi Tuna Tower. It was amazing, and the only reason I would probably go back. Our server Emily was also a pleasure.
Amazing location, amazing food staff was extremely friendly. Overall fantastic experience would definitely go back soon and recommend to everyone.

Celebration of an interview for graduate school. Which the waiter ruined instead of saying something with the dessert he decided to come and ask my daughter if we were celebrating her before bringing the dessert.
The waiter really ruined the experience. We sat and when he finally decided to come say hello he said I’ll be back with water..... he didn’t then he left again I made a comment to say we were hungry that we were ready to order so he took the order and decided he needed to rush the dinner. At this point still no water at the table he asked for wine one person order a glass of wine he brought that promptly but no water or bread he brought salads we asked for water he served half glasses because the carafe was half full he walked away still no bread, 5 minutes later he comes with the bread and says you have to make room your steak is coming, we had just started eating the salad and some bread, so he brought the entree’s and takes away the my daughter salad, without even asking if she was done and takes always all the bread plates and the butter without even asking, my steak was well done not pink I was showing him, he said that’s pink! I’m sorry a medium steak has juice this was completely dry. We start eating and saids we have to order right now if we want dessert? He says we should order the chocolate and I chose chocolate and he walked away saying ok the other 3 will get Key Lime pie my friend wanted chocolate but since he didn’t ask she got what he chose and she doesn’t like that didn’t even tasted it. He brought the check, and was taking away my dessert which I still have a quarter of it, and I said I’m not finished and made a bad joke. A waiter that knows too much and chooses for the guests it’s a really bad waiter.
Then when he brought the check I had no light over me and I was confused with the check because it showed an amount that didn’t make sense and made a real bad joke

I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Morton’s. They always deliver great service no matter what city I’m in. This steakhouse has made my top five list.

Side dishes and steak was excellent
We are regular customers since 2008 and we have been totally satisfied with your food quality and service until our last visit on Sept 12 2019. It was my husbands 75th birthday and I booked it a week in advance and my husband was totally disappointed and insulted when they brought a bowl full of whip cream with just a candle in it for his birthday. In addition The hash browns were burned and one of the steaks was blue rare instead of med rare.
We were a party of 5 and it was disappointing to spend $575.00 to receive such treatment.
