   For 32 years in Nashville and this is still tops in town. Prices are also very competitive.

   This was our first visit to this Morton’s location. Fabulous! Shawn was a great server. He’s from NJ like us and grew up not too far from where we live. He hit every touch point. Phillip/Philip was the floor manager. He was incredibly gracious throughout the evening. We will return when we make it back to Nashville.

   Service was terrible. Our server Heidi was not very attentive. We received our steak and never received side dishes. No one ever checked with us to see if meal was going well. By the time a manager checked with us we just asked for the food to go. We were comped for dessert and parking. Really?v. There are too many steakhouses in the area to be treated like this.    As expected, very expensive. But when the food and service don’t match the price, that doesn’t work. Service ranged from great to total miss. Drinks took forever, came after our appetizer. Salad was forgotten. Dinner was only ok. Not a good sign when the mashed potatoes are the star. I had Oscar filet. The crab was tasteless. The asparagus was bitter, undercooked, and presented weirdly (chopped). Overall, our server did the best he could with what he had to work with. Almost forgot, there was a manager who was in panic mode for about 15 minutes.almost running back and forth trying to help a large party. Super stressful for everyone, including us watching. Anyway, spending almost $450 for two, does not add up for the experience we had. Sorry.

   I recommend Morton’s The Steakhouse. The service and the food were great! The steaks were cooked to perfection. The Greek Chopped Salad was delicious.

   The food was amazing! Audrey was our waitress and she was amazing! Oh! And the Raspberry Apple Martini is a must try. You will not be disappointed. We had the Wagyu meatballs for appetizer and they were delicious as well. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

   The restaurant was not busy while we were there, I think they were two other tables maybe three occupied. Service was what you would expect, the waitress was attentive. Ordered a fillet and although it was super tender, it had very little flavor. For a steak at this price point, you would expect it to have some flavor.

    Enjoyed the three course Easter dinner. The service was great and the meal was tasty. Will definitely be back.
