Wonderful meal and excellent service. Going back Friday evening even though it’s expensive. Totally worth it.
Great staff and amazing food
Birthday dinner was great
We had a good time with 7 friends at Morton’s. The food and service were fantastic. Our table was in front of the service door to the kitchen which was not very good due to multiple waiters going in and out inches away from our table. Another issue was they ran out of a wine selection we ordered and did not offer to provide a comparable alternative. Although there were issues we still had a great meal.
We always have a great meal at Morton’s. We don’t have much input on anything but the steaks, especially the filets, which are always finest cuts and cooked to perfection. The sides and salads are great as well. We don’t usually have dessert, but the lava cake is to dies for, but order early!
Service and food were great as always.
Everyone was very attentive to us on our anniversary
Dining there is very expensive so we have an expectation of what service and details should be. Our food was just ok. Steaks were good but the sides were lukewarm.
Superb food that sticks right to what my expectations for a Morton’s would provide - high quality, delicious tasting food
This was my first time at this location and it was for a special occasion (birthday). I would come back for sure.
Food is always consistent, service is attentive.
Great food and committed knowledgeable serving staff made the meal terrific
We had fantastic service and the food was delicious as always. Drinks were fabulous! I just feel like even though the food is phenomenal the price is still too high. My boyfriends steak was overcooked and we were a bit disappointed with that since it is a steakhouse after all. We had a show to get to and didn't have time to have another prepared so he just ate it.
I’ve visited this location multiple times over the last 18 years a couple of sides never made it to the table; other servers had to refresh the beverages & last but certainly not least, the kitchen “ ran out of chocolate sauce” & had to alter the table’s dessert choices. Then $12.50 to park (first time in 18 years)...for the amount we paid, the experience should’ve been top notch...
We were seated at the first booth on the right as you enter the dinning area. Very loud and busy there. I suggest if you are about to be seated there that you asked to be moved. Not pleasant....much too loud and busy. Food and service was excellent. First time our experience at Mortons was not perfect....not nearly.
Excellent service. Excellent food. Great wine list. Attentive
The only concern I have is that for the money you expect excellence. I had the mixed grill filet, shrimp and scallops. The flavor of the steak was mediocre and the side dish of mash potatoes was served cold along with the asparagus on the plate. I’ve eaten at a number of Morton’s throughout the US, my first in Nashville, and even though this was not to the standard I’ve grown accustomed to I’m hoping it was just an off night. I’m sure it will be great the next time.
This is a beautiful restaurant however the service is just okay. Some of our food came out cold and had to be sent back. By the time it came back we were done with the rest of our meal. We ate late and there were only three table left in the restaurant but it took forever to get our check to leave. The meal cost over $200 and we shared a salad and both had an entree. No appetizer, added side or dessert just a salad and two meals for over $200 for just okay service and food doesn't seem right to me. I will not be coming back.
Father’s 70th Bday!
Above the top!...Service, staff, and food! Will go again and highly recommended!
The service was great.
Excellent and personable service
Active management controlling noise levels, great food, yummy cocktails, gorgeous desserts. Clean, quiet, and pleasant from the valet to the passing kitchen staff.
I've wanted to eat here since I relocated in 2005. It was a great experience. The waiter Preston was awesome, the Prime Cajun Ribeye was easily the best I've ever had. The Chicken Christopher that my date had was great as well. We'll definitely be going back.
When Mortons offers a Fall 3 course menu, their wait staff should be trained to take care of the customer, even though they may not be ordering a $50 steak and several bottles of wine. Our booth ordered 3 of the selections from the fall 3 course menu and our server could not get finished with us fast enough while he spent a lot of extra time talking to the couple at the booth next to ours. This was very noticeable. He didn’t even offer coffee with our dessert and he wanted to have our car brought around by the valet before we paid our check. Most of our trips to Nashville include a visit to Mortons, but we were very disappointed in our service this visit.
Excellent food. Outstanding service. We had the miso sea bass and crab cakes.
The hostess was a bit confused when seating us. She took us to the back of the restaurant then around and between other tables to finally be led back to a table that had aisle access close to the lobby area. We also observed the same thing happen to another group. Other than that, the food and service were excellent. I loved the wine flight “A Hike Through Napa”. We have visited all 3 wineries featured so I’m always looking for great wine at an affordable price.
Very good food. Service is incredible - over the top. Pricey - you can spend $300 for two people in a heartbeat.
A++++. Our server Michelle was outstanding. Food cooked to perfection (especially the sweet cream corn).
Food was nothing special. Average steak. Ambiance was like walking back in Time. 60,s look. Overpriced for the quality of meal.
This was our first time at a Mortons Steakhouse and it was fabulous. Excellent Dinner!!
Made to feel very Special.
Excellent food and service!
It was alright. They were out of the item I was looking for and got something else and it was okay. Just wasn’t wowed by the food like I had been in the past. The service was good and everyone was very kind.
Anniversary dinner was perfect from appetizer(oysters rockefeller) to outstandingly prepared steaks and sides. Perfect Wine selection.
The food tasted pretty good (not great), but more importantly, it made me sick shortly after eating there. Service was average but the manager was very nice.
The young lady we had as our server was terrible. Her knowledge of the restaurants offerings was lacking. When we asked a question she didn’t know the answer or refused to acknowledge us.
The food was Amazing!!!
So much fun!! Rob was our server and was so attentive, we never wanted for anything. He recommended the perfect wines for us all. Perfect dining experience for some friends who wanted to catch up with. Thank you!!
Service and ambience was excellent. The filet mignon was excellent and and cooked as ordered. The sides consisting of asparagus and lobster mac & cheese were superior. The veal chop fell short with too much fat and would not try it on a return trip. My instincts were guiding me to a strip, but to no avail. Overall, the night out with my daughter was superior and would not hesitate to return.
Perfect steak and service was A++
