Went for our Anniversary and it was amazing! Had never been so didn’t know what to expect on the price side of things, it is a bit pricey, but the service and food is great. They took our pic for our Anniversary and printed it out and gave it to us in a card, and also the menu was special printed with happy anniversary on top and they gave that to us, great experience.

While our waiter and the manager were very good, the food was sub par. A Chicago native, I’ve been to Morton’s there and was expecting more. The steaks were at first undercooked and one with a piece of hard plastic on it and both of poor quality. The lobster tail was a full gray color and over cooked. The bread was so dry it crumbled in our hands. Brussels sprouts were soggy and not charred at all and the au gratin potatoes were just average clumps of potato on oil and cheese. Even with the “plastic ridden” steak taken off the bill it was not worth the price. Capital grille or STK much better.

Heidi was by far the best server I have had; she knew exactly how to make us feel right at home as well, as make us laugh throughout the entire night. She is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and how to pair things perfectly together. As someone who works in the fine dining industry myself, you are extremely lucky to have her! If you plan on visiting mortons in downtown Nashville, you have to ask for Heidi you will not regret it, and you will continue to come back that’s a promise!

Ok I tried to give them the benefit of doubt because we had a late reservation but our waiter was horrible and the food was ok nothing special about it. We had s reservation at 9:45 we arrived at 9:55 and the was seated around 10pm, the waiter didn’t come to our table until we asked someone to assist us , he finally came and took our orders we received our drinks after a 20 minute wait, our waiter was constantly absent! The kitchen ran out of load bake potatoes so the cook suggested we order au gar-tin potatoes and she informed our waiter about the change, it’s like the entire night he wasn’t attentive and we literally had to ask the other staff members to find our waiter @ he apologized for not getting back to us in a timely manner but continued the same behavior, my husband ordered a filet med well the steak was brought out med rare instead so we asked them to cook it well done instead and then they brunt the steak , I ordered the Cajun ribeye it was probably one of the cheapest steaks I’ve tasted, & It was chewy not cook well at all and to top it when the waiter brought out the ticket he didn’t update the receipt to reflect the change in the ticket for the potatoes, he’s going to tell me well it’s the same price I told him not it’s not we was charged for two load potatoes but we only received one au gratin so then he finally corrected the ticket and it took forever to close out the ticket! This was our first time trying it out and the overall experience was horrible I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there and there was another couple who had a problem with there service. I basically could have save $300 bucks on a meal prepared by myself

No Grey Goose, still charged for premium vodka. Nominal service. Compared wit other top notch restaurants, could of done better. Steaks were 5 star though.

Hello, there is an expectation when we dine here and it was not met. The steak was not prepared as we ordered and the baked potato’s were very crunchy on the outside. Service was great. Restaurant was very warm and not comfortable.

Of the Morton’s we’ve enjoyed, this is a favorite. Bonus, our server, Hannah, told us it was her first night there and that she was nervous. She was a pleasure and took impeccable care of us. Thank you Morton’s and Hannah!

I should have known better than to book a restaurant on a holiday but we are traveling so really had no choice. My $60 ribeye had absolutely no flavor. Mashed potatoes were made with zero care and also no flavor. Our server was outstanding which made the visit better. We have had dinners in Morton’s all over the country. This was by far our worst experience. Should have gone to the taco stand around the corner. What a waste of $250.

For a special night you can't go wrong here, just expect tp pay for it. Great food, the meatballs, Lobster Bisque and Mac and Cheese are superb. I think it was convenient to the Bridgestone for a complete night!

Server was very engaging and pleasant. His serving assistant was equally enthusiastic and entertaining. Food was absolutely delicious and superb. My wife had the Waygu filet, perfectly prepared to her liking and I had the Miso Sea Bass, also excellent.

I live downtown and frequent a lot of the Nashville steakhouses. I only went here because I was seeing a show at TPAC close by and it was a swift reminder of why I don’t go to this Morton’s. So many better steakhouse options in Nashville.

I’ve been going to Morton’s for many years and it’s usually a flawless experience. This time it was good… not great. The waitstaff was inconsistent. We had a server and a trainee… we were asked if we wanted bread, we said yes but we never got it. We got more service from the runners than the servers. Another serve at an adjacent table was great. Unfortunately we didn’t get him. As for the food, the brussels were underwhelming and average. The creme brûlée was also not as good as it usually is. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely be back. I just hope that next time it’s back to the standard I’ve come to expect.
