Morton's has always served great food but the price tag has kept my wife and I from going there for anything but the most special of occasions. We saw a promotion for Steak & Lobster which convinced us to go back for the first time in a couple of years. It was as good as I remembered and expected. The steaks were perfectly done, the lobster and wine were excellent, the atmosphere quiet, comfortable and inviting, and the service from Ryan was great. All in all, a great experience.
Even with the promotion, we still spent more $ than we ever do for dinner but since everything was perfect, it was worth it. For those with endless money, I'd be eating here often. But unless it's a business dinner with someone else picking up the tab, I will probably be waiting for the next promotion before going back.
had Steak and Lobster. Lobster so thin not worth it at all. Twice baked augratin potatoes --strange. Steak, asparagus, French onion soup and key lime pie were great. Waitress was wonderful
Wonderful service, we felt very special for our birthday celebration.
My wife and I dined for dinner. We were promptly seated and the wait staff was attentive and pleasant. I had a filet and she had salmon. We shared creamed corn and mashed potatoes. I have had a better steak as this cut was not as lean as I would expect, but it was cooked perfectly. My wife enjoyed the salmon. Overall a very enjoyable, nicely paced, comfortable evening. We would recommend Morton's and will return.
Always a pleasure; seasonal specials are always a draw for us. Great value!
Always one of my favorite places to dine! Service is outstanding and treated us like we were the only diners.
My Birthday dinner
We celebrated my birthday and we enjoyed nice wishes, photo and the menu with my name at the top. The oyster appetizer was outstanding. So were the steak (yum!) and vegetables. Steer clear of mac & cheese; it is a warmed-over, dried out mess. As for the souffle, it was an over-worked mess that had no substance underneath the top. The server had a hard time trying to cut it into three portions because all it had was the skin on top and a bit on the sides. Entire middle was empty. Order another dessert and you will be happy.
It was a great dining experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating with plenty of knowledge on the food.
