I had the Prime ribeye and it was excellent and perfectly cooked. My wife had lamb and it was overcooked. She would not send it back because she will never waste food. My opinion is that when you pay $65.00 for an entree, it should be cooked as you’ve ordered. While I enjoyed the dinner, there is no excuse for overcooking an entree when that is your specialty.

Rosanne is so warm and welcoming Chavella is so kind and attentive Alex was very good to us Food was amazing although first time ever that my filet was undercooked and had to go back twice Despite that gliche , everything was delicious Thank you for a lovely dining experience

Went there for my wife's birthday and it was an EXCELLENT experience. The food was amazing, Angie was our great server and alongside everyone else provided wonderful service, beautiful space, and they sweated all the small details like having my wife's name on the menu for her birthday. It truly is the little things like that that turn an outing into a marvelous experience.

Average food and service. Our medium chops came rare, we had to send it back. Drinks did not arrive before food and we had to remind the waitress. Spinach and mushrooms were over salted.

As always, the food was outstanding. These are the best steaks anywhere. The service is exceptional and I was greeted by both the general manager and asst manager. For the first time we met Natalie, our server. She is simply outstanding. A wonderful personality and excellent service. This was my son’s Birthday and Natalie made it an outstanding evening for all us, including our 9 year old granddaughter Peyton. We will definitely be returning soon and will ask for Natalie as our server.

We celebrated our 55th anniversary at Morton’s and the service, atmosphere and food was great. They even took a picture of all twelve of us for a keepsake of the anniversary. We would definitely come back .

We came here to celebrate our son's birthday. From the moment we walked in, we felt like welcomed and valued customers. We were seated promptly, and Mindy shared the wine and spirits menu with us. Once we settled in, Mindy reviewed the daily specials and displayed the various cuts of meat available. All of this was perfectly paced. Since I had told them we were celebrating a birthday, a person came by and offered to take a group photo to commemorate the event. Within a few minutes, we were presented several copies of the image in a nice photo holder. Their wine selections are endless and the ones we tried were outstanding. A second server Aydan handled much of the rest of our meal. Our salads and appetizers were excellent. But the star of the night was the main course steaks. Incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavor. Our son received a complimentary dessert which was very tasty. Their desserts are all very good. From start to finish, our dining experience at Morton's the Steakhouse, Naperville was exquisite. We absolutely love this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice date night dinner.

We are frequent diners at Morton’s and have NEVER been rushed through our meal before. This time, we were blatantly rushed so much we were we literally felt ill from eating so fast. This is not the kind of establishment or meal that should ever be rushed! Never have we ever been out of there in under 2 hours, this time it was under an hour! Not cool Morton’s, we’ll find a new favorite.

We usually go to Gibsons, and this is the first time visiting Morton’s in Naperville, and it was outstanding from the moment we walked in the door to when we left highly recommend, and we will be back. The noise level was perfect. The lighting was warm and inviting.

Morton's is always a treat, particularly at this Naperville location. The specials offer a great dining value, and it's a pleasure to be greeted and welcomed by General Manager Arturo "Chavelo" Villalobos. Joseph was our outstanding server for this dinner. Will definitely be asking for him on our return. Although it's not on the menu, the chef accommodated a request for a lump crabmeat cocktail, and the new Bananas Foster cheesecake is absolutely amazing!

We didn't have our usual server. We got one that was a little inexperienced and it showed. The side dishes are a touch smalller now but still the same price as before. This is one of our favorite place and will return but ask for specific servers.

We ordered the tomahawk steak prepared medium, it was perfect but lacked a little flavor. To add flavor we opted for the regular steak sauce, oddly enough we weren’t asked what type of sauce we wanted on our steak. We also have the waygu beef meatballs those were okay with oysters. I really enjoyed the oysters, the mac and cheese was a little dry but we mixed up a little and the flavor come through. Overall it was a decent experience but the service good have been a little more over the top for a 300+ meal.

My wife and I took my sister to Morton's The Steakhouse - Naperville to celebrate her 60th birthday. Haven't been to a Morton's in years as it's a very high end restaurant with (at least for me) high end prices! :-), so while I can't afford to go there often, this restaurant truly is worth what it charges. If you love steak, chops and prime ribeye, Morton's in Naperville does not disappoint in any way. The evening started with drinks, then appetizers, followed by soup & salad (my sister LOVED the lobster bisque), and of course the main course with our party trying Filet Mignon, Wagyu beef, Prime Ribeye. Without question, each cut of beef and full meal (loaded bake potatoes and sour cream mashed potatoes) was better than the next, with NONE of us having a single criticism (which for my family is nearly unheard of!). As wonderful as the food was, and the head chef really should be complimented, the icing on the cake was the ambience and service that contributed to a top notch dining experience. Starting at the bar while we waited for everyone in our party to arrive, the bartender was polite, courteous and REALLY knew how to pour a good drink. Next, we were seated and our server's name was Kristen. Kristen was knowledgeable about everything on both the menu and wine list (20 years ago that would be a given, but today, ???), making great recommendations for all us. While we could see that Kristen was busy (she a had few tables going at the same time) she never made us feel like we were bothering her or slowing her down when we asked questions. She also had a genuine smile and personality that made everyone at the table feel special. Your water glass couldn't go 1/2 empty for more than a few minutes without somebody swooping in to fill them up & the busboys didn't leave empty dishes on the table for very long either. Obviously, there's a real manager with real experience running the show. This was a birthday present for my sister which we all got to enjoy!

Service was very good. Server was accommodating. Our party split the wedge salad and they split it for us. The French onion soup was good. The entrees were not up to the normal standard we are used to at Mortons. All of the filets we charred black on the outside. The two medium rare were indeed medium rare, but not very tender or flavorful. The medium was under. They took it back it came back well. The bacon on the bacon wrapped scallops was also burned. The chocolate cake dessert was delightful. I will not be rushing back.

They just couldn't get my steak cooked correctly. Once it was done to my satisfaction, I had eaten the sides and took the steak home. Have not had an issue like this at Morton's before.

We had crab cakes to start-fresh and delicious. We shared the prime New York strip and lyonnaised potatoes-both were cooked perfectly. The staff is always friendly and treats us like family.

My 2nd poor experience with mortons in Wacker for my birthday sept 26th and still haven't received a call from that horrible experience..to Naperville..food was the worse quality I've ever had ..steak was tough Shrimp.alexander was totally wrong ..Luke warm baked potatoes..im just shocked how Mortons is turning...
