Absolutely wonderful experiences I have had. We went for our anniversary and the food was delicious and the wait staff was absolutely wonderful. They gave us a special anniversary menu along with a photo to commemorate the occasion.

Was in Manhattan on business and found myself alone for evening. Booked dinner at Midtown Mortons for 1 at 5:45. Arrived early and was quickly seated to a nice table. It took 5 minutes for waitress to arrive which is extraordinarily slow for Morton's. She greeted me warmly and we proceeded. I had the 8 oz filet, a shrimp cocktail and baked potato. All were as expected. Great flavor, perfectly cooked and the potato was large enough for 2. The evening more than made up for the slow start.

I am a high school teacher from South Carolina and I took 8 of my students (along with my wife) as a celebratory dinner for finishing in the Top 5 of a business competition they competed in in New York. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and the ambience was elegant yet lively. It was exactly what I was hoping for when booking the reservation! I would definitely return!

Awesome steak!!! I had the filet mignon ... cut like butter! My brother had the NY Strip ... OMG that was delicious. Also had the mash potatoes and spinach with button mushrooms ... all fantastic! I will definitely go back!!!!

Have celebrated many birthdays here and wanted to continue, but was somewhat disappointed. The table, service, free birthday dessert were greatly appreciated but $19.00 for a relatively small glass of wine was exceedingly expensive and the filet just didn't taste as good as I remembered.

The place is beautiful The food is excellent - and the service Fantastic but its VERY pricey so be ready . They used to have a great Mortons Special $99 then $109 for 2 - its gone.

I absolutely loved Morton's on 5th ave, NYC. Restaurant was beautiful, service was great, food delicious, and prices reasonable. I will definitely return.

This was our first visit to Morton's and we were not disappointed. The manager, Jessie, treated us like royalty. They even took our picture and gave us a copy welcoming us to NYC! The appetizers of short rib taco's and Ahi tuna were spectacular. We all had filet mignon which was cooked perfectly (my daughter had the combination with shrimp and scallop which were also fabulous and I had the Wagyu beef but filet cut). For sides we had the hash browns, which were phenomenal and also brussel sprouts which were excellent. We finished with the chocolate lava cake and the incredible cheesecake. Overall we had a fabulous visit and cannot wait to go back.

Great evening - fabulous steaks (and desserts) and wonderful service from Michael. The only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is that we had to wait 5 mins for a mashed potato side order to go with the steaks. Would very happily visit again!

We started off with 2 giant extra dirty Martinis,
I'm saying giant because they are like 2 in 1 and you can sip on one through the whole meal. Then we ordered the escargot without the puff pastry because I'm allergic and they accommodated my needs. The Escargot came out hot and bubbling and it was delicious! I really wanted the lobster bisque but it wasn't gluten free so that was a bummer. For main courses I ordered the Alaskan king crab legs with oscar sauce, so even more crab and asparagus. It was Superb! My friend ordered the Ribeye and ate the entire thing! It being Easter (and my birthday
Dinner) the restaurant wasn't overly crowded but definitely a good vibe and very friendly staff, service and food was great.

I have been to this Morton many times and have never been turned away or had a bad meal. They love to make your request come true . This time I had to eat and run and get to a show in an hour. They knew exactly how to send the food out and make us enjoy our meal. The wait staff is always on point and they all make me feel special .

Large portions. Good to share. A little pricey. Porterhouse for 2 was so large took much meat home. Excellent creamed spinach.

We tend to ignore the “chain” restaurants but we should not. In this case Morton’s went above and beyond good service. If I had to attribute our enjoyment to just one element, it would be Marian, our waitress. We were seated at the table (nice location) however the AC was blowing straight at us. As she noticed my wife’s hesitation she immediately offered us an adjoining table which was much warmer. But - this was not enough - she brought my wife a cup of hot water to take a sip and warm her hands. Never have I experienced such attention to guest comfort. I ordered a bottle of rare wine from Washington State which the sommelier was unable to locate, same faith with my second choice however the Bordeaux we ended up was excellent. The sommelier was appropriate and were hospitable indeed. The bbest part of an established steak house is that quality is solid. Our ribeyes were cooked to order and enjoyable. The evening ended with digestifs on the house - total satisfaction. Again - thank you Marian - you are a text book example of great service and hospitality.

A little disappointed. A bit over priced. I've had better for less. Particularly the alcohol beverage
charges. Bone in rib-eye a bit tough. Staff somewhat not attentive.

Excellent food but everything is a la carte and quickly becomes very pricey. Waitress was terrific.

I have been to Morton’s steakhouse in Florida and California and had an amazing experience. As a visitor from the UK was slightly disappointed with our trip to New York’s Morton’s, found the steak quality to be average! Love Morton’s so am hugely disappointed!

The food is always great.
Service was good although the waiter tried to upcharge us on the wine and then charged us the wrong piece on a steak item - check you bill!
One other point - my husband orderd a 22 oz ribeye with the bone, medium rare. It definitely was smaller than that (16 oz at most?). We did complain to the mgr - she comped us dessert.

My boyfriend and i had the best time here celebrating our 4 year anniversary. The staff made every moment special. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection.

even though I fell by our table since it was so dark by our corner table the host was accommodating & provided me with ice for my back pain since I fell there & hurt my back. thanks
