View Private Dining DetailsI go to Morton's for the steaks and the cocktails/wine. Those were great in the Miami Downtown branch. But service was not as good as in the PR branch, now closed for renovations.
The restaurant was very quiet. The service was excellent and very friendly. It is a little pricey for what it is.
Food was outstanding, ambiance great, and George our server terrific too. Would definitely recommend Morton’s. Not a restaurant for children.
Hadn't been here for a while, as the last two experiences weren't great and competition in Brickell is much greater than 10 years ago...
Bone in Filet Mignon was great. Never cheap here, but old fashioned great service. Still dark and quiet place and not running that well, judging by the limited seats taken. But if you need a business meal lunch and need to discuss things quietly, the steak is comparable to other known steakhouses in the city.
The service and meat cuts are excellent. Prices are on par with other steakhouses of name.
The portions are deceiving and misrepresented when delivered to the table. A pound of of crab legs was actually a half pound. Oyster Rockerfeller was a half dozen and small. Steak was not as tender as it should have been. Nothing has changed in 40 years. Very nostalgic including the decor. The service and the cook on the food was on point. However, the pricing for the portions was highway robbery. You want to get your $ worth go to Smith & Willinsky..you'll get a better scenic view too!
Family reunion
Reserve a las 9pm y resulta que tuve que esperar como 40 minutos para que me dieran mesa
Excellent fillet - prepared and served perfectly. Never disappointed at Morton's - consistently good food, cocktails and service.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
The service overall was just lousy. We tried this location in hopes that we would have better service than the coral gables location. The first issue was the speed of the food coming out. Our main course came before we finished the appetizers. So the table wasn’t cleaned and clean before they put the new plates down. They forgot the sauce that we ordered. When I asked the server for it, he went over and spent another 6 minutes taking an order for another table. When I flagged him down again, he had forgotten the sauce again. After the food was cleared, the table wasn’t cleaned. Even when we scrapped the crumbs towards the server, he didn’t get the hint.
That was our last try with a Morton location. I would not pay that much money for an outback experience.
The only disappointing part was dessert. The chocolate souffle wasn't what we were expecting unless we qere brought the wrong kind of dessert. Other than that, the oyster rockefeller were the best we've had in a lobg time, the steak was excellent and the corn and potatoes, delicious.
The food and service were both excellent! We went on a Sunday evening for dinner around 6pm to celebrate a special occasion. The ambiance was great until they sat a loud table of 3 business people in the booth directly next to us. This was especially frustrating given that the restaurant only had a few tables occupied and there were plenty of other tables they could've sat them at away from us.
The best Morton’s
Perfect! Best stake ever!
TARDARON 20 MINUTOS EN TRAER UN DRINK Y UNA BOTELLA DE VINO.....EL POSTRE QUE SE PIDIO CON ANTICIPACION, NO LO TRAJERON POR FALTA DE PRAXIS DEL NUEVO COCINERO...NADA QUE VER CON LO QUE FUE EL PRIMER MORTON S EN MIAMI....NO VUELVO NUNCA MAS
We have been in this restaurant several times, but today was the worse day. I had to return the NY steak; I requested it medium rear and it came well done. The waitress was very nice, he called the manager but this manager was blaming us for the mistake. I doubt I’ll be back.
Always a great experience dinning at Morton's Brickell.
With my wife the best person in my life
Ordered pre dinner cocktails and didn’t arrive until main meal was served (appetizers were done as well) after the wine arrived. Still got charged $16 for the drink despite having to ask three times for it. Waiter kept trying to up-sell everything we ordered - wine, steak, dessert. We were pressured to buy a $25 VIP Card and when I went to register it online, was informed it is not a valid account and now, it will not be honored by Landry’s despite having the official receipt. Also, we were offered dessert wine after the meal including Inniskillen by name. It appeared it was being offered compllmentary due to issues during dinner. We were not told the price and were charged $38 per glass.
The best burger in town, with all the trimmings (and if you don't want fries, you get asparagus!) Worth a detour!
The customer service was less than stellar, the waiter was one of the worse I’ve encountered. Also ordered my food with a baked potato on the side, had to remind the waiter when he eventually came back to check and potato didn’t arrive until I was ordering dessert. The worse part they thought I would pay for it.
Excellent service, excellent food. Best steak I have found in Miami. Went for two year wedding anniversary, probably going to return before our third.
Great place!! Great food! Enjoyed the food and service
Been going to this restaurant for years, but both my spouse and me got ill from the food and upon contacting restaurant there was no reply. Won't go back.
After a rocky start the evening ended up well, the food and service were good, I was disappointed that "special menus" were not printed, the special menu, that is normally available was not, the wine I ordered was not available, the camera was broke, these are things I have come to expect when visiting a Morton's. My guest did not know any different but is was disappointing to me.
Manager was screaming at his cook infront of us for not able to make an order I had to tell him to knock it off and do it on his own time.
As I remembered from past experiences with this restaurant, food was delicious, service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect for an evening out. I’ll definitely be back!
Good for dinner with family members and friends on every day basis.
Good dinner, expensive wines though..
Franco catered to our every need, the service was amazing and the food was spectacular. It wasn’t my first visit to Morton’s, but by far one of the best! Thanks to everyone who made our night special.
The decor and ambiance was very dated and disappointing for an expensive steak restaurant. The food and service were great but the restaurant needs to be remodeled before we would go back.
I guess after 30 years on the same place they feel over confident to give you a mediocre ambient with a "ok" service .. btw I ordered a Bloody Mary and so far hands down the worst Bloody Mary I ever trying in my 42 years .. food was ok nothing fantastic for 250$ bill .. in general..fiend a better stake house to spend your time and money
Food was great, but the waiter was in a hurry to make a tip. He pushed the wine like he had not gotten a tip for months. He even served people that were not drinking wine to force us to ask for another bottle. On a positive note the steak was the best I have had in Miami and was perfectly cooked.
Always great service! The mac and cheese is one of my favs! We had an amazing dinner celebrating our Anniversary!
The service was exceptional and the ambiance was quiet and cozy. The only draw back would be the table bread that was too bland, and spongy with only the taste of the onion flakes on the outside crust. However, the meat and spinach were the perfect temperature and the chocolate dessert was out of this world.
A really great deal during Miami Spice! Glad to see they've recovered from Hurricane Irma. Franco was superb as a waiter.
Food was outstanding. I will be coming back.
Awesome from beginning to end! Morton's Cajun Ribeye is my favorite dish and is the only thing I order. Amazing!!
Tried the Miami Spice menu and found that the salad lettuce was not crisp as if made in advance and it seemed that the dressing had been poured on salad when made. The asparagus was over roasted, room temperature and the drizzle on top enhanced the drab look of the asparagus. The cream spinach was salty and at the same time, had cinnamon in it but was not tasting creamy. Try to form, never have desserts at a steak house. Usually mundane. But here is a warning! Pay attention, be ware of the cost of the vegetables and potatoes a la carte. The menu price of a baked potato was more the $12.00 as was almost all the offerings. Really, the selection was sparse and if I had a vegetarian guest, the guest would have gone home hungry,
