Extremely LOUD and very difficult to have a conversation as well as being unable to hear our waiter as he was explaining the specials and menu items. For the price definitely not worth the money spent. We will not be returning. Table was full of crumbs from bread throughout our entire meal. Definitely not up to their price point standards.
Great experience! We added a note to the reservation that we had a theater deadline and the entire staff was spot on in giving us a great dining experience and getting us out on time without rushing us. Kerry was very helpful in helping us select our dishes and in being a friendly but not too intrusive server. Will definitely return again soon!
Unfortunately, the restaurant that brags for being known for steaks doesn’t have cooks who know how to cook them properly. My wife’s filet was very rare. She ordered medium. They took it back and when she cut into it, it was still on the rare side. If you are going to charge $50 for a steak then hire a cook that knows how to cook them. Our server never checked on the steak and didn’t even know it was sent back! We sent it back with another server because we didn’t see our server for quite some time. There are too many restaurants downtown to put up with this nonsense.
We visited your restaurant last Saturday.. this is the 2nd time we have been there and we will not be back.. the steak had to be sent back, it was not cooked to the temperature requested and it had no flavor. The ceasar salaldnhad a fishy taste to the dressing. It was disgusting. I wish I would of known. I complained to the waiter but wasn’t offered anything else. The service was very slow... I expected a lot more for the price of your meals. I would of rather eaten a Texas Roadhouse.
Morton's never disappoints. Salads were crisp and nicely dressed, while the Lobster Bisque was creamy and luscious. We all ordered steaks, which were cooked perfectly. Sides were wonderful (it was our first time trying the Lyonnaise potatoes, but it won't be our last). Desserts are always stellar - delicious and huge.
Our server, Jonathan, gave friendly, attentive service and was just delightful. When we return, we will definitely ask for him again.

The service was proactive, attentive, knowledgeable. We started the Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella. It came drizzled with a balsamic glaze and was very good. Next came the Chopped Salad. To be only a few ingredients, I couldn't believe how good it was. I had intended to eat only half because we ordered an app and 3 sides but after I started I ate it all. Our entrees were the Honey-Balsamic Glazed Salmon Fillet which was excellent and the Bone-In Ribeye, medium. The cut of the ribeye was very good, the steak was tender and cooked a perfect medium. The steak was flavorful and tasty but carried a subdued flavor of A1. I don't know if the steak was prepared with A1 or if the house seasonings bring out a similar flavor. I was mildly disappointed. The steak was still very good and top quality, it just wasn't the flavor profile I was expecting. For sides we had Sautéed Broccoli Florets, Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Lobster Macaroni and Cheese. The broccoli was good and just what you'd expect it to be. The mashed potatoes were perfect, from the seasoning to the end texture mashed potatoes should have, not creamed and "whippy" but with that certain gentle firmness you want to feel as you eat it. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was also excellent with big chunks of lobster. It seemed to get better the more I ate of it. The drinks from the bar were well mixed, not watery, and bold. We had the Chocolate Souffle for dessert and it was very good as well. We stayed about two hours, had a great time and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Pricey but worth it.
It was the worst experience in dining we have ever had. Waited over an hour for our food that was burned, charred, or overcooked for our party of 11. The place had only 5 to 7 small tables when we arrived at 730. Why the poor service? Will never go or recommend . The manager never came when we requested her attention.
