Cajun Ribeye Steak
The atmosphere there was great but the food wasn't as good as I remembered.
Our server was awesome. Did a great job.
Good food. Sides were not impressive. Super slow. 2 hours is too much from start to finish.
We had a party of 10, one third of their patrons and the kitchen got almost all the orders incorrect. Five steaks were sent back, and the sides sat and got cold.
The wait staff and manager were not much help. They said they had a new kitchen staff, but seriously?
We probably spent $1000 for our table and it was very disappointing.
We will not be back.
My husband and I had a fantastic first time at Morton’s. The our filet mignonette was fantastic and the recommendation of truffle butter really made the entire meal perfect. I can’t wait to dine here again- the service and staff were great.
The service was extremely slow. Our order was wrong. The bill was high. The music was very loud.
The steak was phenomenal. The sides/other dishes were good but didn’t match the excellence of the steak and their prices.
The staff made our 3rd Anniversary extra special!
I can’t not believe how awful our experience was here! The wait for service, food and the outdated restaurant in a basement ughhhh! Didn’t get a straw till being there an hour and asking 5xs, didn’t get our food for almost two hours! I can’t believe this place is still open. Do not go here for anything or you will be extremely let down!
This time was a bad experience at Morton's.. The food had no flavor. My waitress was not friendly and was to much in the rush and when I complained how I ask for my food and how I wanted it cook she act like it was a problem like I was doing to much. Hey my money and I want my food how I asked. I have been at Morton's and the food was good. I will be back cause some days people just cant be on point.
Seeing people in t shirts was disheartening. The table of loud, old guys next to ours dampened the mood. Food was great. Decor and staff was on point. The manager Alex was extremely attentive and knowledgeable.
My steak was not good this visit. 1st time ever at Morton’s I haven’t gotten a great steak.
We love Morton’s and usually have a 5 star experience each time. This time though it seemed like we waited much longer than normal for our food (we were there 3 hours) and there were only 3 of us dining. My husband for the very first time dining here had a filet that was tough. We also ordered the specialty cake with our entree as they advise it takes longer to cook. There was apparently some communication issue with the kitchen and we ended up waiting an additional 30 mins for the dessert. Overall it wasn’t our best trip to our favorite place.
Excellent steak, great environment, value is perfect for group of 2 or 4!

Great job. Treated very well by ALL staff. I was celebrating a birthday and they had the table set up with birthday confetti and special menus. Very nice touch. Our waiter Matt did an outstanding job. Very personable and interacted well with us. Will definitely return.
The hostess, manager, and busser were great! They were pleasant and very accommodating. The server was horrible and very rude. The food was also subpar for the price.

First time ever that my experience there has not been stellar. Very disappointed w this visit. Steak cold and sent back. Then tasted like less than prime beef. Terrible wait service Will try again but warily
Went for Mother’s Day dinner. Very disappointed with the taste of thr Steak & Lobster oscar no flavor at all and really bland.
Second and last visit.Service slow.Room cold.Took my mother for mother’s day.She ordered a well done steak, not burnt.She is 84 and refused to send it back.Also waiter disappeared.Had to request check from hostess.Very disapointed.
The food is outstanding. Especially the steak. No other restaurant even comes close to Morton's steaks.

We had a late night dinner after the Kentucky Derby, probably the busiest day in all of Louisville! Service, food, ambiance...All on point! Definitely recommend!

I guess it was first big weekend since COVID pandemic, service was extremely so after our meal was complete to a while to get the bill then card sat there for another 5 mins before another waiter mentioned it to ours and she turned around and came and took it. Food was good, appetizer was unique and very tasty. Steaks were OK and cooked per order. The hot chocolate cake you have to order along with meal was not like the cruise ships, no melted chocolate which a disappointment based on the waitress description. Not a bad meal but was expecting more for $300 meal.

Morton’s does an excellent job from the cozy booth with the table that rolls out to the staff to the best steak I have ever had. Second time going and will make it an annual thing.
