Perfect! Very attentive wait staff and the food was excellent.
I would’ve gave them 5stars but upon arriving home, I noticed they did not pack my $59 steak up when they packed our leftover up. So disappointed.
Great service from the manager getting us seated. My wife needed a different table because of her being with child, and the manager quickly changed that up and added two extra settings because I had messed up the reservation. It was little louder than I normally like, but that was a testament to how busy the popular restaurant was during the holiday season on a Friday
Great service but the food wasn’t worth the price. We eat many places all over the country and I have no problem spending money for a great dining experience and delicious food. However, this visit wasn’t worth it.
I've had good meals in the past at Morton's but this one was pretty bad. The restaurant was only moderately busy and our food came out cold. I would have sent it back, but we were going to a game. Service was fair but slow. I've officially crossed it off my list.
service was awesiome and food even better, we were in a little rush and they made our timing perfect for what we needed to make it to
Food was incredible. Had table with anniversary menus and anniversary glitter.
Maybe; food is pricey, my asparagus was cold and what you pay everything should be perfect!
We were celebrating our first year wedding anniversary. My wife and I went just the year before after we eloped and we actually had a service issued. No fault on anyone in particular, things just happen. Anyway, we were skeptical about going back, but we wanted to return because the food was amazing when we went last year. We made the right choice, our evening was perfect from the manhattans to the creme brûlée’s the evening was one we will both never forget!
Awesome place for a fancy night out
Took way too long from salad to entree. Our waiter seemed to be all over us for the first part of night and was obviously trying to up sell us. He then seemed to disappear.
Steak was cooked perfectly but had little flavor.
The food was superb and cooked as ordered. We had an event to attend and a tight schedule. They were very accomadating.
Great food great service
This was our first time dining at Morton’s. Service and food were great.
Atmosphere is great, our server was spectacular- the food however was not tasty. The salad was not awful but was bland for blue cheese dressing. The steak was just plain terrible. No flavor, period. Looked like it was broiled not cooked in anything but water. The color was off and the taste too. I will say for the price I will not return.
Overall a good experience, but at $200 for 2 people I would expect everything to be pristine. Our experience was that everything was overcooked. Probably won’t return as other steakhouses such as Jeff Ruby’s and The Rickhouse are superior.
Arrived early had a drink at the bar. The pour on the martini was weak. 15 min delay on getting sat but that can happen. Except I requested a table making reservation and they sat us in s booth. Took another ten minutes to get a table. NOW let me just say our waitress was super nice and did her best. We were in town for film festival and one of our actresses (from Star Trek) is a vegan and only ordered vegetables. Menu doesn’t state that bacon was in the Brussel sprouts and she got sick. They apologized and offered to make a bacon free order. She said ok. Now the three other guests all had Steak yet when the bill came not only did they charge us for the bacon sprouts but the vegan sprouts too. Unacceptable in my eyes. Then my Executive producer got into it with the manager who pushed back on charging for the vegan sprouts. I frequent Morton’s quite a bit in Burbank. I will no longer go. Thumbs down!
The service was excellent we never had to ask for anything the servers were very attentive and everything was awesome.
First time dining here. Our waitress was polite and prompt. Food was good but not great. Over all it was a nice night out but probably won’t be dining there again.
Excellent food and even better service!
We celebrated my birthday at Morton’s in Louisville. Tiffany provided excellent service, the food was delicious, and the extra details for my birthday were most appreciated. Morton’s attention to detail is always first class!
Granddaughters Birthday. She love Morton’s.
Why would anyone go to any other steakhouse in Louisville? Morton’s is excellent! Server was extremely knowledgeable, steaks were cooked to perfection, and cocktails were superb.
Meal was very good as normal. Wish the drinks were just a bit cheaper. This is Louisville KY, not NYC or Chicago.
Always good food & ambiance. My only knock would be that it's a little pricey.
We must have caught our server on a bad night. Otherwise, Morton's is usually a hit!
Morton’s, even as a chain, remains the top steakhouse in the city. Being downstairs limits cell phone usage but your there to eat and enjoy your company, so no big deal. Food is top notch, had the bone in ribeye, wife had the lamb. Both were perfectly prepared. It’s the go to when you want a great dinner.
First time and last.
We went for our 5 year anniversary. We ended up asking to be moved to a different seating area due to the noise. The place is beautiful and has a great romantic feel. The food was not what I expected for the price we paid but was ok. Service was good but nothing over the top. There are a few upscale places to eat and I’d prefer those over this one but overall it was a good experience.
Will not be back. It was way overpriced, it was too dark. I didn’t care for it.
I love this place, food is delicious and the stuff is beyond great! Highly recommend.
We always like going to Morton's but this time we only have one comment. The steaks were cooked properly on the inside but the outside was burnt. We didn't care for that.
The server was excellent and the rest of the meal was fine.
Had reservation for 5:30 p.m. as we were going to football game that started at 8 p.m. Arrived on time. Ordered wine. Server took our order. At 6:35pm we asked about our order. We got it about 20 minutes later. Since Morton's has a dress code, we needed to walk back to the Gault House to change in to our casual football clothing and catch a cab to the stadium. So when we did receive our food everyone felt rushed to finish. Some left scallops, etc. behind. So we were not able to casually enjoy our dinner as we had planned. They ladies left to return to hotel as men paid checks. Needless to say, we did not see kickoff.
Drinks and food was very good. I asked for a sample of the potatoes before ordering a baked potato. The waiter said that he would ask the cook. He later returned and said that they couldn’t give a sample. I just wanted a small (about one or two small slices) sample. I didn’t think that this would be a problem since the both of us was eating and drinking.
Waitstaff and Management go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended.
Always great food and excellent service (Derick)
Everyone from the host, to the entire wait staff, to the chef (that came to our table twice) made our experience memorable! We were celebrating our daughter heading off to university and we could not have been happier that we chose to go to Morton’s! The food was phenomenal, but more than that, each of every person who works there is focused on making the patrons happy and fulfilled. We WILL be back!
Quality of food was disappointing. Very bland. Salmon was very wet. Lemon drop Martini was amazing!!! If we return it would be to sit at the bar.
