I book today for 7:30 pm but the restaurant cancel my reservation at 5pm because I didn’t answer the phone.....I can’t understand this I have to be with my phone 24/7 ????when I called them to ask about they said we can do it ....

The worst experience ever! Didn’t see our server for the first 15 min of been seated. He left and never said anything. Food was taking way too long and it will take about 10 minutes to get a refill of ice water. Service was horrible. Other then that food was delicious.
The outside dining experience at Morton’s DTLA absolutely sucks! The view is an escalator and boarded up stores. Hey if you are grabbing a burger or a sandwich with some friends, then hey it is what it is. But when you are spending $400-$500 on dinner, this is absolutely unacceptable! Morton’s must call and explain to each and every customer ahead of their reservation and truly be honest about the limitations of dining experience.

It’s hard to eat and consider this fine dining when your eating your expensive steak and you see people walking pass by you, and the wind keeps blowing on your food (it’s just not elegant) at least provide some extra privacy. No extra fancy music to hear again aside from the busy people traffic from people shopping along the mall.
The manager and our server was really trying their best to provide an exceptional Morton’s experience. But it’s not the same.
Food wise: my Prime Rib Eye Bone In steak was good! Morton’s good! I always order mine MEDIUM RARE, and my meat arrived MEDIUM! My server acknowledged this, and wanted to get me a new one, but I was soo hungry, that I simply declined and ended eating the meat! It was good, juicy, but not my usual Morton’s preferred style of cooking.
Limited food on the menu due to pandemic, but they have our usual shrimp cocktail and Caesar salad for appetizer.
This is the closest Morton’s that is OPEN and offers patio seat dining. But I’ll make that when I come back, that me meat is served to perfection.

We had a 8:30 reservation. Didn’t get seated till 9ish. Didn’t get a drink till almost 40 min later. Food didn’t come for a long time, a table who came after us got all their food and drinks way before us and I was celebrating a birthday which I previously spoke with Jessica about and never got the custom menu or birthday cake with candle but of course the table that came after us got two! I’ve been to Morton’s before in Jersey, it was great service can’t say they same about this one.
Went on a date night with my other half for DineLA; it was excellent. We had the fillet mignon and my shrimp scampi and they were delicious. The staff was very interested in us having a great dinner and kept us safe with gold standards because of the current pandemic. We will be back.
I Don’t expect much from service lately since it seems every restaurant is getting back up to speed from the covid 19 shutdown, but having been to many Mortons before I wont be returning to this one. Steaks were “Outback” quality and no where near Prime cut. Staff was friendly but for the $$$$ I expected a lot more in terms of quality food.

Morton’s has just gone down hill. It’s understandable that there are challenges with the pandemic - but steaks were way over cooked and service, albeit friendly, was spotty. Miss old school Morton’s.

Our server was very nice and attentive. I recommend the iceberg salad. It’s delicious ! We had the Cajun steak and it was very juicy.
Very enjoyable, bread, steak amazing.
The food was amazing but the service was horrible we order a salad for an appetizer and the salad was sitting out in the open on the counter for 25 minutes and the server never check on our salads once we said something the cook gave us the same salads that was sitting out for 25min. The manager never asked us what happened he just spoke to the server and cooks and never spoke with us until we were done eating.

Amazing experience! Went for my birthday. I had 3 additional people come with my reservation and it was no problem having them seated at our table. Wonderful night. Great vibes and food was excellent. They gave us a private room and everyone had a great time. Thank you to all the staff at Morton’s for making my night so special!
Didn't know what to expect soon after restaurants were able to open after Covid.
Food was excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection and oh how i missed my cocktails. Only downfall is that our waitress did not check in on us. I had to ask passing waiters to call her for us.

Great location and dinner. Atmosphere was great. Only thing I would change is brightness. Not a huge fan of dark dining.
Worked until 930pm and was able to slip into a 945pm reservation for a late dinner. I made it quick: penicillin (no skewered ginger??) Drink was ok, needs work. I got the prime boneless rib eye and the au gratin potatoes with bacon and Gouda. Steak was excellent though a tad bit sinewy, potatoes were awesome cheesy creamy and gooey. Ate my steak with a glass of whiskey and called it a night. Can't go wrong with Morton's
The service was exceptional. The two of us are plus size women and every care was taken to make seating comfortable. Accommodations were made so that we could have veggies and mash potatoes with our lunch. It was a perfect afternoon.

the seating felt very close but the environment is loud enough that you can still feel like you have some privacy. The service and the food is top grade. I would highly recommend.

Valentines Day was a very busy evening but I think Morton’s Steakhouse did an excellent job. I was first impressed with the diversity of the staff and was pleased to see Persons of Color in all positions. The Manager was very responsive. My husband complained about his steak being cold and they quickly made him a new one and still took $140 off the meal. I would like to try on a non busy night and I believe it will be even better. I enjoyed the Cajun Ribeye and of course the chocolate cake is to die for.
