Our dinner at Morton’s was marvelous. The service was First Class. Everyone from the doorman to the server was attentive and so polite. The lobster bisque and salmon were delicious. My hubby said his porterhouse steak was “melt in your mouth” delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see a special note on the top of our menus wishing us a Happy Anniversary.

Celebrated a birthday they are last night. Everything was wonderful and the service was what you would expect add a Morton’s.
I was totally disappointed with my experience! I went in for my birthday dinner and it was a big disappoint! Many of the menu items weren’t available specially side I was most excited for! Second we didn’t get a drink menu I had to ask for one and the drink didn’t even come out till mid dinner. When it was time for dessert items went available as well for a birthday dinner it was a total disappointment!
The dress code was very strict and was not mentioned when the reservation was made. I had to go buy more pants just to eat. Meanwhile other guests did not exactly look formal.
Service especially exceptional but at end of evening Alecia sadly informed us that was her last day.
Everything was really good. Will come again
The restaurant was way to dark the mood lighting was too dark couldn’t see the menu also it was hot they need to crank up the AC

Just got married
Had a wonderful culinary experience. The filet mignon was cooked perfect. Sad there were no bread. The dessert was yummy. Glad my friend also enjoyed their meal.
Great food especially the big bread you get upon seating. Gotta love the carbs. Ambiance and serving was great.
I asked for my Filet Mignon be prepared medium and it came out raw & barely warm. I was w/ a client who waited to eat until my steak came back out, so his steak was cold by then.
My waiter forgot to place the order for the potato au gratin, so it came out after we ate our steaks.
It would have been nice & appropriate to comp SOMETHING instead of paying $165 for a disappointing meal.
The service and food here was amazing! I got the 22 oz Ribeye and the Loaded baked potato. I definitely recommend…and I will definitely be back.

Michelle our server was very courteous, but service was slow, no fault of hers. Clearly, this is not specific to Morton's as many restaurants are feeling the pain of meeting hiring needs. What restaurants (management) should be doing is making gestures or provisions to balance the inconveniences (extended delays). In this case, it took over 10 minutes to have anyone come to our table. As you know in the restaurant business, the initial point of contact, from the hosts, to table assistants to servers set the tone for the remainder of the meal. In this case, service below average (again, Michelle was great), food exceeded expectations. Now let's fix the not so goods so a 5 star rating is eminent.
It was a very nice first experience food was pretty good and I had no problem with anything, but did need to cook the food for a few more minutes I ordered medium well it was more medium rare. Don’t have any pictures of the steak just videos but I posted the rest hope you go and enjoy !

The service was very disappointing. However, the food was delicious. It's very difficult to park there.
Parking is very challenging! We strongly recommend that if you are not familiar with downtown Los Angeles, do your homework if you’re planning on driving.

The steaks were pretty good, obviously, but not mind-blowing.
The sides were disappointing. My asparagus was overcooked and came drenched in some sauce that was not mentioned on the menu.
The worst aspect was that the entire dining room was really warm. Everyone at our table was sweating. It really detracted from our enjoyment significantly.
The servers were perfectly kind, knowledgeable, and unintrusive.
All in all - meh. I don't mind spending big bucks on a great meal experience, but this was just not worth it.
Sorry to be a downer.
Will not consider to go back. Food quality poor, service is not up to standard for this kind of food cost.

Morton's used to be our go to for great steak. Since going corporate things have declined. Higher prices and lower quality meat. A stupid dress code (in California, really?). They turned away my party of 5 bc I was wearing slides. They also stopped serving prime rib. That may have stopped a while ago but was so good. Seems like another chain that is going to fall prey to the corporate number crunchers. Disappointing. The service was amazing though.
