Cajun Ribeye Steak
Warm Steak Salad
I love the place, my salmon was exquisite
Food was super bland with small portions
I was at the restaurant t dining as an out of town-we, visiting from Chicago. My experience at the Morton’s Steakhouse in Chicago was a pleasure. My expectations were set high for LA . I was highly disappointed. No one was there to greet us upon arrival, I was given hamburger buns as an alternative for bread rolls, my steak was undercooked and had to be returned.
Nice staff but super slow service, not a great cut on my ribeye. Dirty martini almost all olive juice. Was just an ok dinner, not worth the cost.
We arrived 30 minutes early, no problem they sat us down at a lovely booth. The food was excellent as the service. Our waitress was courteous and attentive. We were able to use a promotion for Memorial Weekend that was sent to me via email. We all enjoyed our Filet Mignon and Lobster the soup the salad and also dessert. It was a lovely experience.
The service was wonderful but the food was mediocre. They do t have lamb chops on the menu and the food was not what we expected from Morton’s
The environment was very classy with exceptional service from the staff. My girlfriend and I came to celebrate and we had what may have been the best steaks we’ve ever had. We came in hungry and received our food quickly. Definitely a place to come back to and would recommend to anyone who wants to have an intimate night out.
Loved the whole experience , food was amazing!! Will be back
Our server was fantastic, very engaged and professional. She made our night special, I feel she an asset to your company.
We got the filet mignon and cajun rib eye - both delicious and perfectly cooked to our preferences. The cocktails were also well made - strong, but the alcohol taste not overpowering. And our server was so attentive and friendly. Such a great experience for a regular date night. This place is definitely underrated and we will be back :)
It was great
It’s always great at Morton’s! Service is great, new bartender is amazing, bathrooms are clean and everyone complies with COVID safety precautions..... and of course the food is delicious!
Delicious food and great atmosphere. Wonderful wait staff. I valued their recommendations.
Great time out in LA. Will be back for sure. Thanks again!
The best Bone in Rib eye steak I have ever had. My side of mushroom buttons very good. My warm chocolate cake excellent. I want to return very soon.
Darius was so professional and kind! Our steaks were cooked to perfection- will definitely be back.
So once we arrived to the restaurant we had to wait ten minutes because there wasn’t a table available at the moment but of course once a table was available we were ready to be seated. We walked to the table and it was still dirty so we had to wait a couple of minutes for it to be cleared and reset. From the time we were seated and after 40 minutes passed not one server came to our table to help us. We literally sat there for 40 minutes without even a glass of water. This nice gentleman who cleared the table brought us bread and told us our server would be to the table shortly but no one came. I had to get up from the table and go complain to the hostess that since she sat us no one has came to serve us. Within those 40 minutes I’ve watched at least four servers pass our table frequently but no one thought to stop and ask or help. It’s no way we got there a few minutes before 9pm and didn’t leave until almost 11pm it was so unprofessional. The food was lovely but we just couldn’t really enjoy it or our date due to the poor service. I also felt that the manager knowing the issue that happened should’ve came out to our table to speak with us personally but didn’t instead we got a free dessert. Overall, We were very disappointed with this experience especially for a special occasion and our last night in Los Angeles.
Great food and great service! Ambience was amazing!
Usually Morton’s puts happy anniversary on the menu there was none of that stuff im use to I should’ve went to Ruth’s Chris
We had a good time celebrating. Food was delicious and the vibe was on point. Special shoutout to our waitress Alicia who definitely made our experience/night one for the books. Will be definitely coming back and request her to assist us for the night. She deserves a raise or make her a manager! Overall, a great night.
I went here for my birthday the food was amazing! The service could of been better the drinks was ok. Overall it was good .
Service was marginal. Took forever to get a drink. Server didn’t listen to what we had asked fair. There was a young child screaming at top pitch next to us during most of the duration of dinner. No one did a thing. To spend $400 for dinner and not be able to hear and enjoy dinner- we won’t be back. The restaurant should have moved the mother and baby. It disrupted everyone’s dinner.
Great drinks, great food, great service
David was delightful. The other servers i cannot comment on.
Good as always
The food was undercooked and lacked any flavor. I had to send the steak back because it was extremely rare when i ordered medium. The kitchen Was shut down during our meal and this resulted in our food being delayed by over an hour. I understand this was out of their control but the restaurant did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. It was very hot inside as well.
Eric and Francisco were welcoming. David our server did an amazing job!
Loved this place really low key with delicious food
Food was Bland.. No seasoning the lobster was chewy.
Service was horrible it was my anniversary and they sat us by the kitchen employee was playing around and was very loud!! The server came and checked on us twice didn’t even acknowledge it being our anniversary. I was very disappointed and unhappy!! And our bill was way over 200 dollars. Was wasted money. U think we was sitting so close to the kitchen our food would have came out warm on top of forgetting to bring some of our food. And it was only two of us.
No social distancing and they had an entire restaurant, but they seated customers too close too each other.
Service and food was amazing!
love this place staff is amazing food right now time fast. its in downtown and u can walk to the intercontinental get a drink right after . perfect spot
From start to finish Morton’s steakhouse was an A+ all the way. Bacon wrapped scallops are a must , crab cake was on point , jumbo shrimp were delightful. For my main course I had the Cajun ribeye the meat was cooked to perfection , so tasteful and the sides stand on their own, the lobster Mac and cheese was to die for , giant baked potato was so good too, the grilled asparagus were perfect not overcooked. Excellent Cesar dressing for the salad and we finished off with the créame brûlée. Hands down on of the best steak houses I’ve been too.
Other than not answering numerous phone calls upon arrival, the service was top tier. My family and I had such an amazing evening.
Disappointed that several guests came in not wearing masks and management ignored the situation. Service was very slow despite the restaurant being only about 50%. Probably will be sometime before I return to the restaurant especially with Covid protocols that are being overlooked.
The place was amazing. The service was awesome.. the food was on 🔥
Morton's cuisine is always very good. The lighting was HORRIBLE. It was so dark I had to use my phone flashlight to see the menu. I realize we're mid pandemic, but I was disappointed that the dress code was not enforced. Overall, the company I had made it a great experience.
The filet was amazing! Our server did great. A little pricey, but worth it!
