The food was very good but overpriced lobster. 5 oz must include the shell because I only had two bites. Service was excellent. The steak and salad likewise.

Chelsea the server and the bus staff were on top of everything. We wanted for nothing while at Morton’s. Highly recommend the filets. We will be back.

We screwed up! It’s been a long time since we ate at Morton’s We went for Las Vegas restaurant week! Four course dinner The food was excellent ! And adding to our meal was JOE our outstanding server! He was not only professional and personable, but always there pouring our wine, and checking on us! The Maitre D and his assistants were also there checking on us! We couldn’t have asked for more! Do not hesitate to dine at Las Vegas Morton’s

To keep this short, my guest and I both ordered steaks medium. They both came out very rare and cold. I kept mine but my guest sent it back to cook it a bit more. The waiter was very accommodating and apologetic. 2 minutes later he came back with virtually no improvement. The waiter agreed and took it back to the kitchen. Apparently the manager on duty intercepted it and brought it back to the table insisting she eat it as presented and an argument ensued about what "medium," was. He then took her steak and (we found out later) threw it in the garbage. It was not replaced. Later the general manager took the steak she never got off the bill and apologized. Why would you fight with your customer and take away their dinner? There is no excuse for that attitude, and we did not appreciate them ruining an evening.

Well I have dinner with my boyfriend yesterday for my birthday And dinner was bad Service was good but the food I was not expecting I returned and then give me back not nice My birthday was was I was supposedly going to be great

Sat at the bar for food week, service was fine. As a single eater I expected to be skipped over for the next couple or group, I was surprised with a few personal experience with both bartenders, definitely was overshadowed by the louder mouth beverage salesman over speaking even into my experience of eating but it a nice meal for the restaurant week price and enjoyed the experience. Of all the steakhouses I would come back but only for happy hour, this wouldn’t be the first place I send out of Towns but I might suggest it to a friend. Decent prices, nice service, only thing holding them back is their selection of drinks, they have a wide selection and variety, yet no menu for newbies or experienced drinkers alike to easily name a cocktail they could get without having to do the mental gymnastics first, rather than the two drinks created by someone recreating drinks. Had you told your bar representative about that lacking depth of experience you both would have better sales.

Our waitress Maggie was awful. We had to ask for drink and refills several times. She got our order wrong and the steaks were the wrong temp (which was not her fault). Over 30 minutes between courses and she kept telling us our order was in the window which it never was. We told her we had been there for 2.5 hours and still haven’t gotten our dessert to which she argued with us and had major attitude. She threw our leftover boxes in a bag and when we got home they weren’t even our leftovers. Whoever responds to this from the restaurant, don’t tell me to give feedback to some other email because I’ve already done that with no response. Maggie deserves to be fired for her actions. Overall I know why this restaurant was on 1/3 - 1/2 full on a Saturday night in Las Vegas, the food is not great and service was awful.
