Excellent time, favorite restaurant.
Overpriced. Filet was burned. Had to butterfly which was a joke.
When you crave meat, there's no place better! It doesn't hurt that the shrimp cocktail is sweet & moist, the vegetables perfectly prepared & presented, the salads crisp & plentiful, the service excellent, the staff great and the setting comfortable & without distraction. We rely on Morton's to deliver the same great experience around the world, and so far they haven't disappointed us from Philly to Singapore!
Absolutely INCREDIBLE. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had and the service was absolutely amazing!
Annual birthday dinner was perfect. As usual Morton’s provided exceptional service, food and attentiveness. Andrea was excellent along with the rest of the staff. The restaurant week menu is a great value and the seasonal wagyu filet melts in your mouth. Once again thanks for a memorable birthday!
Restaurant was packed due to KoP restaurant week. Was much louder than expected. Service was good but not amazing as expected for this level of meal. Food was excellent. Drinks were slow to arrive from the bar. For the price, we still like Del Frisco’s or Capital Grill better.
Did restaurant week, had to ask for special menus, waiter hoping we would spend more TEMP_OC_CONTENT_HEREamp;&. Not very KOP Restaurant Week friendly
Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive. The food was absolutely superb. We would definitely go back again.
From the service to the food to the staff that tended to us; everything was awesome!!
Absolutely amazing! Service and food were top notch as always! Pure class!
Celebrating my birthday last Sunday. Restaurant was quiet, service was excellent. Cocktails made to order. Because it was my birthday, I was given my drink on the house! Manager stopped by our table to make sure all was well. My filet was tasty and I love their broccoli. Their loaf of bread is awesome. My husband enjoyed his rib eye and the twice baked potatoes.
Ho hum - another wonderful meal at Morton’s......amazing beet salad, signature chopped salad, 2 huge chops (veal & pork), and a bowl o’ berries. It may not be exotic, but it’s delicious, gorgeous on the plate, top quality, and managed by a stellar staff. It’s worth the cost and more.
Food was great, service was good, atmosphere was just another tightly packed mall restaurant.
Outstanding drinks and food. Pricey (with special coupon dinner for two, one cocktail each, cheapest bottle of wine on the menu, and tip = $300). Very noisy, but service was good.
Steak was a bit fatty, but the rest of the meal was good
The service was excellent. Friendly, appropriately attentive. Food serviced perfectly.
Food came out in a timely fashion but the drinks took forever. Every time we ordered a drink we had to ask several times where it was and then continue to wait. I asked the waiter the difference between 2 dessert wines and he didn’t know the difference and didn’t find out. Just gave the more expensive one to me. Steaks were just ok, they were over cooked.
Meal was very good, but server was exceptionally slow
Food was great as expected. That is why it was chosen. Waiter kept addressing us as “you two” which is a bit unprofessional for an upscale white tablecloth environment as yours. We are in our 60s and far from being hip but not fuddy duds either. Wasn’t quite the experience I hoped for.
We were well entertained by an obnoxious diner who wanted to make sure everyone knew how much money he had. But, as I said, food was great.
Great food n wonderful service. Fantastic place to celebrate a birthday
Service was slow, couldn’t hear our waiter speak, food took a long time to come out, had to ask for more water several times. Overall it was not the standard we are used to at Morton’s.
My wife and I always love it here. Service was patient and very accommodating. We can't wait to come back!
We go to Morton's regularly for special occasions. This time it was Valentine's Day. We were treated like it was our anniversary and they took a photo of us (at no cost). The food was excellent as usual with all of the normal menu items with the exception of Oysters Rockerfeller, which is replaced with grilled oysters that seemed to just have some parmesan type cheese on top. I always get the Rockerfeller so I was disappointed to see it removed. That is my only negative to the review, otherwise the meal and service were outstanding as usual.
The food was cooked to perfection. I had the most delicious porterhouse
Great food and service but as we know a bit pricey.
We made reservations for Valentines Day. We were seated on time and someone from the restaurant asked us if we wanted our photo taken. We said okay and they returned it in a paper type holder and inside it said, “Happy Birthday!” We were confused.
I ordered the surf and turf special. Medium rare on the filet. Our dinners (my husband and son included) came out at the same time, but my steak was over cooked. They took the steak back but left the small lobster tail. As I watched my husband and son eat, I ate most of the lobster tail since I was hungry too. They finally brought the filet but I had eaten bread as well and was getting full.
I asked for a glass of Rombauer Chardonnay and when the waitress brought it, it didn’t taste right but I didn’t want to complain. When the bill came, it said they served me a glass of Rayburn Chardonnay instead.
I mentioned this to the waitress and she said, “my bad.”
So I didn’t get my meal on time, didn’t really get to enjoy my meal as one meal, or with my family. I didn’t get to drink the wine I wanted to taste with the meal, and they didn’t even know what Holiday it was - or didn’t ask why we were celebrating and assumed it was a birthday.
The total experience was lackluster. My husband called the next day and spoke with a manager. They said they would make a note on our chart. Not even an I’m sorry. With so many restaurants out there to choose from, and at these prices, it is hard to believe this restaurant is as unconscious as it is about the customer experience, quality, value and customer service.
We frequent Morton’s but first time for Valentine’s Day... same great food and service!!
The menu is a la carte which makes for a sort of pricey dinner. your paying more for the experience and the name versus the actual food. Don't get me wrong the steak and the crab cakes were awesome, but had similar at a less pricey restaurant. All in all it was a nice experience.
❤️❤️❤️ The food is phenomenal. I went to two locations in a month time and we love it!!! Can’t wait I come back to get the Filet Mignon
Awesome ,Awesome , Awesome We had a great time the waiter was on point at every turn. His recommendations were excellent and even the Two floor managers were great even if he did not make my desert . If I could use only five words they would be YOU HAVE TO GO HERE
Went on Valentine's Day which is not a great example of a Restaurant's true performance. The staff was more than up to the task and I thought everyone did a great job. The food was perfect as was the service. I expect a lot from a spot like Morton's and they delivered in every aspect. Oh yeah.....I asked her to marry me there and she said yes so there is that:)
Went there to celebrate a birthday. Everything including a warm greeting upon entering the restaurant, to the wonderful service and the cuisine, was outstanding. Just made another reservation for our anniversary in April.
Food is always very good but the noise level was just way too loud.. it spoiled our dining experience. It's an open room so I suppose the noise carries.
Morton's has definitely gone down hill since it became part of Landry's. The prices are outrageous for what you get. I could have bought a bag of salad & a filet at the Acme & not seen a difference in the quality. Skimpy drinks. No presentation. People dressed as if they were ready to clean out the garage. Lots of new restaurants on KoP. Get real!
Too noisy too expensive soap was blAnd and meat was ok not great. Hard to find from outside of Mall
We enjoy Morton's and this is our go-to restaurant for our anniversary every year. We are always delighted with the service and selection and this time was no different. The restaurant has a "special" anniversary menu, they snap a photo to take home and offer a complimentary dessert for anniversaries. It is a very nice touch! For soup and salad, my husband had the Lobster Bisque and I had the Chopped Spinach Salad. Both were delicious. The soup was the smoothest creamy texture that we ever tasted. I especially the bacon vinaigrette dressing on the salad; just enough without having to ask to adjust the amount. For our main course, we shared the Lobster Mac & Cheese and a 36 oz Ribeye; both were excellent. And, of course, the onion bread is absolutely delicious. We took home our New York Style Cheesecake and enjoyed later in the evening. This was a Wednesday evening so the restaurant was less crowded and less noisy. Our waiter, Glenn, was absolutely fantastic; we hope he stays so we can request him for our next visit! We could not have asked for a better celebration for our 37th Wedding anniversary.
My husband and I were out for a special evening without the kids. I usually only dine at the Baltimore locations for work functions, but living in Bucks County, we decided to make the trip to KOP and enjoy a nice evening out. The food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the lobster bisque to start. We also had the short rib tacos as an appetizer. They were very good. We each had a steak, my filet with blue cheese butter and my husband’s Diane style...both out of this world. We shared the Brussels sprouts and horseradish potatoes. We finished with the cheesecake, which was one of the best I’ve had. I will mention that it took a significantly long time to get our food and we were comped the soup and the cheesecake, but our waitress was very attentive and we were satisfied.
There were fruit flies everywhere which was awful. The food was good as usual and the waitress was very nice.
Morton’s was amazing! Everything we got was delicious, service was great and the ambiance was quiet yet buzzing. We went for date night and it was a truly enjoyable evening. We left so stuffed we thought someone was going to have to carry us out. Definitely recommended for good food and an intimate dinner!
