   My 1st visit on my wedding anniversary, May 3rd. I was sooo disappointed. Morton was highly recommended by my neighbor, after I told her it was difficult to find a restaurant that cooked a good steak. So I trusted Morton hoping for a memorable anniversary and steakhouse experience. Prior to ordering, the waitress (Shanice), assured me that I was at the right place, there should be no problem with my steak. I ordered the $74 ribeye and my husband ordered the salmon, which he enjoyed. My steak was overcooked and bland, absolutely no taste at all. My choice was medium well and it was served well done (dry). The nice waitress (Shanice), noticed the mistake before I did. She took it back for a replacement. I had to wait approx 45 minutes for another steak. Then a man, which I later learned was the General Manager (no personality), brought a steak to my table, no apology, no hello, just asked, did I want to cut into the steak then or he will come back. Needless to say, he never came back. By then I was so upset, my sides were cold. I just asked the waitress to forget it and give me us our check. The waitress was very apologetic and understanding. I assured her it was not her fault. Not only did they misspell my husband's name on the anniversary cards, but left me with bad memories. Also, parking was $18 for the time I wasted there. I will not recommend Morton to anyone.

   We are regulars at Morton’s and we have never encountered an issue but this particular time we ordered our usual, Cajun Ribeye. This time our ribeyes were perfectly cooked but was very salty, probably due to being in the marinade too long which made eating it not an enjoyable experience. Other than that our experience was amazing we were just disappointed in the steaks.

   My family and I always enjoy dinning at Morton’s. Food is always deliciously prepared and the service is impeccable.

   The service was so slow it took forever just to get water and some bread. When’s the food got there It was delicious, but we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and at least 15 minutes for water. Bread came about 45 minutes in and even though I’m keto I ate it because we had to leave to catch a show and had a deadline to leave. AlsoI ordered another cocktail as soon as the first one was delivered because I knew it was going to take forever.  also I never leave a bad review. I always find a silver lining, but this Morgan’s experience completely was horrible compared to all of my other previous experiences at Steak House including Morton’s and the price for the service was ridiculous. If they gave the old presentation to the venue and stuff like that like they used to maybe it might’ve been worth it but better meal anywhere else

   Shanice was OUTSTANDING!!! 10/10 recommend! The food was delightful but the service was even better. I will definitely be requesting Shanice at every visit

   We love Mortons. The welcoming is always the best as we arrive. Friendly! Warm! Janae, was our server, and she was most helpful. My husband devoured his Chicken Christopher and I savored every bite of my mac and cheese. My husband is handicap and Mortons make coming to dine manageable for him., Thank you!

    We had the special Easter menu, everything was made to perfection from the croutons in the salad to the perfectly fried onion rings! The carrot cake was so good and well worth the cost. the service was perfect, our server very attentive and intuitive to our needs.
