Our food was spectacular! Best steak I've tasted in years. Our server was very patient with us as we were very undecided what to order because everything sounded so good. She made great recommendations.

Everything was perfect, our waiter Shawn was everything. The drinks were amazing the food was even better. The only complaint I have was the potatoes au gratin were just ok. The potatoes could have been cooked longer and a bit more seasoning could have been used. Other than that, celebrating Father’s Day there with my husband and kids was amazing!!! We will be back!! Thank you again!!!

We were at the hotel to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary so we booked in advance for Morton's. Our experience was 10/10. Our server Taylor was kind, tentative, and had great knowledge of the menu. We narrowed down our options and then leaned on her expertise to make our final decisions. The newer starter item - wagyu beef potstickers w/ thai chili were absolutely delicious. The sea bass was THE best I have ever had... Taylor even brought me a big spoon to make sure I could get all of the yummy broth it came with. We also enjoyed the gouda au gratin. For dessert we got the warm chocolate cake. Our server let us know in advance they are made to order so they take about 30 minutes and so she checked on us mid-way through the meal to see if we were interested. We enjoyed the short break after dinner as it gave us a few extra minutes to make room for dessert. We loved our entire experience and will definitely be back.

This meal was a birthday dinner. On our drive there we missed our exit and we called the restaurant to indicate our delay, when we arrived the manager thanks us for calling about our delay. We were taken to our table where congratulatory place cards notating the birthday were in place. From appetizers and cocktails Through main courses and delicious sides to the made to order Hot Chocolate Cake our meal was outstanding. Our server Kelly was Polite, professional and informative about meal prep, ingredients and specials. The staff quickly acknowledged my wife's food allergy. We felt welcomed and that the staff

This was our first experience at Mortons. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. Everyone was so welcoming and the extra perks for our celebration were so thoughtful Our server really went above expectations. The food was great. Next time we're in Jax we will be back.

Quality food and attentive service. They have the best lamb chops I have found in Jacksonville. The lobster tails were good, too.
