We had a great dinner for my husband’s birthday. The steak was delicious and we are very pleased with the new side dishes.
The steaks were on point. But the service made the dining experience perfect. The attention to details by the manager David.
Our sever Brian was excellent! He was on point with his recommendations for the Cajun Ribeye and The New New Stripe. He knows the menu and is so friendly.
Everything was actually very good. Just wish they'd get rid of the 70's bad movie music that seems to play scattered with a Sinatra tune every once in a while. I'll all for Sinatra but the background music to the old 70's music soundtracks on a not very good sound system makes me wonder why they haven't changed this.

Wonderful service, chicken Christopher was phenomenal. My filet wasn't very tender surprisingly. Also creamed spinach isn't a winner. The rest was very good.
Amazing service, excellent food
The overall experience was great. The food was amazing. I would have given 5 stars for the food but our steaks were not cooked to the requested temperature and had to be sent back. We’ll be going back!!!
Walked in and we were immediately seated. Noticed two booths open and everyone else was seated in booths. We were seated in the inner table section. We were the only ones. Waited a bit to see if any other customers walked in and where they would be seated. Another couple came in and were seated at one of the open booths. So we asked our server if we could move to a booth. Another couple came in while we waited for our server to “ask her manager if it was ok for us to move” and they were sat at the last open booth. We were moved to a table in the back of the restaurant, pretty secluded. It was better than being in the center where everyone was staring but I’m still confused as to why we were placed in a table when there were open booths following how everyone else was sat. Anyway, our server was not the normal fine dining experienced server we are used to having. We weren’t advised there was a Valentine’s special. She wasn’t a bad server, but just seemed either not properly trained or like she rather be somewhere else. So our experience was a bit ruined both by the seating issue as well as the lack of high class service. It was more of a “hurry up and order and eat” feel. Food was great. Steaks cooked to perfection. Brussels sprouts were slightly over cooked. The dessert was heavenly.
We arrived at our reservation time and was seated promptly. Each staff member we came in contact with was courteous and our waiter was very knowledgeable on wines and the extensive menu. A wonderful Wonderful experience.

First timer, plus my 40th birthday. Steak had Absolutely no flavor at all. I was so disappointed because I was praying it would be everything I wanted it to be. And clearly it wasn’t at all. Lobster Mac and cheese was watery, just couldn’t believe it at all.
Quiet, we were the only couple there initially, except for a few at the bar, but we were there right when they opened. Even when we left a couple hours later, there were only a few other tables seated. So, we never felt crowded, or rushed. We were very well attended to, got personal attention from multiple servers and management, and our food was excellent. Top notch, and glad they are back in Jax.

Food, we had steak, was excellent, as was the service. Good attention to safety. We go to Morton’s for quality and consistency when we have a special occasion and guests, and they deliver the premium experience we pay for.
Order the rib eye steak. The portion is more than filling and it was cooked to perfection.

As always, the food was superb, the filet melts in your mouth, the sides are big for two. Service was great. Cocktails are a bit pricey for what you get, but good. Third time here.

Everything was as expected. One of the guests in our party did mention that it was a dealbreaker to return due to the fact they charge you for parking. Considering that other steakhouses and other Morton’s in the country do not charge you

Our server Angelica (I believe that was her name) was wonderful. She did a great job and any complaint I have had nothing to do with her service. When we entered we had to flag the bartender down after a couple minutes with no host. We were sat and got our drinks. We ordered the steak and lobster special that was 59.99 a person and it definitely wasn’t worth it. The steak was hot but the sides were cold. There was barely any of the sauce and the lobster was over cooked. At a steakhouse with such a high price point per person the lobster should cut like butter and the food should be served as soon as it’s plated. Our plates were never pre-bussed after our appetizer and when someone would come by to refill a drink, they would leave the empty glass behind. Our table felt cluttered until I finally placed all the plates together. Overall it just wasn’t worth the $200+ bill. We won’t be back.

I went to Morton’s to celebrate my 37th birthday! My table was setup nice and EVERYONE was friendly. It was a great first time experience. I will certainly be back.
