The lobster bisque and French onion soup were outstanding! The crab cake appetizer was one I f the best I have had. The filet was very good, cooked just right (medium). The Brussels Sprouts were very good as well. The mushroom and onion side toppings were very tasty. The layonaisse potatoes were not so good. They tasted as if they were left out or left over before being fried or cooked. I would prefer a different and better tasting bread. The coffee was very smooth with no bitterness. The music was not helpful and only added unnecessary noise and cacophony to the evening. It was very loud apart from the music and kids hard to hear my wife talking. The staff was great and very helpful.

We love Morton’s, but this experience fell short. One of our ribeyes was at least 1/4 fat (not marbling), and inedible. All steaks at the table were prepared a level below what we ordered (medium-rare order showed up rare, etc). The au gratin potatoes were lackluster (not their usual) and the Brussels sprouts were very over salted. Around 8pm, we ordered a couple desserts, including the featured dessert, only to have the server return to the table and tell us they were out… At 8pm on a Friday. We did alert the server to the disappointment with the overly-fatty ribeye, and he did apologize. I also know he felt bad about the featured dessert being out, which wasn’t his fault. After both of these instances, the server should have had the manager come by, but that didn’t happen. It was a missed opportunity, because there were some other things that happened during the evening that we would have shared, but never had the chance. Overall, this just wasn’t their best. We do enjoy Morton’s, but I think it might be time to take a break for a while. They just aren’t what they used to be.

Not the same quality that im use to from Mortons.. The waiter spilled hot butter on my mother and when we told the manager he offered desert.. the waiter took a very long time and the lobster me and my mother ordered was cold.. Terrible experience!!

Fantastic place for nice semi formal dining with family. Noise level is up to minimum and can enjoy nice quiet conversations during dinner. Service was awesomel, the staffs are on top of everything that we needed.... foods are top notch. I love it!

The food was okay but definitely not worth it especially when your paying 300$ for one meal the service was absolutely crap I had no drinks in my cups and also our food was sitting out for 25 minutes before they brought it to us and we actually told our waiter that our food was ready then she brought it to us.. the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant would rather eat Wendy’s this place every again

Not what I expected. Went for a date night and I believe the dress attire has went down a great deal. I watched people with cutoff Jean shorts, T-shirts, baseball caps and more. It’s def not as romantic or the ambience as expected for the price. It almost felt like a sports bar. Food was good but not great. Our server was amazing and super sweet. Def pricey which expected and sides were very small portions. I paid $30 for their house Cabernet. At least I can say I tried it. Ruth’s Chris is def a better environment and better taste in food. Our bill was over $200 and not worth it. Sorry just my opinion.

Wine prices are ridiculous and outlandish. Knew if would be expensive but the price for one glass would have almost bought entire bottle! That is taking advantage of the situation and yes I know it’s my choice to buy or not to buy, but really. The quality of the steak was very good, as well as the masked sour cream potatoes and the creamed spinach. The ahi poke tuna had no flavor. The lobster bisque seemed to be missing a key ingredient, not sure what but the taste was off and I eat lobster bisque a lot at many different places. Lobster with the filet combo was dinky in size and was way too over seasoned thus not allowing the flavor to be the spotlight. The au Poivre sauce was over salted so much I could not even eat it and yes I told the server who apologized. Recommendation? Go eat at Ruth’s Chris, overall better taste and value.

Excellent service, delicious food( I had the Nueske bacon strips, house salad, prime rib-eye). The bread that came out first was good. The “Golden Pineapple” cocktail I had was good and strong. I only needed one. It did the trick. The steak was a perfect medium-well and seasoned very well. I also had creme brûlée and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert. Our server Gabriel, was courteous, not overbearing, and very knowledgeable about our menu choices and made good recommendations. I will definitely go back to Morton’s for dinner in the future.

Very disappointed in this experience. Our reservation was at 5:15, we didn't get served our main entrees until 7:00. My steak was cooked fine, but most at our table were not. The side dishes were all sub par as well. We will NOT be going back to this restaurant. Our server was a nice young man, but apparently not able to keep up with his guests.

It was an amazing experience. My husband and I celebrated our 34th Wedding Anniversary there. We were received well. I appreciated our waitress Jenay. She was phenomenal and very warm. I would recommend Morton’s.

Birthday celebration for family. Food was fantastic but was slow coming. Took about 45 minutes to get apps and then another 45 minutes to get dinner. Service was great and we had plenty to talk about so pace was ok.

This was my first time at the restaurant for my 31st I felt rushed from the start of my dinner till the end . I can tell the staff was busy or something cause it showed in how my party was treated . Came off a little rude . The drinks were really good though .

Overall, the service was good but very slow. The Caesar salads, all 5 of them were nothing special and dry. The dressing was very very light. The steaks were very good, the shrimp was dry and the sides were nothing spectacular, however the Augratin potatoes were pretty good. For the money, the food overall could have been better.

So wonderful! We haven’t been to the new Morton’s location, we used to go to the old location a lot for our anniversary. The new location in the Hyatt is very very nice, and the food was extraordinaire! I had the WAGYU filet, and my husband had the filet and tail. They both were perfectly cooked. hosts and waiter were extremely nice and accommodating.

Drinks took 30min to be served. On 2 separate orders. 2 of 3 steaks under cooked. Service response got slower and slower as evening went on. Disappointed, been to Morton’s many times in US and Jacksonville. Over $600 cost.

This was our first visit to this Morton's and we were extremely satisfied. There was a concert going on that night in the Arena and the staff did a wonderful job taking care of our needs considering that the restaurant was at capacity...food was excellent....and a nice birthday dessert for our guest of honor was unexpected. Highly recommend
