It was an amazing experience. My husband and I celebrated our 34th Wedding Anniversary there. We were received well. I appreciated our waitress Jenay. She was phenomenal and very warm. I would recommend Morton’s.

Birthday celebration for family. Food was fantastic but was slow coming. Took about 45 minutes to get apps and then another 45 minutes to get dinner. Service was great and we had plenty to talk about so pace was ok.

I love love the chopped salad! Everything was great and service was too… The lemon drops was on point… The CRABCAKE full of meat… this is one of my go to spots when visiting for a concert 😎

This was my first time at the restaurant for my 31st I felt rushed from the start of my dinner till the end . I can tell the staff was busy or something cause it showed in how my party was treated . Came off a little rude . The drinks were really good though .

Odd smell in the restaurant. Food was just OK. Had to send Brussels sprouts back because they were soggy and flavorless. Drink service and overall was slow.

Overall, the service was good but very slow. The Caesar salads, all 5 of them were nothing special and dry. The dressing was very very light. The steaks were very good, the shrimp was dry and the sides were nothing spectacular, however the Augratin potatoes were pretty good. For the money, the food overall could have been better.

So wonderful! We haven’t been to the new Morton’s location, we used to go to the old location a lot for our anniversary. The new location in the Hyatt is very very nice, and the food was extraordinaire! I had the WAGYU filet, and my husband had the filet and tail. They both were perfectly cooked. hosts and waiter were extremely nice and accommodating.

Drinks took 30min to be served. On 2 separate orders. 2 of 3 steaks under cooked. Service response got slower and slower as evening went on. Disappointed, been to Morton’s many times in US and Jacksonville. Over $600 cost.

This was our first visit to this Morton's and we were extremely satisfied. There was a concert going on that night in the Arena and the staff did a wonderful job taking care of our needs considering that the restaurant was at capacity...food was excellent....and a nice birthday dessert for our guest of honor was unexpected. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful meal at Morton’s started with a couple cocktails which were perfectly made. Then a seared shrimp dish with garlic butter and tarragon, Amazing appetizer We split a chopped salad which was more than enough for 2. I had a seared miso grouper which was a good as I have ever had. perfectly cooked and so tasty . My wife had the filet and it was top notch Service could not have been better. No rush, we ordered one dish at a time so really enjoyable not cheap but I really do not mind if all is high quality and it was. Give it a try

As usual, the service was exceptional as well as the food. We started with a cucumber martini for myself and a glass of red for my husband. We had the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer and Cajun ribeyes with sides of Gouda, bacon twice baked au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach. Absolutely delicious!

My wife was celebrating the anniversary of moving to this country and it chose to surprise her with what feels like the most American ambiance and cuisine I could think of. Our service was amazing and the food was perfect. We’re already members of Landry’s, but if we weren’t, we would have joined on the spot!

Disappointing is the best descriptor for the experience at Morton's. The scallops were overcooked, which gave the texture of rubber. I ordered the ribeye medium rare, it had no flavor, lacked a crispy sear to it, and was usually tough for chewing. The baked au gratin was tasty. The molten lava cake was average. A huge letdown was the cappuccino, which lacked any foam and was basically a latte with burnt milk.

Food was excellent. Kay was our server and provided excellent service with great conversations on dinner choice, drinks, as well as on general need of the day topics. Seating was a bit of a problem. Our reservation Was fir 5 pm. Hardly any customers present. Table offered was in the middle of restaurant in traffic pattern asked for one on periphery no one around. Assistant manager resolved, after we were told by seater that we coudnt change because of “ computer seating plan”. Never heard that one before. Manager handled. Positive resolution.

Went for our 1 year marriage anniversary, they called a few hrs before our reservation to ask my husband’s name as they saw it was a special occasion. This was our first time there and we were super excited to go. Our waitress was very friendly and nice. We got the meatballs, oysters, lobster, steak, au gratin potatoes, and chocolate lava cake. Oysters were delish as were our cocktails (best espresso martini). The steak and au gratin potatoes were pretty good and everything else was ok. Being a pricier restaurant, we had a high expectation regarding food and overall experience, especially since we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. Since they called ahead to ask my husband’s name, we thought we might be greeted to our table with a card, like Ruth’s Chris or hand written “happy anniversary” with chocolate syrup on the dessert plate but none of that happened. I could understand if they were slammed but it was Super Bowl Sunday, so needless to say the restaurant was pretty empty. We are happy we experienced what Morton’s is all about just to check it off our list.

As usual, Morton’s delivered. The filet was pristine, the scallops, shrimp, asparagus, and desserts were all top notch. I was disappointed this location didn’t have any dry aged steaks, but overall, a very consistent and excellent meal.

A group of 90 people allowed by management to sit in the main dining room, resulted in a poor experience (apparently this normal practice at this location we learned). The restaurant puts very large groups in the main dining room. Not only did we notice the restaurant staff have a hard time communicating to the guest while placing orders, but we were also sitting next to each other could barely hear each other. The entrees were all over cooked and dry ( Cajan Ribeye and Salmon). The wine list is extensive and we enjoyed our wine while waiting between courses - you will spend 2+ hours at dinner no matter how early you arrive. Dinner can approach $500 per couple. We eat a lot at Morton's (first time at this location) and this was probably the worse experience at any Morton's. We would recommend Morton's but not this location until they change their business practices.

Great service. All of the food was fantastic with the exception of the main course. Loved the Oysters Casino, Bacon steak, Wedge salad and Caramel bread pudding. I love ribeye so got the Cajun Ribeye and the texture of the meat was not what I expect from a Ribeye. It was very dense, not much marbling to breakdown and had some gristle. If I go back I will try a different cut of meat or maybe even something other than steak.

The waiter was inappropriate with jokes, steak was grisly/fatty and bake potato wasn’t fresh. Ambiance is lacking for a cozy and romantic setting as it’s bright and loud. Drinks were good though. I would go somewhere else for better food and experience.
