    Morton's is a little pricey but well worth it. We started at the bar where the service was fantastic. It was a seamless transfer to our table where the service was just as good. The food was cooked perfectly. We never felt pressured to order but when we needed something the staff was on it. I would say that they are one of the top restaurants on Oahu.

    Worst visit ever. Will not go back again. Quality value not as good as use to be. Only a 2 star restaurant. People in slippers!!! Just not an elegant experience any longer. I think k Hys is better steak house.

    We had to return the oysters because they were warm and not good. Th steak wasn’t anything special. The server was very good and I appreciated her and all the other people who worked to serve us dinner on Thanksgiving! Thank you!

    The steak and lobster was delicious and good size portion. The service from our waiter was great. Overall this is the best steak house I’ve been too. Definitely coming back. Thank you Morton’s steakhouse.

    Trent, our server, and Andrew, the manager went out of their way to be sure I had a memorable birthday. I can highly recommend the following items on the menu. Filet mignon with lobster tail, lobster bisque, and the wedge salad,

    We chose Morton’s to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The food, service, little touches made our celebration very memorable. Trent was our server and immediately moved us from next to the bar to a booth, which meant a lot and made our experience more enjoyable. The table had cute little hearts and a specialized note to us, and our dessert came with a candle. Would 100% come back for our special occasions! Thank you!

    My steak was overcooked had to send it back. When it came back it was cooked correctly but all my sides were not there. Staff should have comped a couple of sides to make up for that. The steaks for our party of 5 lacked seasoning and the mashed potatoes as well. Next time we'll probably go to Signature instead.

    I recently dined at this restaurant and had quite an experience. The service was amazing and fast, which really impressed me. However, there were a few issues with the food. The steak was overcooked and lacked flavor, while the oyster was quite large and it’s a big gnarly. Both the steak and mushroom needed more salt to enhance their taste. Despite these shortcomings, the exceptional service made up for it to some extent. Overall, I appreciate the attentive service, but I hope the kitchen can improve the execution and seasoning of their dishes.

    This was a birthday celebration using a most generous Landy's birthday reward. Morton's has been a very reliable and excellent dining venue for decades. Was totally expecting nothing short of an exceptional evening with an exceptional steak. . .but this one time was a pretty bad fail--a tough and gristly 45 day dry aged rib eye was barely chewable, so much so that i had to stop eating after managing to finish just half the critter. It was tough just cutting into the steak it was so gristly. I don't know what happened but the quality of this piece of meat was something you'd expect for a cut-rate dinner advertising rib-eye for cheap. Mainly i am disappointed about not speaking up and just accepting the tough meat--but then, the Landry's reward and knowing that redoing another steak would mean ruining my wife's meal caused me to demure. Lets hope this is a rarity--i observed the gentleman at an adjoining table had the same rib eye and he did not seem to have any trouble cutting or chewing his steak. Still would recommend Morton's to a friend but with a caveat about my last experience.

    Their customer service was top notch! It was my husband’s birthday and they made everything perfect! Food was delicious, ambiance is great! I loved the jazz music as background noise. 10/10!

    Over cooked steaks. A server too busy. Don’t think it was her fault. But a $500 meal that was not good and no manager attempt to talk to us. Probably won’t go back for a while. Or only to the bar.

    Awesome experience for my sister and I who are celebrating our birthdays. I spent almost $800 and was well worth it for a party of five excellent service by our waiter highly recommend for celebration or just to have a excellent meal with an excellent ambience.

    Morton's is consistent, excellent service, great food and pricey. My favorite restaurant for a good steak. We shared a twenty-something ounce New York steak which was thick but cooked just right and seasoned well too. The customers seemed to be all smiles, which is a good sign. Looking forward to my next visit there.

    Wonderful experience!!! We went to celebrate my granny's birthday and everything was fantastic from beginning to end, from the host at the front, table touch by manager, and attentive service by our server Gregory. All of the food was delicious, Cajun steak was perfectly cooked and all of our apps were so yummy. I love the personalized menu and birthday decorations at the table it really adds that special touch. Gregory our server was fantastic, so attentive, and gave us the run-down on the menu. The price is also very reasonable. We ordered 3 apps, 3 ribeyes, 2 sides, 2 cocktails and it came out to a little over $300 which is a great deal considering how much food we got. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

    I've dined here twice, the first time I wasn't really impressed by the food or service. The first time I had chicken, so maybe it wasn't a good choice at a steakhouse, but still an expensive chicken dish. The second time I had steak, which was better, but I really think there was something lacking overall. Tables were cramp, not enough room to pass through without bumping into someone. Noise level was high due to it being packed in. No real options for kids, unless you want mac and cheese. Service was ok if you' were eating at a diner, but when you're spending over $400 dollars for dinner, I would expect there would be a higher standard. This was evident on both occasions. Other better alternatives exist on the island, top would be Hy's Steakhouse, Ruth Chris, and the list goes on.
