Food is amazing. This is the restaurant we compare all others to. This time we sat closer to the bar which made it noisier than usual, so if you want quiet, ask for a table far/farther from the bar. Management is very accommodating.
I went here for my Birthday, and I got to say for my first time eating at a Morton’s Steakhouse, from the time I walked in until the time I walked out, I’ve experienced phenomenal customer service. A huge thank you to Diego! For creating a wonderful experience for me. As for the food,it was VERY GOOD.
The meal was great beginning to end, but the Souffles are just out of this world.
Service was outstanding, food was very good, prices were a tad high given similar level steakhouses.
Outstanding service, they cater to whatever you need. Plan on going back for future occasions

It was supposed to be my husband’s birthday dinner but it was far from that kind of dinner so I told him to pretend it wasn’t to celebrate and I will take him out this week elsewhere.
We had a 7:15 reservation and were not seated until after 7:30. We were placed at a table near the open kitchen where the oven is 1,000 degrees. The table was so hot. I do not even know if the air conditioning was working on our side of the room. No one came to refill our water. The waiter did not ask if we wanted another beverage or cocktail. We ended up taking dessert home to go as it was so hot I couldn't stand to be in there another minute. One of the desserts was incorrect. We ordered carrot cake and came home to key lime pie. Very disappointed and honestly if the food wasn't so good, I may not ever go back
Morton's is so good. Really the BEST around! We enjoyed everything and the service was awesome! The managers even help serve the customers and you can tell they are real team players who care about all of their guests! Thank you to Joe the manager too for making sure we had a great time!
I have been taking my husband to Morton’s for Father’s Day for the past several years and he always enjoys his steak. We always enjoy the food.
Everything was excellent except when we arrived. The lady at the front was rude and not accommodating. She couldn’t find our reservation and said we couldn’t be seated even though there was over ten tables empty and we showed her the reservation on the application. We had started to walk out and planned on emailing the manager the next day, as we walked out we saw a second lady go to the front desk. She was able to pull up the reservation and seat us no problem. Everything else from the food to wait staff was beyond excellent. Would highly recommend.
Dinner with son, enjoyed the steaks although both were slightly over cooked. Supposed to be medium and barely had any pink at all on mine (thinner cut) and hardly any on my son’s 12 oz filet mignon which is surprising considering how thick it was.
The food was great,we had a perfect booth and service was very good,thank you.
Everything was perfect for my sisters 50th birthday party will definitely be visiting again

My fiancé and I went to Morton’s for our 1 year Engagement anniversary, however we have been to this location a few times before. Our experience here is always amazing and the food is fantastic! They never disappoint us, the staff at Morton’s are always very nice and helpful, and the ambience is lovely. I would definitely recommend Morton’s in Hackensack!
We had pretty good dinner overall but just had a big disappointment when I tried to use the rewards card that I got from purchasing lots gift certificates . I missed placed them in somewhere which I forgot to use them before them expired which I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to use them because I had expired certificate before either from Morton or Legal Seafood. They always accept it regardless the expiration dates. However, the manger on site that date at Morton’s insisted she wouldn’t accept any reward cards that was expired. I guess they can do whatever they want even though the reward card was just a small portion of my bills. I have no problem to let these rewards card wasted just thought that the restaurant this level doesn’t want stand behind his promotion makes me feel not too happy to dine there in the future. Thanks.
2nd time at this Morton's. Food was good, not great. Also, sort of annoying, there is a menu that only regulars know about, and the management only sometimes allows you to order from it. It is a prix fixe menu, and it's the only menu that includes surf and turf. Never been to a steak house where you can't get a steak and lobster tail on the regular menu. For that reason, I may not go back. Creamed spinach, a regular at steak houses, also not my fave here. Has nutmeg in it (I think). Also, the filet mignon had some sort of seasoning on it this time, didn't love it. Otherwise, it's a nice ambiance and the wait staff is pleasant and reliable.
Besides great food and a terrific location, the entire staff at Morton's in Hackensack is the best. They are friendly and attentive. The host is a true gem!
The experience here is also great. The service is wonderful and the food is perfectly done.
Our appetizers (crab meat cocktail and chopped salad), entrees (petite filet and scallops, pork chop, cream spinach and baked potato) and deserts (ice cream sundae and cheese cake) were all outstanding. Our booth was very comfortable.
Morton's Hackensack has grown to be a family favorite for celebrating holidays and special occasions. The staff is always welcoming, the atmosphere suitable for conversation and the food is consistently cooked to perfection. We look forward to our next visit.
The place was a revelation! Gave me the feel of classic, elegant dining. Service was outstanding and Daniel, our waiter was quite attentive and his recommendations were spot on from the bacon appetizer to my entree, the bone in prime rib and tried their scallops too! Delicious. The sommelier’s recommendations for wine was perfect too!
How is it possible at a steakhouse to get the temperature the the steak wrong - twice!?
Morton’s never disappoints!!
The steak was insanely expensive but it was tough and hardly work the the money.
Birthday for my wife
I ordered my steak "medium." It was well done. It had no flavor. The service was slow, so even though I only ate about 1/4 of the steak, I wasn't interested in having it replaced. My wife's steak was ordered "well done." It arrived "well done," but with no flavor at all. The bread, the hash browns and the onion soup were all excellent. However, the steak, which is the reason to go to a steakhouse, was nowhere close to expected.
We are frequent guests at Morton's in Hackensack and always find it to be a consistently relaxing atmosphere with excellent service and food. Joe Roken is especially the reason we return because he is pleasant, accommodating and just genuinely a wonderful host and human being. We will return soon!

I have been here twice in the last 2 months. The food and service are excellent. It is a bit pricey and very noisy.
Excellent dinner! Our seller, David, was personable and knowledgeable. A great way to celebrate. The manager, Joe, consistently visits table to ensure a great experience. Overall, we will return.
The kitchen was very slow.
We waited a long time for appetizers and longer for entrees.
The wait staff was good.
But the food took too long to come out.
Morton’s is a class act and wonderful for special occasion dining.
Service was top notch. Decor - 1980's needs to be updated. The noise level was too much.
The food was ok nothing to rave about especially for the price. Will not be back due to the noise level and pricing.
