Bad server never asked us how our food was
The food was excellent!! Our server, Ashley, was very attentive. Somehow the New York locations have figured out how to place families with squalling babies in spots that lessen the total disruption to the ambience of those of us there for a romantic meal. The family in question made not one attempt to calm the child, so we left before dessert. It was an early dinner so the child’s distress at being ignored by its family carried throughout the restaurant. I realize that there is a childcare crisis, but a romantic setting like this should not have allowed one of its key attributes - ambience, hijacked by thoughtless parents. We will not be back despite loving the franchise.
We came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The service was wonderful, food was delicious, and the restaurant was peaceful. I will definitely be back!

Stopped here for an early dinner. Service was spectacular. Very pleased. Ordered the Tomahawk RibEye which was delicious as well as a couple of sides. Gret experience.
We had a table near the open kitchen. In a comfortable Booth. The server went through the specials, brought up the wine list and asked if we wanted cocktails. We placed an order for cocktails, and reviewed the menu while we were waiting for them. Cocktails on a slow evening took 15 minutes. The server came back a while later and took our order. The server also forgot to mention the lobster special we ordered was $100. And sad to say it was over cooked. Creamed spinach needed salt, the 32 ribeye we ordered was definitely not to weight brought to us. I feel like 32 ounces is listed on the menu and the steak for one was what was brought to us. While we were still eating our entrées, the server asked us if we were interested in dessert. So he could get them started. For fine dining restaurant, everyone was in a rush to leave. We weren’t the last table either. They were still several tables seated and enjoying their meals. I could understand if we were the last guests to order dessert but we weren’t. So we opted not to have it due to us being rushed. Server missed out on a bigger tip because we were going to order after dinner drinks and dessert of course. After we paid the check someone started to vacuum while we were still enjoying our wine which I thought was extremely rude. It wouldn’t have bothered me if it wasn’t the table right in front of ours. Nothing says it’s time for you to leave more than vacuuming
Morton’s is always a phenomenal experience, especially for special occasions (ie birthday, anniversary). Great food, great service, great ambiance!!
The restaurant in Hackensack is large and was very quiet, only a few people during lunch time. The large loaf of bread and butter was light and delicious. The hamburger ($25.00) came with thin fries, lettuce, tomato, and onion, even though I said no onion. It came with a stainless urn of ketsup. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else. I was just given the bill. It got paid and I left.
We went on a Tuesday night & enjoyed the Landry's Menu for Two Option. Our server was very pleasant, attentive, and friendly. The meal was delicious, well portioned, and enjoyable It was a great night out and we appreciate the service from the entire restaurant team!
Very attentive server, great food and weren’t rushed.
Morton's food is always first rate. The restaurant was surprisingly lively for a mid-week night, but that did not detract from the experience. Our server was a bit new, and knew less about wine than I did (this is the first time that I didn't get a reasonable recommendation at Morton's), but otherwise it was a fine experience.
We went for our 3 year anniversary and everything was amazing!!!!
The Tomahawk Ribeye was good, but not $125 good. Creamed spinach was fresh tasting but bland.

Our daughter was there celebrating her anniversary and enjoyed her experience. We frequent this location and have always been pleased with everything we ate. She had the 4 course special and was mostly pleased. She didn't enjoy the lobster mac and cheese as she had before, but everything else was good.
We celebrated our 10 year anniversary at Mortons. Our waiter JC was very attentive, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. The food was 10/10! Everything was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend Mortons.

The service was good. Food was good. Just don’t know why there is a “dress code” if people are walking in with shorts a d t shirts and baseball caps. Otherwise good.

We went to Morton’s because we were celebrating my birthday. Before the pandemic we had celebrated my birthday at Morton’s three years in a row. Everything was wonderful! The steaks were delicious. The service was exceptional. The waiter was named JC. The ambiance is romantic and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return soon!

We try and go for special PRE fixe dinners but bill was so high with just 3drinks and 2 wines

Our server was very good. Attentive, but not intrusive. The food was not worth the extremely high prices. There was nothing really special about the food.
It was good overall but because we booked the last table we felt the food was rushed.
