Steaks were cold but tasted good . Two of our 4 guest ordered 2 Wagyu Filet Rossini , which was supposed to come with Foie gras (according to server not on menus) which they let us know that it was not available but offered Morton’s steak sauce . Bill came and low and behold they charged us full price and for 2 additional steak sauce.
Waited 15 for water, another five for our drink order.
Then 40 minutes for apps and food

My husband and I have been dining at Morton’s for years. It never disappoints.
We ordered the "best" steak on the menu. Four of them dry aged KC steaks medium rare. The steaks were clearly not dry aged and there was so little quality in them they came out almost raw and could not even get the steak knife through them. I could have went to Outback and gotten better. Also, the baked potato although nice and crispy skin, was so overly seasoned you couldn't eat the outside of it. In thirty years of going to Mortons, I'v never had such a bad meal. They must have new owners because it was no better than a steak off the supermarket shelf. Very disappointed and embarrassed since I had family and co workers with me. I can only tell people who ask that it still had marks where the jockey was hitting it.
Food was delicious, service not up to standard
The last time we visited food and service were great. This time the food and service were lackluster at best.truly disappointed
The steaks were OK, nothing exceptional and a disappointment considering the high prices. $20 for a glass of run-of-the mill wine, especially since the pour was on the shallow side, was disgraceful.
It was busy and a holiday.
Our server Wendy was very good once things got rolling.
Drinks were a little disappointing not the standard for Morton’s the steaks were ok out of 4 2 were over cooked for what was requested.

I'm an avid foodie and love to try new places. The restaurant looks great and my only criticism is walking up so many stairs to get there. The food didn't disappoint and I enjoyed the wine list by the glass. My only other issue was service. We were crickets for a long time after seated and also after appetizer the girl took our silverware but never returned with fresh. Sitting at a table with your food and no utensil is useless. Had to ask the water guy.
Everyone who helped us from the moment we walked in was amazing! We were greeted with a Happy Anniversary. We had excellent service from Shamikia. She was very attentive and courteous. She even waited until my girlfriend returned from the restroom just to give us our dessert at the same time. I would like to thank her and the chef for the attention to detail and delicious food.

Best Filet Mignon I have ever had. Beautiful rare cut soft as butter. Diane was very nice and professional as well.
Excellent Steakhouse. The wine, the sides and the main course were excellent.
Food was decent for a steak house, but we've had better elsewhere. The service wasn't great, however. The hostess plopped us next to a table of a dozen pre-teen girls, and just left the wine/liquor lists on the table, without any other attention. The waiter showed up, but seemed to have something going on in the back, because he disappeared for long stretches. Some plates were dropped on the table prior to the arrival of the app, one of them actually landed partially off the edge (and not where we would eat from, either, so I guess we were meant to find our own spot for it). The waiter seemed relieved that we didn't order dessert, so the check quickly arrived and was dealt with. We used a gift card, so we don't need to go back.
Great service but food is overpriced for what you truly get. They have a business casual requirement and that was far from true. I was disappointed.
The food was okay.. the service could have been A Lot better for this restaurant. I’m not sure if it was just the person we had or in general but definitely lacked attentiveness. Felt like she would just disappear..Waited over 20 minutes after sitting just to order something to drinks and it was the same for everything afterwards. It’s not horrible but something to keep in mind if you’re planning to go anywhere afterwards.

Wished for much for our special occasion. To their credit, all hands on deck helping, but things were a bit slow for us. Could improve here but understand it to short staffed and did best to manage.

as always a super meal...Katherine great service and always upbeat plus Junior assisting made our meal most enjoyable.
Although my guest was not impressed with the food, she enjoyed the cocktails and the time. Overall, I would still recommend it.
Food was delicious and our waiter, Alejandro, took very good care of us. We were seated immediately and our entire meal was perfectly timed - not rushed nor did we wait too long for each course. Will definitely be going back!
