Filet Mignon Trio
We went to Morton’s to celebrate our Anniversary. The experience was different but thanks to the staff and manager it was made special. There were a few groups celebrating birthdays, date night etc. ..safely. It gave us hope that slowly but surely we will dine out again and celebrate life.

Fantastic dinner. Bacon appetizer was delicious. Rib eyes were some of the best we have had. Sides of augratin potatoes and creamed spinich were nothing special. I wouldn’t get those again. Don’t miss the lava cake dessert. Wow!
From the start, the hostess was excellent. We arrived 30 minutes before our dinner reservation, and she was very accommodating and seated us early. It was impressive that the birthday wishes on the menu. I thought it was a great start. However, our waitress did not hold the standard as the hostess. The waitress barely checked our table; the drinks were empty. We have to ask for refills, steak knife, sauces. We had to grab a different waiter/waitress/manager on the round duty for check-in on guests to get those items for us. The steaks were not cooked to our order; it was overcooked not to the standard of medium and medium-rare. We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday, so we did not bring it up to mgmt as we don’t want to spoil the mood. We have dined many steakhouses and included Morton at different locations. This, by far, not lived up to the standard.
Service and food were great! Staff was very knowledgeable and there was no wait til. Can’t wait to go back!

Ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. Scallop/bacon appetizer highly recommended.
Asparagus and mashed potato sides were delicious.
Atmosphere was very nice with low key lighting and good spacing between patrons.
Could benefit from a bit more art or decoration to make it less corporate And more unique but that’s my own taste.

Meal took over 2 1/2 hours to eat. We waited 30 minutes for appetizers (meatballs) and once we got them we were served the salad 5 minutes later. Entrees took too long to get to table as well. Food was good but wait time was absurd. Also, requested outdoor dining which they do not have and was not notified of such. Manager's reply " I must have missed that" Decor is somewhat retro 80's and typical of a hotel lobby restaurant. I found it interesting that they do not give the $100 Price Fix menu unless you ask for it. I also found it interesting that our original server seemed unhappy we were there for price fix and she no longer helped us after that point. All in all not impressed. With all the steakhouses on LI; I expected more.

Great food, great servers and great place in general.
Dinner was AMAZING. However, after ordering a bottle of wine, we waited 45 mins to be told they didn't have the wine we ordered. No problem, the manager took care of us and we had an even better bottle of wine. Our night was filled with great wine and delicious food. My only complaint was our waitress. Not the most hospitable and so not on point and because of this factor I cannot recommend Mortons. The way I see it....if I am paying for 5 star service, I better get 5 star service. Morton's, I recommend you train your wait staff.

We had a nice seat where we were able to watch the chefs open vacuum wrapped meats.. So much for expecting fresh steak. The service was excellent, but the quality of the food was no where near worth the bill. even the dessert (Creme Brulee) tasted like it was mass produced - at a place that charges like Mortons did I would expect that it be flamed for me at the table.
If you want to enjoy a really good steak, go elsewhere. If you want to overpay for mediocre quality food go to Mortons in Great Neck..
Restaurant is clean staff is super friendly. My dinner was absolutely amazing ! The steak was still juicy even though I ordered medium well it was not over cooked. It was just right. The lobster Mac was my favorite and the drinks were nice and strong. I do plan on going back and seeing what else they have to offer.

All I asked for my Birthday from my wife and kids was Dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse. And Morton’s didn’t disappoint. This is by far the best steakhouse in NY. They had a special of 8oz filet with lobster and butter Oscar. We all got it. It was cooked perfect.

Great experience. They do the best they can to give you the full steakhouse experience even though there are currently COVID restrictions. Service was excellent both front and back of house and they also included a free dessert.

We had a very nice dinner for four. The ambiance was very nice in the restaurant and the servers were just great and super friendly. The food was delicious. We were not rushed. And given the COVID situation, the restaurant was well spaced and we had no concerns.
Great location. Very nice restaurant inside. Food is good to very good comparable to Fleming's, Ruth Chris or even The Capital Grille. Definitely not Smith & Wollensky, Peter Luger, Sparks Steakhouse or Keens Steakhouse quality.

Been coming to this exact location for over 10 years now and honestly this was the best it’s ever been. The Cajun ribeye is a stand out and a must have is also the au gratin potatoes. One female waitress an older woman however was quite rude and cold tho but nonetheless didn’t take away from the dining experience
Seating and table spacing good . Felt safe and comfortable . Staff excellent all covide 19 precautions taken . Food was fabulous .
