Spent our 2 year anniversary here. The staff was amazing. They customized our menu paper and printed the words “happy 2 year anniversary” on it- they’re amazing for that. The waiter treated us with care and professionalism. I am a little disappointed in the heavy wait times for our food, but In all fairness I did see they had a catered private party and a huge table next to us too. The food was amazing, price was typical. This is our second time again, we’ll definitely be back soon.

We enjoy Morton's for Steak. My In-Laws ordered a Porterhouse that they shared and we Rib-Eyes. Everything was prepared perfectly. Appetizers and Desserts were delicious. Everything was as expected.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Morton’s. The service was excellent. No complaints. However the food is not what it used to be. Three of us had steaks and all rated them OK. All three were cooked a bit over what we had requested. And the quality just wasn’t there. My porterhouse was a sad little steak that was tougher than it should have been. My daughter claimed the choice filets I cook from Costco are more tender. The drinks were quite small for the price. I’m not shy on cost and have been to virtually every famous steakhouse in the country. This just really didn’t live up. Kind of ruined my memories of what it used to be…

Our dinner at Morton’s last night was great. They honored our request for a round table as we were a party of 8. From start to finish, the staff were so friendly and made our celebration so much more memorable. This was our first time to Morton’s in Great Neck and we will definitely be back.

Everything went well until they swapped the wrong bags with me and a co worker of mine, I was looking forward to eating my steak at home and to my suprise it was my co workers food who lives all the way in the bronx, extremely unsatisfied since he has my $70 steak and currently away on vacation. I spoke to the GM who was unavailable to even return my call in regards to compensating me,finally when i spoke to him he told me he can't do anything about it in a hostile manner, not returning to this establishment ever again.

The service was sooooo poor that we made up our minds never to come back!! Our waiter , a female, took the order and disappeared for half an hour. Finally she brought my husband’s appetizer and disappeared again! Another waiter, it looked like a manager , came and apologized with a silky excuse. I told her that I have ordered a drink and never came! She then send it to me as a compliment. Tool little, too late! We left a $10.00 tip and I thought it was too much!!! Will never go back despite of living a few blocks away!!!

We enjoyed a delicious Meal and steak at Morton's, our waiter, Vinny was very knowledgeable, helpful and always there. Highly recommend this place, its elegant, quiet and food is awesome.. its a bit dark for my taste, wish they have their lights on different setting.

Rich especially and Vincent were outstanding and professional in every aspect of service. Great team! Warmly greeted by Maria, the manger at the door. A professional with much experience and history with Morton’s NYC. Great and much needed decorum policy now in place for diners to follow out of respect for all diners and staff-dress code clearly posted at front door! Steak and lobster were perfect! Although we have been to this and many other Morton’s before, we look forward to returning often as the steak house we now rank as our 1st choice, particularly this location. Perfect night thanks to Morton’s Great Neck!

My brother and I took my mother to Morton’s steakhouse for Mother’s Day. Only one complaint I have was the server. He was extremely forgetful Every time he was asked for something he didn’t come give it to us until 20 minutes tops later. I ordered another drink because I didn’t like the Mojito he had too much leaves it took him about 35 minutes to give me the new drink right before I left Besides that the food was delicious ambience was nice I will come again

The steaks were great and cooked to order. The sides were tasty and filling. The service was excellent, at hand but not intrusive. They did not rush you. Dessert was a triumph. All in all a great dining experience.

my father and my mothers steak was ordered well done the steak came out undercooked but due to the low lighting and the noise it was not possible to see the lack of doneness the steak was descent but not up to what i was expecting

No complains other than steak wasn’t outstanding. I know what I’m in for and getting with Morton’s. It’s just when I feel the steaks I make at home taste better, I question whether it’s worth paying the crazy prices. Service was fantastic, no doubt. And was reflected in the gratuity. Wish prices we paid for meals were based on quality! It wasn’t bad. Just not really all that great

I was disappointed. Morton’s is my go to restaurant when I want a good meal. My girlfriend wanted take me out to a nice dinner. The food was not up standard. The service left a lot to be desired. Later that night my stomach bothered me and I felt lousy. The bone in rib-eye had some bone chunks but no bone. What the heck was that? The spinach came after the meal. I would have ordered desert but I just wanted to get out of there. I be been going to Morton’s for years. I have to rethink it now.

We always have a great dining experience when we go to this location and that's why we frequent it often. Last night the Hostess-Sharon was extremely nice and started our dinner off with the right start. Food was delicious and server was very attentive.

I took my husband out for his Birthday the ambience and atmosphere was great. The steak was a Rib Eye and it was shooosr to be medium rare. The steak was tough and disappointing for the amount t of money spent. The roasted cauliflower was delicious, the bacon wrapped scallops was superb. I don’t like returning food but I was definitely not satisfied with the steak.
